Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a fresh air purification unit system and an operation control method thereof.
Background
The new fan equipment is widely applied to places such as families, hotels, office buildings, villas and the like. The fresh air machine can supply fresh air to the room to discharge dirty air in the room, solves air conditioning diseases and is widely applied to various places, but because the temperature difference between the indoor and the outdoor is large, the load of the fresh air heat exchanger wastes energy greatly, although the full heat exchanger is added, a part of cold energy can be recycled in summer, a part of energy is also wasted, especially in winter, the outdoor temperature is very low, especially in northern areas, the outdoor temperature is lower than-10 ℃, the full heat exchanger is easy to freeze, and the full heat exchanger is blocked, so that the operation of the fresh air machine set is influenced.
The purifier can treat fast PM2.5 and other environmental pollutants, and can be widely applied to families, especially in winter in the north, because the purifier can solve indoor air pollution. However, the purifier is mostly in a closed space, and if the purifier is long, symptoms such as oxygen deficiency and the like are easily caused indoors, and the experience is very poor.

To facilitate an understanding of the above described unit system, the following description is further made in conjunction with a specific operation control method.
The operation control method of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
A1. when the system is powered on, firstly, based on the difference between the monitored outdoor environment temperature T4 and the set temperature Ts, the heat exchange module 5 is correspondingly controlled to operate in a heating mode or a cooling mode or to be in standby, and then the step A2 is carried out;
A2. based on the monitored indoor humidity H1 and the set humidity Hs, the opening and closing of the humidification module 8 and the opening and closing of the dehumidification mode of the heat exchange module 5 are correspondingly controlled, and then steps B1, B2, B3 and B4 are respectively performed;
B1. on the basis of the conditions of the monitored air inlet temperature T3 and the indoor dew point temperature Tw and the heat exchange module 5 is not in the refrigeration mode, the on-off of the first electric heating module 6 is correspondingly controlled;
B2. the opening and closing of the second electric heating module 7 are correspondingly controlled based on the monitored air supply temperature T2 and the indoor dew point temperature Tw;
B3. correspondingly controlling the output size of the variable frequency outdoor unit based on the difference value between the monitored indoor temperature T1 and the set temperature Ts;
B4. and on the basis of the monitored indoor PM2.5 and the size condition of the set PM2.5 and the condition of indoor CO2, the opening and closing of the fresh air inlet 11, the indoor air outlet 12, the first air return inlet 13 and the second air return inlet 14 are correspondingly controlled.
Specifically, in step a1, i) when the set temperature Ts — the outdoor environment temperature T4 < -2, which means that the outdoor environment temperature T4 is higher than the set temperature Ts, requires cooling of the introduced air, so that the heat exchange module 5 operates in the cooling mode to facilitate the air flowing through the heat exchange module 5 to release heat and cool; II) when-2 is greater than the set temperature Ts and the outdoor environment temperature T4 is less than 2, the outdoor environment temperature T4 is close to the set temperature Ts, and the introduced air does not need to be cooled or heated, so that the heat exchange module 5 is in standby; iii) when the set temperature Ts — the outdoor ambient temperature T4 > 2 means that the outdoor ambient temperature T4 is lower than the set temperature Ts and it is necessary to heat the introduced air, the heat exchange module 5 operates the heating mode so that the air passes through the heat exchange module 5 to absorb heat and heat.
Further, in step a2, i) when the indoor humidity H1 is greater than the set humidity Hs, it means that the indoor humidity H1 is too high, and the air needs to be dehumidified, so the heat exchange module 5 operates the dehumidification mode and turns off the humidification module 8; II) when the indoor humidity H1 is smaller than the set humidity Hs, the indoor humidity H1 is in a reasonable range, so the heat exchange module 5 does not operate the dehumidification mode and the humidification module 8 is started; iii) when the indoor humidity H1 < the set humidity Hs, it means that the indoor humidity H1 is too low, so the heat exchange module 5 does not operate the dehumidification mode and turns off the humidification module 8.
Further, steps B1, B2, B3, and B4 were performed, respectively, as needed.
Specifically, in step B1, i) when the inlet air temperature T3 — the indoor dew point temperature Tw < 0, means that the introduced air is lower than the dew point temperature, the water vapor in the air is liable to form water drops to accumulate in the main body 1, so that the first electric heating module 6 is turned on to perform auxiliary heating on the air introduced from the fresh air inlet 11; II) when the air inlet temperature T3-the indoor dew point temperature Tw is more than 1, the introduced air is higher than the dew point temperature, the problem that water vapor is condensed to form water drops does not occur, and therefore the first electric heating module 6 is closed.
Specifically, in step B2, i) when the supply air temperature T2 — the room dew point temperature Tw < -2, which means that the temperature of the air supplied to the room is lower than the dew point temperature, moisture in the air is liable to form water droplets to be dispersed in the room, so that the second electric heating module 7 is turned on to lift the air; ii) when the air supply temperature T2 — the room dew point temperature Tw > 2, it means that the temperature of the air supplied into the room is higher than the dew point temperature, and the moisture does not condense into water droplets, so that the second electric heating module 7 is turned off.
Specifically, in step B3 and when the heat exchange module 5 is in the cooling mode, i) when the set temperature Ts — the indoor temperature T1 > 2, it means that the indoor temperature T1 is too low, and the output of the inverter outdoor unit is reduced; II) when the set temperature Ts is more than-2 and the indoor temperature T1 is less than 2, the indoor temperature T1 is in a reasonable range, and the output of the variable frequency outdoor unit is kept unchanged; III) when the set temperature Ts-the indoor temperature T1 < -2, the indoor temperature T1 is too high, and the output of the frequency conversion outdoor unit is increased.
Specifically, in step B3 and when the heat exchange module 5 is in the heating mode, i) when the set temperature Ts — the indoor temperature T1 > 2, it means that the indoor temperature T1 is too low, and the output of the inverter outdoor unit is increased; II) when the set temperature Ts is more than-2 and the indoor temperature T1 is less than 2, the indoor temperature T1 is in a reasonable range, and the output of the variable frequency outdoor unit is kept unchanged; III) when the set temperature Ts-indoor temperature T1 < -2, the indoor temperature T1 is too high, and the output of the frequency conversion outdoor unit is reduced.
