Detailed Description
Analysis of the prior art reveals that the rights are typically issued by a specific buyer and a third party other than the seller and obtained by the buyer, which the buyer uses for payment. The seller then issues payment credentials to the buyer based on the actual payment value. In this transaction, although there is no actual transaction between the seller and the third party to which the right-interest belongs, the third party to which the right-interest belongs actually pays the equivalent payment resource of the right-interest, but the third party cannot actually get the payment certificate from the buyer or the seller.
The embodiment of the present specification provides a method and an apparatus for processing payment data, and an electronic device, where the scheme of the embodiment is applied to a payment mechanism, and specifically may include: if the payment data of the first user account to the second user account comprises the equity, acquiring an issuer identification of the equity, and generating a first payment certificate containing the issuer identification and the equivalent payment resource, so that the issuer of the equity is represented by the first payment certificate to pay the equivalent payment resource to the second user account, but the first user account directly pays out to pay the equivalent payment resource to the second user account.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, the technical solutions of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present specification and the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present disclosure, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art based on the embodiments in the present specification without any inventive step are within the scope of the present application.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present description are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a payment data processing method proposed in an embodiment of the present specification, which is applied to a payment institution, that is, an execution subject of the method proposed in the embodiment of the present specification is the payment institution. The payment mechanism is a payment medium between the buyer and the seller and is responsible for deducting payment from the buyer to the seller. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
step 101: determining payment data for a first user account to a second user account, the payment data including equivalent payment resources for a benefit paid to the second user account.
Step 103: an issuer identification of the rights is obtained.
Step 105: generating a first payment credential comprising the issuer identification and the equivalent payment resource, the first payment credential characterizing that the issuer of the equity pays the equivalent payment resource to the second user account.
In this embodiment of the present specification, the payment data is generated by transferring the payment of the corresponding payment resource from the first user account to the second user account nominally during the transaction, and the second user account actually receives the actual payment resource. From the application scenario, the first user account may refer to a buyer side, and the second user account may refer to a seller side. Specifically, the first user account and the second user account may be a payment account opened in a payment institution or a transaction account opened in a commodity transaction platform, and are not limited specifically herein.
In this case, step 101 may be performed with reference to the embodiment shown in fig. 2;
step 202: receiving a payment request, wherein the payment request requests payment to the second user account through the first user account;
step 204: upon receiving a payment request, determining a rights and interests associated with the first user account;
step 206: obtaining an equivalent payment resource of the rights and interests;
step 208: transferring the equivalent payment resource to the second user account.
The payment request implies a stage in the transaction where the payment is a consideration paid for the purchase of goods or services. The payment request can be sent to a server corresponding to the payment mechanism by a server corresponding to the transaction platform. In practice, the payment request may include a first user account and a second user account, where the first user account is a payer and the second user account is a payee.
In an application scenario, a related user of a first user account browses a commodity interface related to a second user account by using a client, and submits commodity order information based on commodity information; and the server corresponding to the client sends a payment request to a server of the payment mechanism according to the commodity order information, so that the payment mechanism executes payment operation according to the payment request, namely, the payment is deducted from the first user account to pay the second user account. In this case, the payment authority may refer to a third party payment authority.
The payment institution may also be a financial institution such as a bank, and is not particularly limited herein.
In this embodiment of the present specification, the payment request is a request for making a payment to the second user account through the first user account, and at this time, it may be further determined whether the first user account has an associated right and interest, so as to determine the right and interest associated with the first user account, and specifically, at least one of the following steps may be included:
if the right is carried by the payment request, the right can be extracted from the payment request;
or, the database may be queried by using the first user account to obtain the rights associated with the first user account. The database may be a database corresponding to the payment mechanism. The two steps can be selected from one step or can be performed in sequence, but the sequence is not divided into two.
In the embodiment of the present specification, the equity refers to asset data that can be converted or exchanged into equivalent payment resources, and the specific form may be a credit, a red packet, or a voucher or other forms, which are not limited in detail herein. Wherein the equivalent payment resource may be currency or equivalent traffic, and is not particularly limited herein.
In particular, the embodiment of the present specification proposes two alternative embodiments for obtaining the equivalent payment resource of the right.
In one embodiment, if the payment authority is a different principal than the issuer of the equity, the equity may be sent to the issuer of the equity requesting that the issuer of the equity exchange the equity for the equivalent payment resource; and receiving the equivalent payment resource sent by the issuer of the equity so as to achieve the purpose of obtaining the equivalent payment resource of the equity.
In this case, the issuer of the equity may be a financial institution, such as a bank or other third party payment institution. Specifically, the equity is sent to an issuing financial institution of the equity to request the issuing financial institution to redeem the equity for the equivalent payment resource.
The issuer of the equity may also be the issuer of a non-financial institution, a coupon or voucher or other equity. At this time, the issuer of the rights and interests may also be the second user account, specifically, the merchant account corresponding to the second user account.
In another embodiment, if the issuer of the equity and the payment institution are the same main body, the payment institution redeems the equity into the equivalent payment resource according to the equivalence relation between the equity and the equivalent payment resource, so as to achieve the purpose of obtaining the equivalent payment resource of the equity.
In this case, the payment authority may query its own database for the equivalence relationship between the equity and the equivalent payment resource to determine the equivalent payment resource. In this case, the rights and interests may be stored in the payment mechanism database and associated with the first user account, or may be issued by the payment mechanism and carried in the payment request by the first user account, which is not limited herein.
In addition, the rights and interests stated in the embodiment of the present specification can also be associated with the second user account or the seller account corresponding to the second user account, and the purpose of the association is to enable the rights and interests to be used for transaction payment of the second user account. In this way, the payment authority may determine whether the equity is available for the current payment based on the second user account prior to transferring the equivalent payment resources to the second user account. If so, transferring the equivalent payment resource to the second user account; otherwise, the payment is refused.
In this embodiment, step 103 is executed, and the issuer identifier of the right can be extracted from the right. Specifically, the information of the rights may include an issuer identification and a specific rights value, so that the issuer identification can be extracted. The interest value refers to a specific value of the interest, such as a credit value, a red envelope amount, a discount amount, etc., and is not limited herein.
In this case, by extracting the issuer id of the equity, it can be determined whether the issuer id and the payment mechanism are the same mechanism, and then a specific process of acquiring the equivalent payment resource is performed, specifically referring to the above embodiment.
Once the equivalent payment resources are obtained, specific payment operations may be performed and payment data generated. By performing step 105, specifically, by using the issuer identification and the equivalent payment resource, a first payment credential is generated from the payment credential template. Specifically, the issuer identification of the right is loaded at the payment position of the payment voucher template, the equivalent payment resource of the right is loaded at the payment amount position, and finally the first payment voucher is obtained.
In addition, the first payment credential may also include a second user account or an identification thereof. Specifically, the identifier of the second user account is loaded at the position of the collection position of the payment certificate template, so that the second user account or the identifier information thereof is displayed in the first payment certificate.
The first payment certificate may take the form of an electronic invoice, or other electronic certificate, and is not particularly limited herein.
In this embodiment of the present specification, if the issuer of the equity and the payment authority belong to two different entities, the first payment certificate may be sent to the issuer of the equity and the user to which the second user account belongs, so that the issuer of the equity may prove its actual expenditure based on the first payment certificate.
If the issuer of the equity and the payment authority belong to two same entities, the payment authority may store the first payment credential and send the first payment credential to the user to which the second user account belongs.
With the embodiment of the present disclosure, since the payment activity between the first user account and the second user account needs to pass through the payment mechanism, the embodiment of the present disclosure proposes that the payment mechanism replaces a specific seller (for example, a merchant corresponding to the second user account) to generate the first payment credential, so that the issuer of the rights and interests can obtain the payment credential for the normal payment of the issuer of the rights and interests to prove the normal payment of the issuer of the rights and interests, and the user experience of the issuer of the rights and interests in the business activity is improved.
The first payment credential includes the first user account or a transaction account identifier corresponding to the first user account, which is not limited specifically herein.
The embodiment of the present specification further provides an alternative embodiment, which is shown in fig. 3, and the specific scheme is as follows:
step 301: determining payment data from a first user account to a second user account, wherein the payment data comprises equivalent payment resources of rights and interests and account balance resources transferred from the first user account, and the account balance resources and the equivalent payment resources form the payment data.
Step 303: an issuer identification of the equity is obtained.
Step 305: generating a first payment credential comprising an issuer identification and equivalent payment resources, and further generating a second payment credential comprising a first user account and account balance resources, the second payment credential characterizing that the first user account pays the account balance resources to the second user account.
The second user account actually receives two payments, namely equivalent payment resources and account balance resources, and the two payment resources are the same in type and have actual transaction value. While the first user account actually pays for the account balance resources and the issuer of the equity actually pays for the equivalent payment resources.
In this case, the second payment credentials may be sent to the user to which the first user account belongs and the user to which the second user account belongs. In fact, the user to which the first user account belongs and the user to which the second user account belongs may specifically refer to a user mailbox, a mobile phone number, or other forms, and are not specifically limited herein.
And the payee is the second user account in the first payment certificate and the second payment certificate. Thus, both the first payment credential and the second payment credential may be sent to the second user account, which may attest to the actual revenue of the second user account.
In addition, when the payment institution and the rights issuer are different entities, the embodiment of the present specification also proposes a method as shown in fig. 4, which executes that the entity is the rights issuer, so that the method is applied to the rights issuer.
Step 402: a rights redemption request is received from a payment authority. The equity redemption request may include an equity.
Step 404: and exchanging the rights and interests into equivalent payment resources. In fact, the equity may include the equivalent payment resource that the equity value can be converted into, so the equivalent payment resource can be directly determined according to the equity.
If the equity does not contain the equivalent payment resource, the corresponding equivalent payment resource can be inquired from the local database by using the identification information of the equity.
Step 406: and sending the equivalent payment resource to the payment mechanism. In this way, the payment mechanism may perform the payment operation by using the equivalent payment resource, which is specifically referred to the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3 above and will not be described herein again.
Step 408: receiving a first payment credential from the payment authority, the first payment credential including an issuer identification of the equity and the equivalent payment resource, the first payment credential generated by the payment authority performing a payment operation from the equivalent payment resource, the first payment credential characterizing that the issuer of the equity pays the equivalent payment resource to the second user account.
Specifically, a communication connection may be established between the server of the payment authority and the server of the equity issuer such that the server of the payment authority sends an equity redemption request to the server of the equity issuer based on the communication connection, and the server of the equity issuer receives the first payment credential from the server of the payment authority.
The equity issuer can determine the equivalent payment resource of the equity according to the corresponding relation between the equity value and the equivalent payment resource, and the corresponding relation is stored in the database of the equity issuer in advance.

Where merchant a may correspond to an example of a rights issuer in the embodiments shown in fig. 1-4, buyer B is an example of a first user account in the embodiments shown in fig. 1-4, and buyer B obtains a 10-member package issued by seller a, where the 10-member package may be an example of a rights.
In the payment phase, buyer B needs to pay 20 dollars to seller C and 30 dollars to seller D, for a total of 50 dollars. At this time, the payment institution acquires the 10-yuan red packet and the bank card account provided by buyer B;
the payment institution extracts 30-element card balance from the bank card account through a bank card issuing bank and simultaneously acquires 10 elements converted by bank card points, wherein the bank card points are also an example of rights and interests;
the payment mechanism pays seller C with equivalent 10-element bank card balance converted by bank card points and 10-element bank card balance, and pays seller D with 10-element red envelope and 20-element bank card balance.
In the invoice generation stage:
the payment mechanism replaces the seller C, generates a first invoice according to the fact that the seller C actually collects the balance of the bank card of the buyer B by 10 yuan, and feeds the first invoice back to the buyer B; and
and generating a second invoice according to the equivalent 10 yuan of the bank card score paid by the bank card issuing bank actually received by the seller C, and feeding the second invoice back to the issuing bank.
The payment mechanism replaces the seller D, and generates a third invoice according to the fact that the seller D actually collects the balance of the bank card of the buyer B by 20 yuan, and feeds the third invoice back to the buyer B; and
and generating a fourth invoice according to the fact that the seller D actually receives the 10 Yuan red packet paid by the seller A, and feeding the fourth invoice back to the seller A.

In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an Integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Hardware Description Language), traffic, pl (core universal Programming Language), HDCal (jhdware Description Language), lang, Lola, HDL, laspam, hardward Description Language (vhr Description Language), vhal (Hardware Description Language), and vhigh-Language, which are currently used in most common. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
