Abstract
The invention discloses a self-flushing type solar street lamp, and relates to the technical field of street lamps. The invention comprises a lamp post; the upper end part of the lamp post is provided with a lamp cap through a support rod; the upper end part of the lamp post is fixed with a pair of photovoltaic cell panels through a mounting rack; the photovoltaic cell panel is horizontally arranged below the lamp holder; a guide rail bracket corresponding to the lamp holder is fixed above the mounting bracket; the guide rail bracket is provided with a bearing box in a sliding way; the bearing box can move to a position between the two photovoltaic cell panels from the upper part of the lamp holder along the guide rail frame; the bottom wall of the bearing box is symmetrically and rotatably provided with a pair of water supply boxes; the two water supply boxes are respectively arranged at the two opposite sides of the lamp holder; a plurality of spray pipes are circumferentially fixed on the outer side wall of the water supply box; the outer wall of the spray pipe is axially connected with a plurality of nozzles. The solar street lamp has the advantages of simple and reasonable structural design and convenience in use, effectively prolongs the service life of the solar street lamp, and has higher market application value.

Further, the guide rail bracket is provided with a pair of guide bars arranged in parallel; the two guide strips are inserted in the bearing box; a plurality of teeth are arranged on the upper surface of the guide strip side by side; a first driving motor is fixedly arranged in the bearing box; the first driving motor is provided with a pair of output shafts which are coaxially arranged; two output shafts of the first driving motor are respectively fixed with a transmission gear corresponding to the guide bar; the transmission gear is meshed with the teeth on the guide bar.
Furthermore, a pair of rotating shafts corresponding to the water supply box are symmetrically and vertically arranged in the bearing box; the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged in the bearing box; the lower end of the rotating shaft penetrates through the bottom wall of the bearing box and is connected with the top wall of the water supply box; a transmission belt wheel is horizontally fixed at the upper end of the rotating shaft; the two driving belt wheels are in transmission connection through a synchronous belt.
Furthermore, one rotating shaft is connected with an output shaft of a second driving motor through a gear reducer; the second driving motor is fixedly arranged in the bearing box.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
according to the invention, the movable cleaning structure is arranged on the solar street lamp, so that the solar cell panel and the lampshade can be effectively cleaned, stubborn stains on the solar cell panel and the lampshade can be removed more cleanly, the situation that the residual dust obstructs the lighting light of the street lamp and the power generation efficiency of the solar cell panel is avoided, meanwhile, the service lives of the solar cell panel and the lampshade are effectively prolonged, and the movable cleaning structure has higher market application value.

Referring to fig. 1-5, the present invention relates to a self-flushing solar street light, which comprises a lamp post 1; the upper end part of the lamp post 1 is provided with a lamp holder 3 through a support rod 2 in an arc structure; a pair of photovoltaic cell panels 5 are fixed at the upper end part of the lamp post 1 through a mounting frame 4; the photovoltaic cell panel 5 is horizontally arranged below the lamp holder 3; a guide rail bracket 6 corresponding to the lamp holder 3 is fixed above the mounting bracket 4; a bearing box 7 is arranged on the guide rail bracket 6 in a sliding way; the bearing box 7 is arranged above the lamp holder 3; the bearing box 7 can move along the guide rail frame 6 from the upper part of the lamp holder 3 to a position between the two photovoltaic cell panels 5; the bottom wall of the bearing box 7 is symmetrically and rotatably provided with a pair of water supply boxes 8 in a cylindrical structure; the two water supply boxes 8 are respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the lamp holder 3; the water supply box 8 is connected with a water supply source through a water delivery pipe; a plurality of spray pipes 9 are circumferentially fixed on the outer side wall of the water supply box 8; the outer wall of the spray pipe 9 is axially connected with a plurality of nozzles 10; the plurality of nozzles 10 are respectively arranged at the upper part and the lower part of the spray pipe 9; the nozzle 10 may clean the upper surface of the photovoltaic cell panel 5 or the lower surface of the lamp cap 3.

a guide rail bracket (6) corresponding to the lamp holder (3) is fixed above the mounting bracket (4); the guide rail bracket (6) is provided with a bearing box (7) in a sliding way; the bearing box (7) is arranged above the lamp holder (3); the bearing box (7) can move to a position between the two photovoltaic cell panels (5) from the upper part of the lamp holder (3) along the guide rail frame (6);
the bottom wall of the bearing box (7) is symmetrically and rotatably provided with a pair of water supply boxes (8); the two water supply boxes (8) are respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the lamp holder (3); a plurality of spray pipes (9) are circumferentially fixed on the outer side wall of the water supply box (8); the outer wall of the spray pipe (9) is axially connected with a plurality of nozzles (10); the nozzle (10) can clean the upper surface of the photovoltaic cell panel (5) or the lower surface of the lamp holder (3).
