Description

Method for cleaning air bag for collecting exhaled air
Technical Field
The invention relates to the fields of material analytical chemistry and exhaled breath research, in particular to a method for cleaning an air bag for exhaled breath collection.
Background
Currently, there are two main types of air bags used for the collection of exhaled breath from a person: the first is an aluminum foil gas collecting bag, and the second is a tedlar sampling bag. The aluminum foil gas collecting bag is widely applied to gas sampling and storage in departments of disease prevention, environmental monitoring, labor protection, safety supervision, military affairs, meteorology, scientific research and teaching, metallurgy, petrochemical industry, railways, building materials and the like. Can be used for filling various high-purity gases, and can also be used for filling CO and H2S, hydrocarbon and other various standard mixed gases are ideal substitute products of the rubber bladder.
The aluminum foil gas collecting bag adopts a five-layer aluminum foil composite membrane and perfluorinated membrane jacket type structure, and has the characteristics of stable chemical property, simple operation, portability, easy carrying and the like. Aluminum foilThe gas sampling bag made of composite membrane and perfluorinated membrane can store ppm (10) in a long time-6) The concentration of the general industrial gas, the petrochemical gas and the like can be kept unchanged, and low-concentration corrosive and chemically active gas can be stored within a specified time. And has excellent corrosion resistance, and is suitable for strong corrosive gases such as sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen dioxide and the like. The aluminum foil composite membrane/perfluorinated membrane jacket type structure gas sampling bag can effectively prolong the storage time of trace corrosive gas components in the gas sampling bag, and is suitable for being used in trace corrosive gas analysis.
The tedlar sampling bag is made of a polyvinyl fluoride film, has special resistance to organic solvents, and has high mechanical strength. Can be used for sampling various gases such as inorganic gas, low-concentration organic solvent vapor and the like, and can be used in the temperature range of-70 ℃ to 100 ℃.
Currently, although analytical instruments are continuously developed and analytical precision is improved, analytical values are also improved from ppm level to ppb level. These gas bags are recyclable gas bags, but when a collecting device (collecting bag) is selected based on a gas to be collected and analyzed, if the component and concentration value of the liquation in the gas collecting bag to be analyzed cannot be accurately grasped and removed, the analytical value is inaccurate, which causes a serious problem. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure the cleanliness of the collection equipment or the collection bag while shortening the gas storage time as much as possible.
The currently used air bag treatment methods mainly have two kinds, namely heating to the temperature range of 42 ℃ to 95 ℃ and performing centralized overnight treatment. Secondly, directly blowing the mixture with clean air overnight. The first method is limited by the volume of the heating container, the number of air bags for one-time treatment is limited, meanwhile, the heating is carried out in a closed space, and after the temperature is recovered to the room temperature, secondary adsorption of pollutants is easy to generate. The second method has a significantly increased number of processing bags compared to the first method, but is not only inefficient but often fails to meet the cleanliness requirement by purging with clean gas alone.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention relates to a method for cleaning an air bag for collecting exhaled breath, which is a simple, low-cost and high-efficiency method for cleaning the air bag for collecting exhaled breath.
The invention adopts the following specific technical scheme:
the air bag cleaning method for exhaled air collection comprises a plurality of groups of air bags such as purge gas, a mass flow meter, cleaning small bottles, cleaning liquid, an air bag to be cleaned and the like. The purge gas is used for supplying a clean gas source in the cleaning process; the flowmeter is used for controlling the supply flow of the clean air source; two cleaning solutions are adopted, namely isopropanol and purified water; the cleaning bottle is used for containing cleaning liquid; the air bag to be cleaned is an air bag which can not meet the requirement of cleanness.
The specific flow of the air bag cleaning method for exhaled air collection is as follows: firstly, controlling the required flow rate of purge gas through a mass flow meter, continuously introducing the purge gas into isopropanol of cleaning liquid in a cleaning small bottle through pipeline conveying, conveying volatilized isopropanol to an inlet of an air bag to be cleaned through a pipeline by carrying the purge gas, so that the volatilized isopropanol enters the air bag from the inlet to be cleaned for cleaning, then discharging gas from an outlet of the air bag, and continuously cleaning for more than 1 hour;
secondly, replacing the isopropanol of the cleaning liquid in the cleaning small bottle with purified water to purge for a certain time, repeating the operation process of purging and cleaning in the first step, and continuously cleaning for more than 1 hour;
thirdly, unloading the small cleaning bottles, continuously purging the air bags cleaned in the first two steps by using purge gas for more than 1 hour;
and fourthly, after evacuating the purge gas in the air bag cleaned in the third step, filling clean air, and then performing air bag background test by using a mass spectrometer to ensure that the air in the air bag is evacuated for later use after cleaning, otherwise, repeating the processes from the first step to the fourth step.
The invention has the advantages that:
the currently used air bag treatment methods mainly have two kinds, namely heating to the temperature range of 42 ℃ to 95 ℃ and performing centralized overnight treatment.
The efficient cleaning method for the air bag for collecting the exhaled air solves the defects of the traditional air bag treatment method, obviously improves the cleanliness of the treated air bag, greatly improves the air bag treatment efficiency, and greatly shortens the treatment time.
