Abstract
The invention discloses a mildew inhibitor for phosphogypsum products, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1-5% of sodium benzoate; 10-15% of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide; 5-8% of nitro-bromohydrin; 6-9% of potassium sorbate; 4-9% of chlorobutanol; the balance of water. The mildew inhibitor for the phosphogypsum product can effectively prevent the growth of mildew and has low cost. The invention also provides a preparation method of the mildewproof agent for the phosphogypsum product.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mildewproof agents, and particularly relates to a mildewproof agent for phosphogypsum products and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Phosphogypsum is a solid waste produced in the industry of phosphorus chemical industry, wherein the content of dihydrate gypsum is usually more than 80 percent, and the phosphogypsum can be used as building gypsum after being calcined. step S3, adding chlorobutanol, stirring uniformly, and adding nitrobromohydrin while stirring;
and step S4, finally, adding sodium benzoate, and stirring until the mixture is clear to obtain the mildew preventive for the phosphogypsum product.
Compared with the prior art, the mildew preventive for the phosphogypsum product has the beneficial effects that:
the mildew preventive for the phosphogypsum product can accelerate and promote the conversion of a phosphoric acid oxidation-reduction system, destroy the function of free acid cells, and enable the phosphogypsum product to be incapable of providing nutrients for mould, so that the mould cannot grow and achieve a good mildew prevention effect.
The mildew inhibitor for the phosphogypsum product provided by the invention has the characteristics of simple formula, less mixing amount in the using process and low cost.

step S2, adding potassium sorbate, and stirring for 15min until the mixture is clear;
step S3, adding chlorobutanol, stirring for 10min to be uniform, and adding nitrobromohydrin while stirring;
and step S4, finally, adding sodium benzoate, and stirring until the mixture is clear to obtain the mildew preventive for the phosphogypsum product.

The mildew inhibitor for the phosphogypsum product comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
2% of sodium benzoate; 12% of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide; 8% of nitro-bromine alcohol; 7% of potassium sorbate; 8% of chlorobutanol; and (5) 63% of water.
The preparation method of the mildewcide for ardealite products of the embodiment refers to the embodiment 1.
Example 4
The mildew inhibitor for the phosphogypsum product comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
4% of sodium benzoate; 13% of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide; 7% of nitro-bromine alcohol; 8% of potassium sorbate; 4% of chlorobutanol; 64 percent of water.
The preparation method of the mildewcide for ardealite products of the embodiment refers to the embodiment 1.
Example 5
The mildew inhibitor for the phosphogypsum product comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
3% of sodium benzoate; 11% of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide; 6% of nitro-bromine alcohol; 7% of potassium sorbate; 6 percent of chlorobutanol; and (5) 67 percent of water.

Example 6
The mildew inhibitor for the phosphogypsum product comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
5% of sodium benzoate; 10% of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide; 6% of nitro-bromine alcohol; 9% of potassium sorbate; 5% of chlorobutanol; 65% of water.

The mildew-proof effect of the ardealite product used in the examples 1 to 6 under different mixing amount conditions is tested, and the test results are as follows:

The test result shows that the mildew inhibitor for the phosphogypsum product has a long-acting mildew-proof effect when the mixing amount is 0.05-0.1% of the mass of the phosphogypsum product, and has the advantages of small using amount and low cost.
By way of comparison between examples 1 and 6, the two examples differ in the content of dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide and, correspondingly, in the pH of the fungicide (pH 4.5 for example 1 and 2 for example 6). The mildew-proof effect tests of the ardealite product mildew-proof agents of the two embodiments are carried out under the conditions of different mixing amounts and different time, and the test results are as follows:
the mildew inhibitor for the phosphogypsum product has the pH value of 2-5, is acidic, and has good adaptability in an acidic application environment; and the pH value of the acidic mildew preventive is reduced, so that the mildew preventive effect is better.
The temperature of the phosphogypsum in the hydration forming process is 50-65 ℃, the mildewproof agent of the invention can not be decomposed in the forming process of products doped with the phosphogypsum, the performance is relatively stable, and the stability of the mildewproof effect can be ensured.
Compared with the prior art, the mildew preventive for the phosphogypsum product has the beneficial effects that:
