The automatic cleaning machine can greatly save labor cost, changes the traditional manual cleaning into the current automatic machine cleaning, controls the phenomenon of product damage, is equipped on each production line, can clean defective products on site after production is finished, packages and packs the defective products together with other products after cleaning, does not influence production progress, does not need to adopt the traditional mode of transporting other products for cleaning and then transporting back to packages, and greatly improves efficiency.

A comprehensive automatic cleaning device for processing plastic steel window glass is characterized by comprising a cleaning shell (1), wherein supporting legs (3) are symmetrically and fixedly arranged at the bottom of the cleaning shell (1), water outlets (2) are symmetrically arranged between the supporting legs (3), a control box (4) is fixedly arranged on one side of the cleaning shell (1), a water tank (5) is arranged on one side of the top of the cleaning shell (1), a water inlet pipeline is connected to one side of the water tank (5), one end of the water inlet pipeline penetrates through the cleaning shell (1) and extends into the cleaning shell (1) to be connected with a flushing pipeline (6), two ends of the flushing pipeline (6) are respectively connected with a spray head (7), a first cavity (8) is arranged at the inner top of the cleaning shell (1), and a second cavity (9) is symmetrically arranged on the first cavity (8), the improved cleaning device is characterized in that a screw rod (10) is arranged inside the second cavity (9), a lifting slide block (12) is arranged on the outer side of the screw rod (10) in a threaded connection mode, a sliding plate (11) is fixedly arranged between the lifting slide block (12), a cleaning brush (13) is fixedly arranged on the sliding plate (11), a first motor (14) is arranged on one side of the second cavity (9), the output end of the first motor (14) is connected with a movable shaft, an air-drying fan blade (15) is arranged at one end of the movable shaft, a fixing seat (16) is fixedly arranged in the middle of the inside of the cleaning shell (1), a cavity is arranged in the fixing seat (16), a first threaded rod (17) and a second threaded rod (18) are arranged in the cavity, the first threaded rod (17) and the second threaded rod are connected through a coupler (19), and threads on the first, the outer sides of the first threaded rod (17) and the second threaded rod (18) are all connected with nuts (20) in a threaded mode, clamping plates (21) are fixedly arranged on one sides of the nuts (20), and glass (22) is fixedly arranged between the clamping plates (21).
