Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a fluid loss additive for drilling fluid and a preparation method thereof, and the fluid loss additive for drilling fluid prepared by the invention is suitable for the technical field of oilfield drilling engineering.
Background
In recent years, with the increasing demand of domestic and foreign energy sources, petroleum exploration and development gradually drills into deep and complex stratum, and the number of complex wells such as deep wells, ultra-deep wells, highly-inclined wells, multi-branch wells, horizontal wells and the like is increased, and in addition, the demand of oil-based drilling fluid is increased gradually for the development of unconventional oil and gas resources. The fluid loss additive is an indispensable component in the drilling fluid treatment agent, and has the main effects of enabling the drilling fluid to form a thin and compact mud cake on a well wall, thereby playing roles of reducing the fluid loss, improving the quality of the mud cake and the like, and is an important chemical treatment agent for maintaining the stability of the drilling fluid, improving the rheological property of the drilling fluid, reducing the fluid loss of harmful fluid to a stratum, stabilizing the well wall, and ensuring the rule of the well diameter and the oil-gas layer. The device has important effects on safe and efficient drilling and preventing drilling accidents. The development of the filtration-reducing agent for the oil-based drilling fluid is less in China, mainly asphalt and organic amine modified humic acid filtration-reducing agents, wherein asphalt products have the defects of environmental pollution, large consumption and influence on drilling speed, and the application of the filtration-reducing agent is limited in the conventional oil-based drilling fluid formula at present; the organic amine modified humic acid filtrate reducer has the defect of poor dispersion in oil-based drilling fluid, particularly in low-toxicity environment-friendly base oil, has poorer dispersibility and has a certain gap between the filtrate reducing effect and asphalt products.
The polyanion cellulose is an excellent environment-friendly fluid loss additive for water-based drilling fluid, has no biotoxicity and is easy to degrade, but most of the polyanion cellulose in the molecular structure is hydrophilic groups, cannot be dissolved in oil-based drilling fluid and is difficult to disperse in an oil-based drilling fluid system, and the fluid loss additive cannot play a role in fluid loss.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at overcoming the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the drilling fluid filtrate reducer which has no environmental pollution, good dispersion performance in oil-based drilling fluid and excellent filtrate reducing effect and the preparation method thereof.
The aim of the invention is achieved by the following technical scheme: the filtrate reducer for the drilling fluid is characterized by comprising lipophilic modified polyanionic cellulose.
In general, the fluid loss additive for drilling fluids comprises the following components: the anionic cellulose, lipophilic monomer, initiator and dispersant, wherein the mass percentage of each component is as follows: polyanionic cellulose: 10-20%, lipophilic monomer: 10-30% of an initiator: 0.1-1%, dispersant: 0.5-2% and the balance of water.
The preparation method of the filtrate reducer for the drilling fluid comprises the following steps: adding dispersant and polyanionic cellulose into water in turn according to a certain proportion, heating to 60-90 ℃, stirring uniformly, and introducing N 2 And (3) protecting, adding an oleophilic monomer and an initiator, stirring and reacting for 2-4 hours, cooling to room temperature, drying and crushing to obtain the filtrate reducer for the oil-based drilling fluid.
The inlet N 2 The lipophilic monomer is added after protection, preferably 30 min.
The lipophilic monomer is one or a mixture of more of methyl methacrylate, ethyl methacrylate and butyl methacrylate.
The initiator is as follows: ammonium persulfate, potassium persulfate and ceric ammonium sulfate.
The dispersing agent is as follows: one or two of polyvinyl alcohol and polyvinylpyrrolidone.
The filtrate reducer for drilling fluid provided by the invention is applied to an oil-based drilling fluid system.
The dosage of the filtrate reducer for the drilling fluid is 0.5-3% w/v in the oil-based drilling fluid.
The filtrate reducer for drilling fluid disclosed by the invention has good lipophilicity, can be effectively dispersed and dissolved in base oil, has good compatibility with other drilling fluid treatment agents, and has no pollution to the environment and no biotoxicity.
