During actual use, the down-the-hole drilling holes and the geological drilling holes are vertically distributed, so that the drilling depths of the down-the-hole drilling holes and the geological drilling holes can be conveniently controlled according to the vertical distance between the ground at each geological drilling position 7 marked on a design drawing and the shield shell 1 of the shield machine, and the structure of the shield shell 1 of the shield machine can be effectively prevented from being damaged by the drill bit of the geological drill 2 or the down-the-hole drill 6.

step seven, judging whether the grouting wrap is broken: opening a plurality of ball valves (4) installed in a shield shell (1) of the shield machine, observing the water seepage or mud seepage conditions of the ball valves (4), when the ball valves (4) do not have the water seepage or mud seepage phenomenon, indicating that the grouting wrappage (10) is not completely broken, closing the ball valves (4), marking the positions of the ball valves (4) which do not have the water seepage or mud seepage phenomenon on the ground, and executing the step eight; when water seepage or mud seepage occurs in each ball valve (4), indicating that the grouting wrappage (10) is broken, closing the ball valve (4) and executing the step ten;
step eight, local encryption hole distribution: marking a plurality of down-the-hole drilling encrypted hole sites (11) in the ground local area range corresponding to the position of the ball valve (4) marked in the step seven;
