Abstract
The invention discloses polyurethane modified silicone rubber and a preparation method thereof. The invention has the advantages that: the anti-aging silicone rubber material for producing the surface three-dimensional printing of the elastic fabric is prepared by modifying the methyl vinyl terminated silicone rubber by adopting a polyurethane silane coupling agent and adding a certain amount of white carbon black, hydroxyl silicone oil, active aluminum hydroxide, pigment, an auxiliary agent and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to polyurethane modified silicone rubber for the surface of high-elasticity fabric and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The traditional silicon rubber has good initial viscosity, can keep good elasticity for the initial period of time (within 1 year) after being used on high-elasticity fabric, and the problems of cracking, peeling and the like of the silicon rubber can not be caused by pulling and wrinkling of clothes, but with the increase of the service time, the adhesive force of the common silicon rubber on the fabric begins to be reduced under the action of ultraviolet rays and various external environments, and the common silicon rubber also begins to be hardened, so that peeling is easily generated, and the defects on the surface of the fabric are caused.
Polyurethane is used as common high-elastic resin, the adhesive force of the polyurethane to the fabric is superior to that of silicon rubber, but the polyurethane is not suitable for being used as a resin decorative coating on the surface of the high-elastic fabric due to poor aging resistance, easy yellowing and embrittlement; therefore, aiming at the fields of high-grade sportswear, hair bands and the like, the invention provides a preparation method of polyurethane modified silicone rubber, aiming at the problems that a rubber with high elasticity, high adhesive force and high weather resistance, which can be used for a long time, is lacked, and the invention can simultaneously prolong the service life of the silicone rubber and improve the adhesive force to fabrics.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above object, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme to provide a polyurethane modified silicone rubber and a preparation method thereof, comprising the following steps:
a polyurethane modified silicon rubber and its preparation method use methyl vinyl silicone rubber that octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane synthesizes as raw materials to be the sizing material, use polyurethane silane coupling agent to modify methyl vinyl silicone rubber to make polyurethane modified silicon rubber; then, taking polyurethane modified silicon rubber as a reference weight (100 parts), adding 30-60 parts by weight of white carbon black, 1-8 parts by weight of hydroxyl silicone oil, 10-30 parts by weight of active aluminum hydroxide, 0.5-2 parts by weight of color master batch and 1-5 parts by weight of auxiliary agent.

The following examples are given by way of illustration of the method of producing a urethane-modified silicone rubber of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.
Example 1
Polyurethane modified silicon rubber each component proportion (parts by weight)
Firstly, mixing proportioned methyl vinyl silicone rubber, white carbon black, hydroxyl silicone oil and active aluminum hydroxide in an internal mixer to form a cluster, then adding the cluster into a kneading machine to knead, adding and uniformly mixing proportioned polyurethane silane coupling agent, auxiliary agent and color master batch when kneading, wherein the kneading temperature is 130 ℃, the vacuum degree is 0.07MPa, and the kneading time is 10min, then injecting the mixture onto cloth through an extruder, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the polyurethane modified silicone rubber.
Example 2

A polyurethane modified silicon rubber is characterized in that: taking methyl vinyl silicone rubber synthesized by taking octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane as a raw material as a sizing material, and modifying the methyl vinyl silicone rubber by adopting a polyurethane silane coupling agent to prepare polyurethane modified silicone rubber; then, taking polyurethane modified silicon rubber as a reference weight (100 parts), adding 30-60 parts by weight of white carbon black, 1-8 parts by weight of hydroxyl silicone oil, 10-30 parts by weight of active aluminum hydroxide, 0.5-2 parts by weight of color master batch and 1-5 parts by weight of auxiliary agent.
2. The polyurethane-modified silicone rubber according to claim 1, wherein: the molecular weight of the methyl vinyl silicone rubber is 50-60 ten thousand, and the vinyl content is 0.07-0.24mo 1%.
