s14, determining a target tracking object according to the identity of the property management object, and transmitting the acquired motion trail information of the target tracking object to an early warning terminal.
In this embodiment, the property management object is defined as all persons entering the property management area, including persons (legal objects) corresponding to the biometric image information stored in the legal object database (residential community base) and persons (illegal objects) not in the legal object database. Biometric image information of one or more property management objects may be acquired by one or more image capture devices. The image acquisition device may be a video camera, for example, a webcam that may deploy a snapshot camera device or multiplex an already-built video surveillance system. The camera may be an ordinary RGB camera or an RGBD camera capable of collecting depth information.
In one embodiment, the similarity between the face image of the one or more property management objects and the face image in the legal object database is obtained; and if the similarity between the face images of the one or more property management objects and the face images in the legal object database is greater than or equal to a similarity threshold value, the property management object is a legal object, otherwise, the property management object is a non-legal object. Comparing the biological characteristic image information of the one or more property management objects with the biological characteristic image information in a legal object database, namely comparing the similarity between the face images of the one or more property management objects and the face images in the legal object database, wherein the comparison result is that the similarity between the face images of the one or more property management objects and the face images in the legal object database is judged to be larger than or equal to a similarity threshold value.
The legal object database can be deployed on a background server in the form of a database or on a cloud server, and biological characteristic image information of a legal object in the property management area is stored on the database.
In one embodiment, the biometric image information includes a face image and a body image. The following description will specifically describe biometric image information as a face image.
Selecting face images of one or more property management objects in the monitoring images, comparing the face images with face images prestored in a legal object database one by one, and judging the similarity between the face images of one or more property management objects and the face images in the legal object database; and under the condition that the similarity between one or more property management objects detected in the monitoring image and the face image in the legal object database is greater than or equal to a preset similarity threshold value, the face image is considered to exist in the legal object database, the identity of the detected one or more property management objects can be considered to be a legal object, and otherwise, the identity of the detected one or more property management objects is considered to be an illegal object. If a plurality of property management objects appear in the monitored image, comparing the face image of each property management object with the face image in the legal object database one by one.
The preset similarity threshold may be 90%, that is, when the similarity between the face image of one or more property management objects in the monitored image and the face image in the legal object database exceeds 90%, it is determined that the face image exists in the legal object database, and it may be determined that the detected identity of one or more property management objects is a legal object, otherwise, it is determined that the detected identity is a non-legal object. In this embodiment, a plurality of preset similarity thresholds may be set, for example, 85%, 90%, and 95%, and different similarity thresholds may be selected according to needs. Specifically, the face similarity can be calculated by the euclidean distance and the cosine distance.
And when the similarity calculation is carried out, the face features of the face images of one or more property management objects are extracted, and then the face features of the face images of one or more property management objects are compared with the face features of the face images in the legal object database. The face features comprise the features of eyes, eyebrows, nose, mouth and the like, and the face feature extraction algorithm comprises a Pictorial, Structure and Top-Down algorithm.
It should be noted that, if the biometric image information of the property management object is a human body image, it can also be determined whether a property management object is a legal object by a method similar to a human face image.

For example, if the identified property management object is an illegal object, the property management object may be used as a target tracking object, the motion trajectory information of the target tracking object is transmitted to the early warning terminal, and the early warning terminal determines the danger level of the target tracking object according to the motion trajectory information of the target tracking object.
In an embodiment, if it is determined that the staying time of the target tracking object in the key facility in the property management area exceeds a preset time or the round-trip times exceed a preset number according to the motion trajectory information of the target tracking object, it is determined that the risk level of the target tracking object is a high risk isopolar.

After identifying the identity of the asset management object, the target tracking object may be determined.
