(2) after the mold of each vulcanizing unit of a vulcanizer main machine is opened, each tire loading and taking manipulator device simultaneously turns into a vulcanizer main body, each tire loading and taking manipulator device descends to a respective set position, the bladder is inflated for presetting, the pressure relief of the middle position of an electromagnetic valve of a tire loading and taking clamping cylinder is controlled, each sponge adsorption block passively and synchronously expands outwards, a tire blank is automatically expanded and released after the setting is finished, and each tire loading and taking manipulator device ascends to a certain height to grab the tire and then rotates outwards.
Snatch child manipulator device's working process: after the vulcanizing machine main body finishes vulcanizing treatment and mold opening, the tire grabbing mechanical arm devices on each layer are simultaneously transferred into the vulcanizing machine main body, the tire grabbing mechanical arm devices on each layer are lowered to respective set positions, the tire grabbing clamping cylinders drive the six clamping blocks to synchronously and radially contract and clamp the tire tread, a capsule of the vulcanizing unit is annularly raised and vacuumized, and the tire grabbing mechanical arm devices are raised by a certain height to grab the tire and then are outwards transferred out.
A production process of the multilayer multi-mold bicycle tire vulcanizer comprises the following steps: (1) the green tires are taken out from the factory green tire conveying chain and placed on the storing placenta of each layer of the green tire storing device, and the green tires on the factory green tire conveying chain can be taken out through manual or mechanical devices; (2) the tire loading and taking manipulator device at each layer of the front side of the vulcanizer body simultaneously grabs tire blanks on the tire storage platforms at each layer of the tire storage device, and the tire blanks are loaded into the vulcanizing units at the corresponding layer of the vulcanizer body for shaping and vulcanizing; (3) after the vulcanization treatment is finished, the tire mechanical arm device is grabbed by each layer on the rear side of the vulcanizer main body, tires in the vulcanization units of the corresponding layer are taken out at the same time, and the tires taken out by the tire mechanical arm device are arranged on the rear inflation shaping device.
The invention solves the synchronization and full automation of the production and vulcanization process actions, creatively upgrades, reforms and improves the production process operation technology and device in each step, solves and meets the production process technology of the multilayer multimode bicycle tire vulcanization, and greatly improves the vulcanization quality and vulcanization efficiency of the multilayer multimode tire.
In this embodiment, the working process of the tire storer device in the step (1) is as follows: the green tire is placed on a tire storage disk of the tire storage device, and a telescopic rod of the expansion and contraction cylinder extends to drive a synchronous disk to rotate so as to drive tire storage claws on the tire storage disk to synchronously slide outwards along the radial direction to expand and reshape the green tire.

a. each layer of tire loading and taking manipulator device of the vulcanizer main body is driven by a driving cylinder through a gear rack and simultaneously transferred to a tire storage device, and each layer of tire loading and taking manipulator device descends to a set height for grabbing a tire blank; then a tire loading and taking clamping cylinder pushes all sponge adsorption blocks to synchronously contract to be close to and adsorb the tire blank, the middle position of an electromagnetic valve of the tire loading and taking clamping cylinder is controlled to be locked, a telescopic rod of a collapsible cylinder of a tire storage device shrinks to enable a tire storage claw to contract, and each tire loading and taking manipulator device rises to a certain height to grab the tire blank and then outwards rotate out;
b. after the mold of each vulcanizing unit of a vulcanizer main machine is opened, each tire loading and taking manipulator device simultaneously turns into a vulcanizer main body, each tire loading and taking manipulator device descends to a respective set position, the bladder is inflated for presetting, the pressure relief of the middle position of an electromagnetic valve of a tire loading and taking clamping cylinder is controlled, each sponge adsorption block passively and synchronously expands outwards, a tire blank is automatically expanded and released after the setting is finished, and each tire loading and taking manipulator device ascends to a certain height to grab a tire and then is driven by a driving cylinder through a gear rack to rotate outwards.
In this embodiment, the working process of the tire gripping manipulator device in step (3): after the vulcanizing machine main machine finishes vulcanizing treatment and mold opening, the driving cylinders drive the tire grabbing mechanical arm devices at all layers to simultaneously turn into the vulcanizing machine main body, the tire grabbing mechanical arm devices at all layers are lowered to respective set positions, the tire grabbing clamping cylinders drive the six clamping blocks to synchronously and radially contract and clamp the tire surface of the tire, a capsule of the vulcanizing unit is annularly raised and vacuumized, and the tire grabbing mechanical arm devices are raised to a certain height and driven by the driving cylinders to turn out.

The multi-layer multi-mold bicycle tire vulcanizer of claim 6, wherein: a plurality of tire mounting and taking clamping cylinders which correspond to the sponge adsorption blocks one to one are mounted on an annular fixed disk of the tire mounting and taking manipulator device, the sponge adsorption blocks are fixedly connected to mounting blocks positioned on the outer sides of the sponge adsorption blocks, and the mounting blocks are connected with the end parts of telescopic rods of the corresponding tire mounting and taking clamping cylinders; a plurality of tire grabbing clamping cylinders in one-to-one correspondence with the clamping blocks are mounted on an annular fixed disk of the tire grabbing manipulator device, and the clamping blocks are connected with the corresponding end portions of telescopic rods of the tire grabbing clamping cylinders.

The multi-layer multi-mold bicycle tire vulcanizer of claim 1, wherein: the upper ends of two sides of the vulcanizing machine main body are respectively provided with a first lifting cylinder for driving the uppermost layer tire assembling and taking manipulator device and the uppermost layer tire grabbing manipulator device to move up and down, and second lifting cylinders are connected between the upper layer tire assembling and taking manipulator device and the upper layer tire grabbing manipulator device and the lower layer tire grabbing manipulator device.

The multi-layer multi-mold bicycle tire vulcanizer of claim 8, wherein: the tire assembling and taking manipulator device at the lowest layer and the tire grabbing manipulator device at the lowest layer are driven to swing by a driving cylinder through a gear rack, linkage limiting rods are connected between the tire assembling and taking manipulator devices at the two adjacent layers and between the tire grabbing manipulator devices at the two adjacent layers, the linkage limiting rods penetrate through the manipulator devices at the lower layer and are in sliding fit with the manipulator devices, and limit stop blocks are arranged at the lower ends of the linkage limiting rods.

A process for manufacturing a multi-layer multi-mold bicycle tire vulcanizer as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the method comprises the following steps: (1) taking out the green tire from a factory green tire conveying chain, and placing the green tire on each layer of the tire storage device; (2) the tire loading and taking manipulator device at each layer of the front side of the vulcanizer body simultaneously grabs tire blanks on the tire storage platforms at each layer of the tire storage device, and the tire blanks are loaded into the vulcanizing units at the corresponding layer of the vulcanizer body for shaping and vulcanizing; (3) after the vulcanization treatment is finished, the tire grabbing manipulator device at each layer of the rear side of the vulcanizer main body simultaneously takes out the tire in the corresponding layer of the vulcanization unit.
