According to the technical scheme, the clamp assembly is arranged on the rotary table and matched with the polishing assemblies distributed along the circumferential direction, workpieces can be switched to different polishing stations by rotating the rotary table, multi-sequence processing is realized, and manual operation is not needed in the whole polishing process; the rotatable clamp assembly can drive the workpiece to rotate, so that the grinding uniformity can be effectively improved, and the product quality is improved; the clamp assembly rotation needs the power consumption, therefore, has set up the sliding ring at the top of control box, and the sliding ring still does not receive the influence of revolving stage rotation when guaranteeing the power supply through its rotatory electrically conductive characteristic.

The following detailed description of the present application is given for the purpose of enabling those skilled in the art to better understand the technical solutions of the present application, and the description in this section is only exemplary and explanatory, and should not be taken as limiting the scope of the present application in any way.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a novel grinding machine, which includes a frame 100, wherein a rotary table 200 capable of rotating relatively is disposed on the frame 100; the rotary table 200 is provided with a control box 220 and a plurality of clamp assemblies 210; the control box 220 is fixedly installed at the center of the rotating platform 200, the top of the control box is provided with a slip ring 221 which is coaxial with the rotating platform 200, and the slip ring 221 is used for electrically connecting the rotating control box 220 with a power module fixed on the rack 100; the clamp assemblies 210 are uniformly arranged around the control box 220 and can be rotatably mounted on the rotating table 200; the rack 100 is also provided with a plurality of grinding assemblies 300 around the rotating table 200, and the grinding assemblies 300 work simultaneously to process workpieces on the corresponding clamp assemblies 210 in different procedures; the rotating angle of the rotating platform 200 corresponds to the included angle between the two adjacent grinding assemblies 300 and the center of the rotating platform 200, and the workpiece can be driven to automatically enter the next working procedure; the number of grinding assemblies 300 is one less than the number of clamp assemblies 210, and the excess clamp assemblies 210 serve as operating stations for loading and unloading workpieces.
In a preferred embodiment, each of the clamp assemblies is driven by a corresponding motor, which is fixedly mounted on the rotary table 200 between two adjacent clamp assemblies 210, and power and control of the motor are provided by the control box 220.
In a preferred embodiment, a CPU control module 222 and a relay set 223 are provided in the control box 220; after the slip ring 221 is in butt joint with the power supply module, the CPU control module 222 and the motor are powered; the relay group 223 is connected between the slip ring 221 and the motor in series and used for controlling the starting and stopping of the motor; the CPU control module 222 is used for controlling the on-off of the coil of the relay group 223, so as to control the start and stop of the motor.
In a preferred embodiment, a mounting table 240 for mounting the control box 220 is provided at the center of the rotary table 200, and a partition 241 is radially provided at the outer side of the mounting table 240, the partition 241 being located between the adjacent motor and clamp assemblies 210 for separating the motor and clamp assemblies 210 from each other and preventing the cooling liquid and smoke from entering into the motor.
In a preferred embodiment, the sealing cover 242 is further included, the sealing cover 242 is detachably installed between two adjacent partition plates 242 for sealing the empty space where the motor is located, and the sealing cover 242 includes a top plate located above the motor and a side plate located on the side of the motor far away from the installation table 240.
In a preferred embodiment, a sealing sleeve 250 is further arranged between the control box 220 and the mounting table 240, a channel for placing electric wires is arranged in the mounting table 240, and the electric wires between the motor and the control box 220 are completely positioned in the mounting table 240 and the sealing sleeve 250, so that the situations of damage, water and the like can be effectively avoided, and the electric control box is safer and more attractive; meanwhile, the control box 220 is heightened through the sealing sleeve 250, and the phenomenon that cooling liquid enters the control box 220 to damage internal electrical components can be avoided.

3. The novel grinding machine of claim 1 further comprising a plurality of motors; the clamp assembly (210) is driven by the motor; the motor is positioned between two adjacent clamp assemblies (210).

A new grinding machine according to claim 3, characterized in that the rotating table (200) is provided with a mounting table (240) at the center for mounting the control box (220); a partition plate (241) is arranged on the outer side of the mounting table (240) along the radial direction; the partition (241) is located between the adjacent motor and clamp assemblies (210).
5. The new grinding machine as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a seal cap (242); the sealing cover (242) is arranged corresponding to the motor and bridged between two adjacent partition plates (241).
