Claims (6)
1. A cleaning device for a solar street light comprises a light pole (1); the method is characterized in that: a screw rod (2) is rotationally connected to the lamp post (1); the inner top wall of the lamp post (1) is fixedly connected with a limiting sleeve (101) which is concentric with the screw rod (2); a straight notch (102) is axially formed in the side wall of the lamp post (1); the outer wall of the lamp post (1) is fixedly connected with a cleaning box (3) with an opening at the upper end;
the screw rod (2) is matched with a screw rod nut (4); the peripheral side surface of the screw rod (2) is fixedly connected with a driving wheel (201); the lower end of the screw rod (2) is connected with a driving device (202); the straight notch (102) is connected with a sliding block (103) in a sliding way; the upper surface of the sliding block (103) is fixedly connected with a hinged support (104);
a plurality of cleaning rollers (301) are rotatably connected between the opposite inner walls of the cleaning box (3); the lower surface of the cleaning box (3) is rotatably connected with a connecting shaft; a driven wheel (302) and a transition wheel (303) are fixedly connected to the circumferential side surface of the connecting shaft; the driven wheel (302) is connected with the driving wheel (201) through a transmission piece; the cleaning rollers (301) are in transmission connection with the transition wheel (303) through a transmission mechanism;
the upper end face of the screw rod nut (4) is fixedly connected with a fixed shaft sleeve (401) which is in clearance fit with the screw rod (2); the outer wall of the feed screw nut (4) is fixedly connected with a connecting block (402); one side of the connecting block (402) is fixedly connected with the sliding block (103);
a spring (403) and an adjusting ring (404) are sleeved on the outer wall of the fixed shaft sleeve (401); the lower end of the spring (403) abuts against the upper end of the screw nut (4), and the upper end of the spring abuts against the lower end face of the adjusting ring (404);
the outer diameter of the fixed shaft sleeve (401) is smaller than the inner diameter of the limiting sleeve (101); the inner diameter of the adjusting ring (404) is smaller than the outer diameter of the limiting sleeve (101); the outer wall of the adjusting ring (404) is hinged with a fixed rod (5);
a waist-shaped hole (501) connected with the hinged support (104) is formed in the side surface of the fixed rod (5); one end of the fixed rod (5) extends out of the lamp post (1) and is fixedly connected with a mounting plate (502) for fixing a solar panel;
when the solar panel needs to be cleaned, the screw rod (2) rotates to drive the screw rod nut (4) to move downwards, the sliding block (103) is synchronously driven to move downwards, and the adjusting ring (404) keeps the position unchanged under the action of the spring (403), so that the fixing plate (5) gradually becomes a horizontal state, namely the mounting plate (502) becomes a vertical state;
when the screw nut (4) continuously moves downwards, the adjusting ring (404) and the sliding block (103) synchronously move downwards, so that the mounting plate (502) is vertically inserted into the cleaning box (3), the screw (2) rotates, and the cleaning roller (301) is driven to rotate through the driving wheel (201), the driven wheel (302), the transition wheel and the transmission mechanism, so that the solar panel on the surface of the mounting plate (502) is cleaned;
after the clearance is accomplished, lead screw (2) reversal, screw nut (4) drive adjustable ring (404) and slider (103) rise in step, work as behind adjustable ring (404) upper end withstood terminal surface under stop collar (101), adjustable ring (404) position is injectd, when screw nut (4) continue to rise, extrusion spring (403) shrink then with dead lever (5) lifting through slider (103) for dead lever (5) produce the slope, thereby make the solar panel slope setting on mounting panel (502) surface.
2. The cleaning device for the solar street lamp as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotating shafts at one end of the cleaning rollers (301) penetrate through the side wall of the cleaning box (3) and are fixedly connected with the driving wheels (304).
3. The cleaning device for solar street light as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the transmission mechanism comprises a rotating shaft (305); the rotating shaft (305) is rotatably connected with the outer side wall of the cleaning box (3);
the rotating shaft (305) is fixedly connected with rotating wheels (306) which are meshed with the driving wheels (304) one by one; the lower end of the rotating shaft (305) is fixedly connected with a transmission wheel (307) in transmission connection with the transition wheel (303).

The cleaning device for the solar street lamp according to claim 1 or 3, wherein the lower end surface of the limiting sleeve (101) is provided with a plurality of limiting notches; the upper end of the adjusting ring (404) is fixedly connected with a limiting bulge (405) matched with the limiting notch.
5. The cleaning device for the solar street lamp according to claim 4, wherein the upper end of the limiting protrusion (405) is in a wedge-shaped structure.
6. The cleaning device for the solar street lamp as claimed in claim 1, 3 or 5, wherein the bottom wall or the side wall of the cleaning box (3) is provided with a sewage draining outlet.
