本发明的目的是提供一种带有发光元素的汽车角窗玻璃总成及其汽车，玻璃本体以及玻璃本体的周边设置的包边注塑为一体式结构，玻璃本体上通过丝网印刷有图像，玻璃本体上固定有光源总成，光源总成通过LIN与车身控制器BCM通讯，车身控制器BCM发出指令调整光线颜色、强度。上述方案中，通过丝网印刷在玻璃本体上印刷出预先设定的字符和图案，通过装配在玻璃本体上的光源总成的照射，从车辆外侧可以看到预先设定好的字符和图案，通过控制灯光颜色和亮度的变化，可以呈现出不同的效果，本发明不需要对车身结构大的更改便可获得良好的外观效果，成本低。

本发明涉及汽车零部件技术领域，具体涉及一种汽车角窗玻璃总成及其汽车。
背景技术
目前汽车行业，对整车的造型和功能配置定义要求越来越高，而整车的造型和功能配置定义，是各个主机厂作为汽车卖点的一个主要评价指标之一，也是客户感官与配置评价的主要指标之一。三角窗通常装配在交通工具前侧门前部侧围、后侧门后部侧围上，共同形成带有辨识度的车辆外观，作为侧面造型视觉冲击力很强的一个造型特征，其色彩和功能配置定义尤为关键，目前三角窗除增大乘客侧面视野外，只包括装饰特性，导致三角窗的功能特性相对单一，已渐渐不能满足客户对汽车功能感官配置的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种带有发光元素的汽车角窗玻璃总成及其汽车。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案为：一种汽车角窗玻璃总成，玻璃本体以及玻璃本体的周边设置的包边注塑为一体式结构，玻璃本体上通过丝网印刷有图像，玻璃本体上固定有光源总成，光源总成通过LIN与车身控制器BCM通讯，车身控制器BCM发出指令调整光线颜色、强度。
上述方案中，通过丝网印刷在玻璃本体上印刷出预先设定的字符和图案，通过装配在玻璃本体上的光源总成的照射，从车辆外侧可以看到预先设定好的字符和图案，通过控制灯光颜色和亮度的变化，可以呈现出不同的效果，本发明不需要对车身结构大的更改便可获得良好的外观效果，成本低。

具体实施方式
一种汽车角窗玻璃总成，玻璃本体10以及玻璃本体10的周边设置的包边20注塑为一体式结构，玻璃本体10上通过丝网印刷有图像，玻璃本体10上固定有光源总成30，光源总成30通过LIN与车身控制器BCM通讯，车身控制器BCM发出指令调整光线颜色、强度。通过丝网印刷在玻璃本体10上印刷出预先设定的字符和图案，通过装配在玻璃本体10上的光源总成30的照射，从车辆外侧可以看到预先设定好的字符和图案，通过控制灯光颜色和亮度的变化，可以呈现出不同的效果，本发明不需要对车身结构大的更改便可获得良好的外观效果，成本低。
为了避免从外侧可以看到光线散射，光源总成30通过3M胶/聚氨酯胶粘附于玻璃本体10内表面上。
同理，包边20的内侧面上预埋有螺母/螺母座，光源总成30通过螺栓/卡扣与螺母/螺母座连接。
进一步的，光源总成30包括壳体，壳体内设置有光源和光源控制器，光源控制器通过LIN与车身控制器BCM通讯并根据BCM发出的指令调整光线颜色、光线强度。
包边20的外侧面上注塑有装饰亮条40。装饰亮条40可选材质通常为不锈钢、铝合金和PMMA，包边20可选材料通常为TPV或PVC。
一种汽车，包含上述汽车角窗玻璃总成，汽车角窗玻璃总成安装在前车门前部侧围和/或后侧门后部侧围上。带发光元素的角窗玻璃总成可以安装前车门前部侧围、后侧门后部侧围上，共同形成带有辨识度的车辆外观。

Claims (7)

1.一种汽车角窗玻璃总成，玻璃本体(10)以及玻璃本体(10)的周边设置的包边(20)注塑为一体式结构，其特征在于：玻璃本体(10)上通过丝网印刷有图像，玻璃本体(10)上固定有光源总成(30)，光源总成(30)通过LIN与车身控制器BCM通讯，车身控制器BCM发出指令调整光线颜色、强度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车角窗玻璃总成，其特征在于：光源总成(30)通过3M胶/聚氨酯胶粘附于玻璃本体(10)内表面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车角窗玻璃总成，其特征在于：包边(20)的内侧面上预埋有螺母/螺母座，光源总成(30)通过螺栓/卡扣与螺母/螺母座连接。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的汽车角窗玻璃总成，其特征在于：光源总成(30)包括壳体，壳体内设置有光源和光源控制器，光源控制器通过LIN与车身控制器BCM通讯并根据BCM发出的指令调整光线颜色、光线强度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车角窗玻璃总成，其特征在于：包边(20)的外侧面上注塑有装饰亮条(40)。
6.一种汽车，其特征在于：包含上述汽车角窗玻璃总成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的汽车，其特征在于：汽车角窗玻璃总成安装在前车门前部侧围和/或后侧门后部侧围上。
