In a second aspect, the invention provides a method for preparing a nano-microcrystalline NCC reinforced rubber material, which comprises the following steps:
1) treating NCC with a surfactant to obtain a modified NCC solution;
2) adding the EPDM rubber master batch, the modifier and the modified NCC solution into a mixing mill for mixing, wherein the mixing temperature is 120-130 ℃, the mixing time is 3-8 min, and discharging at 110-120 ℃ after mixing to obtain a primary mixed material;
3) adding the anti-aging agent and the primary mixing material into an internal mixer for banburying for 2-10 min, adding a rubber vulcanizing agent, kneading at a high speed, and conveying to an open mill;
4) after the mixture in the step 3) is thinly passed for 2-4 times in an open mill, the EPDM rubber master batch, the modifier and the modified NCC are fully and uniformly mixed, input into a screw extruder, and a product is molded through the extruder and an extrusion die;

The NCC has a diameter of 2nm and a length of 400 nm.
The chemical auxiliary agent comprises 1% of surfactant, 2% of age resister and 2% of rubber vulcanizing agent.
The modifier is a mixture of chloroprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and fluororubber, and the weight ratio of the chloroprene rubber to the styrene-butadiene rubber is 1:1: 2.
The surface active agent is tetrabutyl titanate.
The anti-aging agent is a mixture of dibutyl phthalate and liquid paraffin, and the weight ratio of the dibutyl phthalate to the liquid paraffin is 1: 1.

The chemical auxiliary agent comprises 4% of surfactant, 4% of age resister and 2% of rubber vulcanizing agent.
The modifier is chloroprene rubber.
The surfactant is KH 560.
The anti-aging agent is triethyl glyceride.

The chemical auxiliary agent comprises 1% of surfactant, 3% of age resister and 6% of rubber vulcanizing agent.
The modifier is fluororubber.
The surfactant is stearic acid.
The anti-aging agent is dibutyl phthalate.

Example 9
The nano microcrystalline NCC reinforced rubber material is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 10% of NCC, 8% of chemical auxiliary agent, 5.5% of modifier and the balance of EDPM rubber master batch.
The NCC has a diameter of 5nm and a length of 150 nm.
The chemical auxiliary agent comprises 4% of surfactant, 2% of age resister and 2% of rubber vulcanizing agent.
The modifier is styrene butadiene rubber.
The surfactant is a mixture of KH550 and KH560, and the weight ratio of the KH550 to the KH560 is 1: 1.
The anti-aging agent is dibutyl phthalate.
The rubber vulcanizing agent is magnesium oxide.

The NCC has a diameter of 5nm and a length of 150 nm.
The chemical auxiliary agent comprises 1% of surfactant, 1% of age resister and 3% of rubber vulcanizing agent.
The modifier is a mixture of chloroprene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber and silicon rubber, and the weight ratio of the chloroprene rubber to the styrene butadiene rubber to the silicon rubber is 2:1: 1.
The surfactant is ethyl trimethoxy silane.
The anti-aging agent is dibutyl phthalate.

The NCC has a diameter of 15nm and a length of 300 nm.
The chemical auxiliary agent comprises 0.01 percent of surfactant, 0.5 percent of age resister and 1.5 percent of rubber vulcanizing agent.
The modifier is silicon rubber.
The surfactant is KH 550.
The anti-aging agent is liquid paraffin.

5) vulcanizing the formed product in the step 4) at the vulcanization temperature of 100 ℃, the vulcanization pressure of 5MPa and the vulcanization time of 30min, and preparing the nano microcrystalline NCC reinforced rubber material after vulcanization.
Example 11 Performance testing
The mechanical properties of the nano-microcrystalline NCC reinforced rubber materials prepared in examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 7 were tested according to national standards and the results are shown in table 1. The data show that scientific and reasonable material composition and proportion are selected, so that the nano microcrystal NCC reinforced rubber materials prepared in the examples 1-10 are high in rubber intermolecular bonding strength, and remarkably improved in toughness and wear resistance, and the mechanical properties are remarkably improved compared with those of the materials in the comparative examples 1-7.

A nano microcrystalline NCC reinforced rubber material is characterized by being prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 1-25% of NCC, 2-15% of chemical auxiliary agent, 5-30% of modifier and the balance of EPDM rubber master batch; the NCC has a diameter of 2-15 nm and a length of 150-400 nm; the chemical auxiliary agent consists of 0.01 to 4 percent of surface active agent, 0.5 to 5 percent of age resister and 1.5 to 6 percent of rubber vulcanizing agent; the modifier is selected from one or more than two of chloroprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, fluororubber and silicon rubber; the surfactant is selected from one or more than two of KH550, KH560, stearic acid, n-butyl titanate and ethyltrimethoxysilane; the anti-aging agent is selected from one or more of liquid paraffin, modified liquid paraffin, triethyl glyceride and dibutyl phthalate; the rubber vulcanizing agent is selected from one or more than two of magnesium dimethacrylate, TMTD, epoxy resin, zinc chloride and magnesium oxide; the preparation method of the nano microcrystalline NCC reinforced rubber material comprises the following steps:
1) treating NCC with a surfactant to obtain a modified NCC solution;
2) adding the EPDM rubber master batch, the modifier and the modified NCC solution into a mixing mill for mixing, wherein the mixing temperature is 120-130 ℃, the mixing time is 3-8 min, and discharging at 110-120 ℃ after mixing to obtain a primary mixed material;
3) adding the anti-aging agent and the primary mixing material into an internal mixer for banburying for 2-10 min, adding a rubber vulcanizing agent, kneading at a high speed, and conveying to an open mill;
4) after the mixture in the step 3) is thinly passed for 2-4 times in an open mill, the EPDM rubber master batch, the modifier and the modified NCC are fully and uniformly mixed, input into a screw extruder, and a product is molded through the extruder and an extrusion die;
5) vulcanizing the molded product obtained in the step 4), wherein the vulcanization temperature is 100-150 ℃, the vulcanization pressure is 1.5-5 MPa, and the vulcanization time is 15-45 min, and then preparing the nano microcrystalline NCC reinforced rubber material after vulcanization.
2. The nano-microcrystalline NCC reinforced rubber material of claim 1, wherein the EPDM rubber masterbatch is a powdered carbon black reinforced EPDM rubber.
