The units or modules described in the embodiments of the present application may be implemented by software or hardware. Claims (10)

1. An enterprise service information processing method is applied to a server, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring expected information and real-time growth information of a target user;
obtaining the current growth value of the target user according to the expected information and the real-time growth information;
comparing the current growth value with a preset expected growth value, if the current growth value is smaller than the expected growth value, sending a growth type of which the real-time growth information is lower than a preset standard to a target user, and pushing a knowledge system corresponding to the growth type to the target user; and the number of the first and second groups,
and receiving selection information returned by the target user aiming at the growth type and the corresponding knowledge system, and sending a growth plan form to the target user, wherein the growth plan form is used for displaying the learning progress of the knowledge system required by the target user to achieve the expectation.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method of collecting desired information and real-time growth information of the target user comprises:
and acquiring expected information and real-time growth information of the target user according to a preset time period.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the desired information includes one or more of an actual position level, a virtual position level, and a professional ability level.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the growth information includes course selection, length of online learning, online examination score, and winning status.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the current growth value is compared with a preset expected growth value, and if the current growth value is smaller than the expected growth value, each impact problem in a pre-stored problem feedback list is fed back to the target user, a result fed back by the target user for each impact problem is received, and a corresponding decision is output according to a result condition.
6. The method of processing enterprise service information according to claim 1, further comprising: and comparing the current growth value with a preset expected growth value, if the current growth value is smaller than the expected growth value, recording the number N of times that the current growth value does not reach the expected value, and if N is larger than or equal to 2, sending warning information to a previous-level authority owner of the authority owned by the target user.
7. The method of processing business service information of claim 1, wherein the current growth value is less than an expected growth value, the method further comprising: and comparing the current growth value with a preset expected growth value, and if the absolute value of the difference value of the current growth value and the preset expected growth value is greater than or equal to a first preset threshold value, sending warning information to the owner of the upper-level authority of the authority owned by the target user.
8. An enterprise service information processing device applied to a server is characterized by comprising:
the information acquisition module (200) is used for acquiring the expected information and the real-time growth information of the target user;
a growth value obtaining module (210) for obtaining a current growth value of the target user according to the expected information and the real-time growth information;
the first processing module (220) is used for comparing the current growth value with a preset expected growth value, if the current growth value is smaller than the expected growth value, sending a growth type of which the real-time growth information is lower than a preset standard to a target user, and pushing a knowledge system corresponding to the growth type to the target user; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the second processing module (230) is used for receiving selection information returned by the target user aiming at the growth type and the corresponding knowledge system, and sending a growth plan form to the target user according to the selection information, wherein the growth plan form is used for showing the learning progress of the knowledge system required by the target user to achieve the expectation.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the program, implements the method according to any of claims 1-7.
10. A readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a computer, performs the method of any one of claims 1-7.
