Abstract
The invention discloses a lining double-arch masonry structure in a horizontal converter mouth area, which comprises an inner ring arch (2) and an outer ring arch (3), wherein the outer ring arch (3) is masonry-constructed at the bottom of a horizontal converter mouth (5), the inner ring arch (2) is masonry-constructed at the bottom of the outer ring arch (3), the inner side of a horizontal converter body is masonry-constructed with a circumferential cylinder brick layer through a plurality of cylinder bricks (1), and the inner ring arch (2) and the outer ring arch (3) are masonry-connected with the circumferential cylinder brick layer through a plurality of lock bricks (4); the bottom of the inner ring arch (2) is built with a transition brick layer (6) through a plurality of barrel bricks (1), and the bottom of the transition brick layer (6) is flush with the inner side surface of the circumferential barrel brick layer. The invention can improve the operation rate and the service life of the converter.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of horizontal converters for converting copper matte and nickel matte, and particularly relates to a lining double-arch masonry structure in a converter mouth area of a horizontal converter.
Background
The lining of the furnace mouth part of the traditional horizontal converter for copper-nickel blowing adopts simple lateral building of refractory bricks or enlargement of mortar joints to form a single-layer building structure similar to a flat arch. The masonry structure has low strength and poor reliability, is not well combined with the circumferential linings on two sides and the lower part, and does not form a separate stress structure. Therefore, under the actions of expansion with heat and contraction with cold, melt scouring and the like after the opening of the horizontal converter, the furnace mouth falls off after the horizontal converter is used for a plurality of furnaces, the alloy furnace mouth is directly exposed to the high-temperature melt, so that the alloy furnace mouth is burnt, and even if the furnace lining body is intact, the furnace has to be stopped to repair the furnace mouth. Therefore, the traditional horizontal converter mouth and the masonry method have the problem that the service life of the mouth is not synchronous with that of the furnace body.

Aiming at the problems of low lining strength and short service life of the horizontal converter mouth region in the prior art, the invention provides the lining double-arch masonry structure of the horizontal converter mouth region, which can improve the operation rate and the service life of a converter.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a double-arch masonry structure for a lining in a furnace mouth area of a horizontal converter is characterized by comprising an inner ring arch (2) and an outer ring arch (3), wherein the outer ring arch (3) is masonry-constructed at the bottom of a furnace mouth (5) of the horizontal converter, the inner ring arch (2) is masonry-constructed at the bottom of the outer ring arch (3), the inner side of a furnace body of the horizontal converter is masonry-constructed with a circumferential cylinder brick layer through a plurality of cylinder bricks (1), and the inner ring arch (2) and the outer ring arch (3) are masonry-constructed with the circumferential cylinder brick layer through a plurality of locking bricks (4); the bottom of the inner ring arch (2) is built with a transition brick layer (6) through a plurality of barrel bricks (1), and the bottom of the transition brick layer (6) is flush with the inner side surface of the circumferential barrel brick layer.
According to the lining double-arch masonry structure of the horizontal converter mouth area, the inner ring arch (2) and the outer ring arch (3) are formed by combined masonry of shaped wedge-shaped bricks and standard bricks.
According to the lining masonry structure of the horizontal converter mouth area, the lining masonry structure is characterized in that the transition brick layer (6) is in masonry connection with the circumferential cylinder brick layer, and the middle part of the transition brick layer (6) is sunken compared with the masonry connection position of the transition brick layer (6) and the circumferential cylinder brick layer.
The invention has the beneficial technical effects that: the double-layer brick adopts a double-layer arch instead of a single-layer arch, so that the structural strength and the reliability are improved, the double-layer brick mainly has the functions of connecting the circumferential cylinder and the furnace mouth, and relatively separating and independently existing the circumferential cylinder and the furnace mouth, wherein the double-layer arch consists of an inner ring arch and an outer ring arch, and the inner ring arch and the outer ring arch independently exist and are integrated with the inner lining of the circumferential cylinder. The inner ring arch and the outer ring arch both adopt shaped wedge-shaped bricks and standard bricks instead of processed bricks, so that the dimensional accuracy and the structural strength are higher; the inner circular arch and the outer circular arch are built by combining and matching shaped wedge-shaped bricks and standard bricks, so that the size and radian of the arch are flexibly adjustable. The invention has good structural strength and high stability, is tightly combined with the lower transition brick layer and the circumferential cylinder brick layers at two sides, has large pressing force, is not easy to damage and has double insurance. The invention can prolong the service life of the furnace mouth of the horizontal converter, further improve the service life of the lining of the horizontal converter, and further provide powerful guarantee for the pyrometallurgical production of copper and nickel.

Detailed Description
Referring to the figures 1-2, the lining double-arch masonry structure for the horizontal converter mouth area comprises an inner ring arch 2 and an outer ring arch 3, wherein the outer ring arch 3 is masonry-constructed at the bottom of a horizontal converter mouth 5, the inner ring arch 2 is masonry-constructed at the bottom of the outer ring arch 3, the inner side of a horizontal converter body is masonry-constructed with a circumferential cylinder brick layer through a plurality of cylinder bricks 1, and the inner ring arch 2 and the outer ring arch 3 are masonry-constructed with the circumferential cylinder brick layer through a plurality of lock bricks 4; the bottom of the inner ring arch 2 is built with a transition brick layer 6 through a plurality of barrel bricks 1, and the bottom of the transition brick layer 6 is flush with the inner side surface of the circumferential barrel brick layer. The transition brick layer 6 is connected with the circumference barrel brick layer in a building mode, and the middle part of the transition brick layer 6 is compared with the connection position of the transition brick layer 6 and the circumference barrel brick layer in a building mode and is sunken. The inner circular arch 2 and the outer circular arch 3 are formed by combining and building shaped wedge-shaped bricks and standard bricks. The shaped bricks are made into various non-cuboid shaped bricks by special moulds from refractory manufacturers according to the masonry requirements of special parts; the shaped brick does not need to be cut by a cutter, so that the shaped brick is not subjected to mechanical damage, has no cutting surface, and has better integrity, higher strength and better high-temperature resistance.
The whole horizontal converter lining can be roughly divided into a headwall, a circumferential cylinder and a converter mouth, and the converter mouth is the position with the highest building difficulty of the horizontal converter. When the horizontal converter is built, the end wall is built firstly, then the circumferential barrel is built by utilizing a rotary building method, then the lining of the furnace mouth area is built synchronously when the circumferential masonry is built to the radius, and the concrete building steps are as follows:
(1) building a circumferential cylinder brick layer to the lower part of a furnace mouth of the horizontal converter;
(2) positioning the position of a central brick of the inner ring arch by using a standard brick, building the central brick of the inner ring arch, matching the standard brick and a shaped wedge-shaped brick according to the size and radian of a furnace mouth for pre-building, and correspondingly building the inner ring arch from two sides of the center according to the pre-building condition;
(3) when the inner ring arch is built, the circumferential cylinder bricks on two sides of the inner ring arch are built synchronously, and after the inner ring arch is built, the inner ring arch locking bricks are built and are closed with the circumferential cylinder bricks on two sides;
(4) measuring and visually inspecting the size and radian of the inner ring arch, and determining that the outer ring arch is built without errors;
(5) positioning the position of a central brick of the outer ring arch at the center of the inner ring arch by using a standard brick, staggering brick joints, building the central brick of the outer ring arch, matching the standard brick and a wedge-shaped brick according to the size and the radian of a furnace opening for pre-building, and correspondingly building the outer ring arch from two sides of the center according to the pre-building condition;
(6) the method comprises the following steps that circumferential cylinder bricks on two sides are built synchronously when an outer ring arch is built, and outer ring arch locking bricks are built after the outer ring arch is built and are closed with the circumferential cylinder bricks on two sides;
(7) and (5) measuring and visually inspecting the size and radian of the inner ring arch, and confirming that the inner ring arch is matched with the size of the furnace opening.

A double-arch masonry structure for a lining in a furnace mouth area of a horizontal converter is characterized by comprising an inner ring arch (2) and an outer ring arch (3), wherein the outer ring arch (3) is masonry-constructed at the bottom of a furnace mouth (5) of the horizontal converter, the inner ring arch (2) is masonry-constructed at the bottom of the outer ring arch (3), the inner side of a furnace body of the horizontal converter is masonry-constructed with a circumferential cylinder brick layer through a plurality of cylinder bricks (1), and the inner ring arch (2) and the outer ring arch (3) are masonry-constructed with the circumferential cylinder brick layer through a plurality of locking bricks (4); the bottom of the inner ring arch (2) is built with a transition brick layer (6) through a plurality of barrel bricks (1), and the bottom of the transition brick layer (6) is flush with the inner side surface of the circumferential barrel brick layer.
2. The horizontal converter mouth area lining double-arch masonry structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the inner ring arch (2) and the outer ring arch (3) are both formed by combination masonry of shaped wedge-shaped bricks and standard bricks.

The lining masonry structure for the horizontal converter mouth region according to claim 1, wherein the transition brick layer (6) is masonry-connected with the circumferential cylinder brick layer, and the middle part of the transition brick layer (6) is recessed compared with the masonry connection of the transition brick layer (6) and the circumferential cylinder brick layer.
