The embodiment of the application discloses a method and a device for checking a vault, wherein the method comprises the following steps: determining a target user from a bank system according to rule information, wherein the target user is a user who performs vault counting after first preset time, and the rule information comprises user job level, task condition, counting period and vault service condition related to vault counting in the bank system; closing the permission of the target user to check the balance of the vault after a second preset time, wherein the second preset time is earlier than the first preset time; and when the target user is determined to finish the vault inventory task, recovering the authority of the target user. Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, whether the cash quantity is displayed or not can be judged through the rule information, so that the cash quantity can be prevented from not being checked by cash-deposit-checking personnel, the safety risk of the cash deposit can be reduced, and the cash quantity can be checked by the staff when needed.

Background

In the embodiment of the invention, when the user wants to check the cash quantity of the cash box, the knowledge base of the expert system can judge whether the information of the cash quantity of the cash box can be displayed to the user or not according to the collected various information.
For example, a user whose identity is a manager can check the number of cash in a cash box during working hours without prohibiting a task (if the task is not allowed to check the cash box); the cash-in-and-out service can check the amount of cash in the cash box under the condition that the cash-in-and-out service of the cash box is available (the standard of the large cash in-and-out service can be set by bank staff) but the cash box does not have the large cash in-and-out service recently.
By using the method provided by the embodiment, the rules in the expert system can be continuously optimized, the effectiveness and the usability of the expert system are improved, and the safety of the cash quantity in the using process can be improved by the method.

By utilizing the device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the situation that cash deposit personnel do not deposit cash can be prevented, the safety risk of the cash deposit is reduced, and the working personnel can check the cash quantity when required.
