The PCM material can release a large amount of heat in a low-temperature environment, namely, the PCM material is converted into a granular solid from a liquid state, and can also absorb a large amount of heat in a high-temperature environment, namely, the PCM material is converted into a liquid state from a granular solid, so that the PCM material has excellent functions of cold accumulation and heat storage or temperature regulation. And because the phase transition process temperature of the PCM material is stable, the PCM material is more reliable in refrigerating medicines or goods. In addition, the PCM material has larger latent heat of phase change, so the volume of the PCM cold storage tube adopted by the invention can be smaller, thereby being beneficial to reducing the weight and being convenient to carry.
The bowl cover 2 through screw-thread fit with the rim of a cup of cup 1 is connected, the lower surface of bowl cover 2 is provided with blotter 7 of PU material, the inner wall of bowl cover 2 with be provided with annular seal 8 between the blotter 7. When the cup cover 2 is tightly screwed with the cup body 1, the lower part of the buffer pad 7 slightly extends into the cup opening of the cup body 1, and the lower surface of the annular sealing ring 8 is fully contacted with the upper edge of the cup opening of the cup body 1. The glove ring 9 made of nylon is arranged on the outer edge of the cup opening of the cup body 1, so that the cup body 1 is prevented from falling off the hand.
The digital thermometer 5 is packaged in the cup cover 2, and the digital thermometer 5 is composed of a temperature sensor 501, a temperature display 502, a thermometer power supply 503, a touch switch 504 and a charging socket 505. The temperature sensor 501 is embedded in the buffer pad 7 and is used for detecting the temperature in the storage cavity 103. The temperature display 502 is embedded in the upper surface of the cup cover 2 and is used for displaying the temperature value detected by the temperature sensor 501. The thermometer power source 503 is arranged between the cup cover 2 and the cushion pad 7 and is used for providing power for the temperature sensor 501 and the temperature display 502, and the thermometer power source 503 can be a disposable button battery and can be a reusable rechargeable battery. The touch switch 504 is embedded on the upper surface of the cup cover 2 and used for controlling the on-off of the thermometer power 503. The charging socket 505 is embedded in the upper surface of the cup cover 2 and is used for charging the thermometer power supply 503.
According to the invention, the cold storage tube mounting body 4 is provided with the three cold storage tube mounting holes 401, so that a user can insert 1-3 PCM cold storage tubes with different numbers into the cold storage tube mounting body in the cold storage bottle according to the cold storage time requirement, and the multi-stage cold storage time length function can be realized. Meanwhile, the invention also prepares a plurality of PCM materials with different cold insulation temperatures by heat transfer calculation, wherein the PCM materials comprise low temperature of 0-3 ℃, medium temperature of 3-6 ℃ and common cold storage of 6-9 ℃, and users can select PCM cold storage tubes with different cold insulation temperatures according to the requirements of the cold insulation temperatures, thereby realizing the function of multi-stage cold insulation temperatures.
The invention carries out the duration test of the cold insulation temperature, takes the example that a PCM cold storage tube with the low temperature of 0-3 ℃ is inserted into a cold insulation bottle, as shown in figure 12, when the room temperature is 30 ℃, the temperature in the bottle is increased to 8 ℃ which completely loses the cold insulation effect after about 32 hours; when the room temperature is 35 ℃, the temperature in the bottle is increased to 8 ℃ which completely loses the cold insulation effect after about 30 hours by the invention; when the room temperature is 40 ℃, the temperature in the bottle is increased to 8 ℃ which completely loses the cold insulation effect after about 24 hours by the invention; therefore, each PCM cold storage tube has the cold insulation duration of more than 24 hours, and the quality and the drug effect of the refrigerated medicament can be ensured for a long time.
In addition, the emergency cold storage bottle 10 capable of loading ice water is further arranged, and the height and the cross section shape of the emergency cold storage bottle 10 are consistent with those of the cold storage tube installation body 4. When a user needs to use the product temporarily and the PCM cold accumulation tube 3 does not accumulate cold, ice water can be added into the emergency cold accumulation bottle 10, and then the cold accumulation tube installation body 4 is directly replaced by the emergency cold accumulation bottle 10 filled with the ice water so as to temporarily meet the needs of the user.
