As shown in fig. 8, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to facilitate fixing and detaching to replace the bucket-shaped cloth bag, the first cloth bag cylinder 27 includes an upper cover body 271, a lower cover body 272, a support bar 273 and a bucket-shaped cloth bag 274; the upper cover body 271 and the lower cover body 272 are connected through a plurality of support bars 273, one end of the bucket-shaped cloth bag 274 is arranged on the upper cover body 271, and the other end of the bucket-shaped cloth bag 274 is arranged on the lower cover body 272, so that the inner wall of the bucket-shaped cloth bag 274 is at least partially abutted against the support bars 273; a first fixing ring 275 is fixed at the upper port of the barrel-shaped cloth bag 274, a second fixing ring 276 is fixed at the lower port of the barrel-shaped cloth bag, a support ring 277 is fixedly sleeved on the circumferential side surface of the lower cover body 272, the lower surface of the second fixing ring 276 is attached to the upper surface of the support ring 277, the second fixing ring 276 and the support ring 277 are fixed through a first screw assembly, the first fixing ring 275 is sleeved on the outer side surface of the upper cover body 271, and the first fixing ring 275 and the upper cover body 271 are fixed through a second screw assembly. Here, the annular side wall of the upper cover body 271 is provided with a first screw hole, the annular side wall of the first fixing ring 275 is provided with a second screw hole, the first screw hole and the second screw hole are fastened by a first screw, the upper surface of the support ring 277 herein is provided with a third screw hole, the upper surface of the second fixing ring 276 is provided with a fourth screw hole, and the third screw hole and the fourth screw hole are fastened by a second screw.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an air inlet duct 13 communicated with the air inlet chamber is arranged on the housing 11; and an air outlet pipeline 18 communicated with the air outlet cavity is arranged on the shell 11. The dust-containing gas enters the shell 11 from the gas inlet pipeline 13, and is discharged from the gas outlet pipeline 18 after being filtered.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an exhaust pipe 17 located in the exhaust cavity is fixed on the partition 16, the exhaust pipe 28 is communicated with the exhaust pipe 17, and a filter screen is fixed in the exhaust pipe 17. The filter mesh herein prevents foreign matter from entering the first and second fabric bags 27 and 21 through the exhaust duct 17.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to facilitate the discharge of dust in the housing 11, a hopper ash discharging box 14 is communicated with the lower end of the housing 11, and an ash discharging pipe 15 is communicated with the lower end of the hopper ash discharging box 14.
The invention also provides a method for controlling the cloth bag dust removing device, the cloth bag dust removing device also comprises a PLC controller arranged on the shell 11, contact sensors are respectively arranged on the contact surfaces of the first half cylinder 31 and the second half cylinder 38, the PLC controller is respectively and electrically connected with the first cylinder 32, the second cylinder 39, the motor 33, the dust suction pump 41 and the contact sensors, in the first step, the recovery time of the cylinders is set on the PLC controller, the first cylinder 32 and the second cylinder 39 can be started to extend and retract through the PLC controller, when the first half cylinder 31 and the second half cylinder 38 are contacted, the two contact sensors are contacted, signals are fed back to the PLC controller, the PLC controller simultaneously starts the motor 33 and the dust suction pump 41, in the second step, after the recovery time is reached, the PLC controller controls the first cylinder 32 and the second cylinder 39 to recover, the two contact sensors are disconnected, the motor 33 and the dust suction pump 41 are closed, and (5) finishing ash removal.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the various technical features described in the above embodiments can be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction, and the invention is not described in any way for the possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.

Claims (10)

1. A cloth bag dust removal device capable of removing dust without stopping machine comprises a shell (11), a partition plate (16) is fixed in the shell (11), the partition plate (16) divides the interior of the shell (11) from top to bottom to form an air outlet cavity and an air inlet cavity, and the cloth bag dust removal device is characterized in that a cloth bag filtering mechanism and a cloth bag dust removal mechanism are respectively arranged in the air inlet cavity;
the cloth bag filtering mechanism comprises an air outlet pipe (28), a first cloth bag cylinder (27), a first middle pipe (25), a second middle pipe (24) and a second cloth bag cylinder (21), which are sequentially communicated from top to bottom, at least part of the second middle pipe (24) is rotatably positioned in the first middle pipe (25), the air outlet pipe (28) is communicated with the air outlet cavity, and at least part of the air outlet pipe (28) is rotatably arranged on the partition plate (16);
the air inlet cavity is internally provided with a cloth bag ash removing mechanism corresponding to the first cloth bag barrel (27) and the second cloth bag barrel (21) respectively;
the cloth bag ash removing mechanism comprises a first half cylinder (31) and a second half cylinder (38) which can be arranged in the shell (11) in a moving mode in the opposite direction, when the first half cylinder (31) and the second half cylinder (38) move in the opposite direction and are in butt joint, a barrel body with an inner cavity is formed, the first cloth bag cylinder (27) or the second cloth bag cylinder (21) is wrapped in the barrel body, a driving mechanism is further arranged on the first half cylinder (31), and the driving mechanism can drive the first cloth bag cylinder (27) or the second cloth bag cylinder (21) to rotate.

The cloth bag dust collector according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower end of the second cloth bag tube (21) is coaxially fixed with a rotating shaft (22), the inner wall of the shell (11) is fixed with a support plate (19) positioned in the air inlet cavity, and the rotating shaft (22) is at least partially rotatably arranged on the support plate (19).
3. The cloth bag dust collector according to claim 2, characterized in that the outer wall of the air outlet pipe (28) and the outer wall of the rotating shaft (22) are both coaxially fixed with a first driving gear (23);
the driving mechanism comprises a motor (33) fixed on the first half cylinder (31), a first gear (34) coaxially fixed on a rotating head of the motor (33), a second gear (35) meshed with the first gear (34), and a rotating rod (36);
the rotating rod (36) is rotatably arranged at the end part of the first half cylinder (31), one end of the rotating rod (36) is positioned in the first half cylinder (31) and is coaxially connected with the second driving gear (37), and the other end of the rotating rod extends out of the first half cylinder (31) and is coaxially connected with the second gear (35);
the first drive gear (23) and the second drive gear (37) are engaged.

The cloth bag dust collector according to claim 1, wherein a dust suction pump (41) is fixed on the outer wall of the casing (11), the outer wall of the first half-cylinder (31) is communicated with a joint (310), one end of the suction pipe (42) is communicated with the joint (310), and the other end of the suction pipe is communicated with a suction opening of the dust suction pump (41).

The cloth bag dust collector according to claim 1, wherein a ball bearing (26) is arranged inside the first middle pipe (25), the outer wall of the ball bearing (26) is fixedly attached to the inner wall of the first middle pipe (25), and the inner wall of the ball bearing (26) is fixedly attached to the outer wall of the second middle pipe (24).
