The light-cured coating prepared by adopting a scientific proportion has the characteristics of weather resistance, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, high temperature resistance and the like, when the light-cured coating is used, the coating is coated on the surface of an object and then irradiated by an ultraviolet lamp, and the curing is finished after about 8 seconds, so that the light-cured coating has the performance of quick curing, has long service life and long color retention time, prevents decolorization, and has popularization and application values.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to a light-cured coating capable of preventing decolorization.
Background
The photo-curing coating is also called photosensitive coating, which is ultraviolet light as coating curing energy and is also called ultraviolet light curing coating. The film can be quickly solidified into a film on flammable substrates such as paper, plastics, leather, wood and the like without heating. It is mainly composed of photosensitive resin, photosensitizer (photoinitiator) and diluent, and some additives, such as heat stabilizer, are added at the same time, and pigment and filler are added when preparing colored paint. The photosensitive resin is generally a low molecular weight resin having an unsaturated bond, such as unsaturated polyester, acrylic oligomer; the photosensitizer is a compound which can easily absorb ultraviolet light to generate active free radicals, such as benzophenone and benzoin alkyl ether; the diluent is mainly used for reducing the viscosity of the coating and simultaneously participates in curing and film forming, namely the active diluent, such as styrene, acrylic ester and the like. The photocureable coating has the advantages of short curing time (a fraction of a second to a few minutes), low curing temperature and low volatile content, and is a new coating variety which saves energy and resources, is pollution-free and has high efficiency; the disadvantages are that the curing process of the free radical type photo-curing coating is inhibited by oxygen and the surface curing is poor. In recent years, ionic photocurable coatings have been developed. In the prior art, the photo-curable coating is easy to fade under the condition of wind and sun exposure, so that the color retention time is short, and therefore, there is room for improvement.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a photocurable coating material which prevents discoloration.
The invention realizes the purpose through the following technical scheme:
the invention consists of pigment, epoxy resin, alkyl naphthalene sulfonate, polyacrylamide dimethyl silicone oil, acrylic resin, cellulose phthalate, urethane acrylate, reactive acrylate monomer, ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate, isopropyl thioxanthone and dialkyl benzoyl methyl sulfonium salt.
Further, according to the weight ratio, each part comprises 2-5% of the pigment, 30-40% of the epoxy resin, 1-4% of the alkyl naphthalene sulfonic acid sodium salt, 4-7% of the polyacrylamide dimethyl silicone oil, 10-20% of the acrylic resin, 3-6% of the cellulose phthalate, 6-9% of the urethane acrylate, 5-10% of the reactive acrylate monomer, 10-15% of the ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 4-8% of the isopropyl thioxanthone and 2-6% of the dialkyl benzoyl methyl sulfonium salt.
Preferably, each part contains 3% of the coloring material, 35% of the epoxy resin, 3% of the sodium alkylnaphthalene sulfonate, 5% of the polyacrylamide dimethicone, 15% of the acrylic resin, 4% of the cellulose phthalate, 8% of the urethane acrylate, 6% of the reactive acrylate monomer, 13% of the ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 5% of the isopropyl thioxanthone and 3% of the dialkylphenacyl sulfonium salt in percentage by weight.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention is a kind of light-cured coating which prevents the decolourization, compared with prior art, the invention uses the scientific proportion to make light-cured coating, have weather-proof, corrosion-resistant, oxidation-resistant, high temperature resistant characteristic, while using, after coating the surface of the article with the coating, illuminate the ultraviolet lamp, the solidification finishes after about 8s, have the fast performance of solidification, make the coating have long performance life, color retention time long, prevent the decolourization, have value popularized and applied.
