The multifunctional robot vision sorting equipment is characterized by comprising a production line work sorting table (1), an installation pipe (2), a support column (3), a fastening bolt (4), a base (5), an intelligent control cabinet (6), a host (7), a master control switch (8), a vision recognition camera (9), a sorting gripper (10), a movable push rod (11), a height-adjustable sorting frame structure (12), an adjustable anti-falling protection plate structure (13), an unsorted article collection and moving frame structure (14) and a rotatable warning plate structure (15), wherein the installation pipe (2) is in threaded connection with four corners of the bottom of the production line work sorting table (1); the supporting columns (3) are inserted into the mounting pipes (2) and are fastened and connected through fastening bolts (4); the lower end of the supporting column (3) is connected with a base (5) through a bolt; the middle part of the right side of the support column (3) arranged on the left front side is connected with an intelligent control cabinet (6) through a screw; the upper side and the lower side of the interior of the intelligent control cabinet (6) are respectively connected with a host (7) and a master control switch (8) through screws; the visual recognition camera (9) is connected to the middle part of the upper side in the sorting hand grip (10) through a screw; the sorting gripper (10) is connected to the lower end of an output rod of the movable push rod (11) through a bolt; the movable push rod (11) is connected with a sorting frame structure (12) capable of adjusting height; the height-adjustable sorting frame structure (12), the adjustable anti-falling protection plate structure (13), the unsorted article collecting moving frame structure (14) and the rotatable quick-release warning plate structure (15) are connected with the assembly line work sorting table (1); the height-adjustable sorting frame structure (12) comprises a top frame (121), movable columns (122), an adjusting handle (123), a connecting pipe (124), an adjusting bolt (125) and a mounting plate (126), wherein the top frame (121) is connected to the upper ends between the movable columns (122) in a bolt mode from front to back; the lower end of the movable column (122) is connected with an adjusting handle (123) through a bolt; the movable column (122) is longitudinally inserted into the connecting pipe (124) and is fixedly connected through an adjusting bolt (125); the mounting plates (126) are respectively welded on the left side and the right side of the connecting pipe (124).

The multifunctional robot vision sorting equipment of claim 1, wherein the adjustable anti-falling protection plate structure (13) comprises a protection plate (131), an observation plate (132), a rectangular through groove (133), a movable bolt (134), an adjustable anti-falling plate (135) and an adjusting groove (136), wherein the observation plate (132) is embedded in the observation port at the middle lower part of the inner side of the protection plate (131); rectangular through grooves (133) are longitudinally formed in the left side and the right side of the inner part of the protection plate (131); the movable bolt (134) movably penetrates through the inside of the rectangular through groove (133) and is in threaded connection with a threaded hole formed in the adjustable anti-falling plate (135); the left end and the right end of the inner upper part of the adjustable anti-falling plate (135) are both provided with adjusting grooves (136).

The vision sorting apparatus of multi-function robot as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said unsorted article collecting moving frame structure (14) comprises an adsorption block (141), a landing frame (142), an unsorted article inlet (143), a support bar (144), a moving chassis (145), a moving caster (146) and a baffle (147), the said adsorption block (141) is screw-connected to the left end of the landing frame (142); an unsorted article inlet (143) is formed in the middle of the inside of the lost frame (142); the four support rods (144) are adopted, one longitudinal end of each support rod is connected with the lower four-corner part of the drop frame (142) through a bolt, and the other end of each support rod is connected with the upper four-corner part of the movable bottom frame (145) through a bolt; and four corners of the bottom of the movable underframe (145) are all connected with movable casters (146) through bolts.

The vision sorting apparatus of multi-function robot as claimed in claim 1, wherein said rotatable quick-release warning plate structure (15) comprises a rotating plate (151), a warning indicator (152), a warning lamp bank (153), a dismounting pipe (154), a rotating motor (155), a quick-release bolt (156) and a machine plate (157), the warning indicator (152) is bolted to both left and right ends of the rotating plate (151); the left side and the right side of the lower part of the rotating plate (151) are both connected with a warning lamp bank (153) through screws; one longitudinal end of the dismounting pipe (154) is sleeved at the upper end of an output shaft of the rotating motor (155) and is fixedly connected and arranged through a quick-release bolt (156), and the other end of the dismounting pipe is bolted at the middle part of the lower part of the rotating plate (151); the left side and the right side of the rotating motor (155) are welded with machine plates (157).

The vision sorting equipment of multi-function robot as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said connecting tube (124) is two and is installed on the middle part of the front and the back parts of the sorting platform (1) by the installing plate (126); the mounting plate (126) and the assembly line work sorting table (1) are connected through screws.
6. The vision sorting apparatus of multi-function robot as claimed in claim 1, wherein the moving push rod (11) is longitudinally bolted to an upper middle portion of the upper frame (121), and an output rod of the moving push rod (11) penetrates through an inside of the upper frame (121).

The vision sorting apparatus of multi-function robot as claimed in claim 2, wherein the said protection plates (131) are plural and are all cross-screwed to the right and left sides of the front part of the line work sorting table (1) and the right and left sides of the rear part of the line work sorting table (1).
8. The vision sorting apparatus of multi-function robot as claimed in claim 3, wherein the adsorption block (141) is a permanent magnet block and is adsorbed at the lower right end of the line work sorting table (1).
9. The vision sorting apparatus of multi-function robot as claimed in claim 3, wherein said baffle plate (147) is made of a plurality of stainless steel plates or PVC plastic plates, and each is laterally screwed to the outside between the supporting rods (144).
10. The multi-functional robot vision sorting apparatus of claim 4, wherein the rotary motor (155) is installed at the front left side of the line work sorting table (1) through a plate (157), and the plate (157) is bolt-coupled to the line work sorting table (1).
