Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a decompression waistline of a paper diaper comprises an elastic hot melt adhesive layer 1, wherein the elastic hot melt adhesive layer 1 is of a long strip structure, a first non-woven fabric layer 2 and a second non-woven fabric layer 3 are respectively arranged on the front side and the back side of the elastic hot melt adhesive layer 1, the first non-woven fabric layer 2, the elastic hot melt adhesive layer 1 and the second non-woven fabric layer 3 are sequentially and tightly attached in a surface-to-surface contact mode, in addition, the first non-woven fabric layer 2 and the second non-woven fabric layer 3 are sequentially and tightly attached to the elastic hot melt adhesive layer 1 through a tight ultrasonic welding point between the side faces 10 at the edge, so that the first non-woven fabric layer 2 or the second non-woven fabric layer 3 is tightly attached to the outer surface of the elastic hot melt adhesive layer 1.
The traditional paper diaper waistline adopts spandex filaments as elastic bands, and is connected with the non-woven fabric layer in a line contact mode, so that the traditional paper diaper waistline is in line-surface contact with the waist of a user when in use, and the waist of the user can generate alternate tightening marks after a long time, so that great discomfort is brought.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the structure principle of the present invention is that the pressure-reducing waist of the present invention has elasticity, and the elastic hot-melt adhesive layer 1 is disposed at the bottom of the diaper, sandwiched between the first nonwoven fabric layer 2 and the second nonwoven fabric layer 3, and pressed by ultrasonic waves at uniform arrangement points, and includes the side surface 10 which is not at the position parallel to the first nonwoven fabric layer 2 or the second nonwoven fabric layer 3 in the normal state, so that the bottom layer can be more firmly compounded, the glue spraying amount between the first nonwoven fabric layer 2 and the second nonwoven fabric layer 3 can be reduced, even no glue spraying is needed, the hardness of the bottom layer is significantly reduced, the softness of the waist area is increased, and by the above structure, the line-surface contact of the conventional diaper is converted into the surface-surface contact of the new technology, and the contact area between the diaper and the waist of the user is increased, the pressure of the waistline of the paper diaper to the waist is greatly reduced, and the comfort is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the width of one side edge of the first nonwoven fabric layer 2 or the second nonwoven fabric layer 3 close to the length direction of the elastic hot melt adhesive layer 1 is narrower than that of the other side edge, and the narrower side edge is covered with a skin-friendly yarn layer 4.
The side of the skin-friendly yarn layer 4 is actually equal to the upper edge of the waistline of the paper diaper, so that the skin of the user can be easily extruded when the user bends over, discomfort caused by friction between the paper diaper and the skin can be effectively relieved by the existence of the skin-friendly yarn layer 4, and the overall comfort level is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the width of one side edge of the first nonwoven fabric layer 2 or the second nonwoven fabric layer 3 close to the length direction of the elastic hot melt adhesive layer 1 is narrower than that of the other side edge, and the wider side edge is provided with a leakage-proof edge 5, and an inner layer of the leakage-proof edge 5 is provided with a flexible skin-friendly silica gel layer 6.
The leakage-proof edge 5 is a boundary between the body of the pressure-reducing waistline and the lower crotch area and the body fluid absorption main body of the diaper, and is equivalent to a locking absorption area, so that the use of the waistline cannot be influenced, the flexible skin-friendly silica gel layer 6 prevents the sealing line of the leakage-proof edge 6 and the crease of the spandex silk waistline in the background technology from extruding with the skin of a person, and the ductility of the leakage-proof edge can play a similar effect to that of the elastic hot melt adhesive layer 1 in the invention.
Referring to fig. 2, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an adhesive portion 7 is disposed on one side of the first nonwoven fabric layer 2 or the second nonwoven fabric layer 3 in the width direction of the elastic hot melt adhesive layer 1, and the adhesive portion 7 is a necessary structure for reducing the waist circumference to complete the fastening.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the adhesive part 7 is an adhesive, a hook and loop fastener, which are all commonly used waist-around fastening methods, and can be selected by manufacturers according to actual needs.
Referring to fig. 3, in addition, the invention also provides a manufacturing process of the reduced pressure waistline of the paper diaper, which comprises the following steps:
a. melting the elastic hot melt adhesive to 120-180 ℃, placing the elastic hot melt adhesive in an adhesive gun, and spraying the elastic hot melt adhesive on the surface of a cooling roller 9 which rolls at a constant speed and is provided with an anti-sticking layer on the surface, wherein the spraying shape is a strip shape, and the gap between the adhesive gun 8 and the cooling roller 9 is 0.1 mm;
b. cooling the strip-shaped elastic hot melt adhesive 1a on a cooling roller 9 for a period of time to ensure that the temperature is 0-18 ℃ to form a telescopic part 1 b;
c. the telescopic part 1b is conveyed to a first pressing sheet shaft 11 with an anti-sticking layer on the surface for pressing, and the rolling speed of the first pressing sheet shaft 11 is the same as that of the cooling roller 9;
d. the first non-woven fabric 2a, the second non-woven fabric 3a and the telescopic component 1b are intersected at a second pressing shaft 12 for direct pressing, and the rolling speed of the second pressing shaft 12 is 1.3-3 times of that of the first pressing shaft 11;
e. carrying out ultrasonic pressure point pressing on the first non-woven fabric 2a and the second non-woven fabric 3a once to form a pressure-reducing waistline bottom layer 15 by using an ultrasonic welding device 13 and an ultrasonic pressure roller 14;
f. and (3) performing secondary ultrasonic pressure point pressing on the boundary of the first non-woven fabric 2a or the second non-woven fabric 3a of the bottom layer 15 of the pressure-reducing waistline and the telescopic component 1b, then adding adhesive parts 7 on two sides in the length direction, arranging a skin-friendly yarn layer 4 on one side in the width direction and arranging a leakage-proof edge 5 on the other side, and finishing the processing of the pressure-reducing waistline.
In the production process, except that a certain high temperature is required for melting the material, the whole process is basically finished in a low-temperature state, the ultrasonic pressure point pressing adopted by the final joining operation can generate local high temperature on a welding surface, but the high temperature cannot diffuse into the air, so the welding process can be regarded as normal-temperature or even low-temperature welding, the influence of the whole process on the physical properties of the material is lower, and the bonding effect is betterWherein, the frequency of ultrasonic wave setting is preferably 20KHz, and the welding pressure is preferably 5.0 × 105pa, welding time 1.4s, dwell time 1.1s can make between non-woven fabrics and the non-woven fabrics or the combination between non-woven fabrics and the elasticity hot melt adhesive inseparabler, and process time is shorter, satisfies the requirement of time length.
After the elastic hot melt adhesive 1a is sprayed out from the adhesive gun 8, the distance between the adhesive gun 8 and the cooling roller 9 is small, so that the thickness of the produced elastic hot melt adhesive 1a is originally low, and the elastic hot melt adhesive is subjected to 2 times of pressing by the pressing rollers with different rotating speeds, so that the telescopic part 1b produced by the first pressing and the telescopic part 1b produced by the second pressing have different telescopic performances, particularly, the speed of the second pressing is different, the physical properties of the telescopic part 1b are changed, and therefore, the elastic hot melt adhesive has better telescopic performance compared with the existing product, the thickness is extremely low, the laminating area with the non-woven fabric layer is increased, and the overall telescopic effect of the pressure-reducing waistline is improved.
As for the initial rotation speed of the cooling roll 9, the first sheeting shaft 11 is preferably set to 30mm/s, the initial rotation speed of the second sheeting shaft 12 is preferably 40mm/s, i.e., about 1.33 times of the rotation speed of the first sheeting shaft 11 or the cooling roll 9, and the maximum rotation speed is not more than 90mm/s, so that the stretch ratio of the elastic stretching member 1b obtained can be controlled to be in the range of more than 1 and not more than 3.
In the process of combining the first non-woven fabric 2a, the second non-woven fabric 3a and the elastic hot melt adhesive 1a, ultrasonic pressure point pressing not only enables the first non-woven fabric 2a and the second non-woven fabric 3a to be tightly combined with each other, but also enables the elastic hot melt adhesive 1a and the 2 component supports to be tightly combined with each other, particularly the side surface 10, which is a part located at the edge area of the elastic hot melt adhesive layer 1 and easy to leak, so that a relatively sliding area cannot be generated among the first non-woven fabric 2a, the second non-woven fabric 3a and the elastic hot melt adhesive 1a, and; and finally, finishing the installation of the external component in the step f, so that the final forming of the pressure-reducing waistline can be used in the production application of the paper diaper, and the correct effect can be exerted.
In ultrasonic lamination, three different lamination modes of wavy embossing, strip embossing or dot embossing can be performed according to requirements, wherein the dot embossing has the largest lamination density and the better lamination tightness, and generally the dot embossing lamination mode is preferably used.
In addition, as the pressure-reducing waistline produced by the process of the invention, namely the structure formed by tightly attaching the non-woven fabric layer and the elastic extensible component 1b, the pressure-reducing waistline can be applied to other parts needing the pressure-reducing fastening effect due to good extensible performance and pressure-reducing effect; meanwhile, the elastic telescopic component 1b manufactured in the production process can be independently used as different components such as waistline, lifting rubber bands, leg rubber bands, three-dimensional rubber bands and the like, and has the possibility of multiple application modes.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the step a, the melting temperature of the elastic hot melt adhesive 1a has special values of 120 ℃, 140 ℃, 160 ℃ and 180 ℃, and the elastic hot melt adhesive 1a is melted in the adhesive cylinder until the target temperature is reached, and then enters the adhesive gun for spraying production.
The elastic hot melt adhesive 1a produced at the melting state of 120 ℃ and 180 ℃ has better ductility and poorer ductility at 120 ℃ and the elastic hot melt adhesive produced at 180 ℃ has better ductility and poorer toughness, but can meet the use requirements.
Wherein, the processing performance of the elastic hot melt adhesive is described by combining the temperature, in order to better process the elastic hot melt adhesive in the production, and the processed elastic hot melt adhesive has the required extensibility and toughness, and the processing temperature is greatly influenced by the physical properties of the elastic hot melt adhesive, wherein the value of the melt viscosity is about 60000 mPas at the processing temperature of 120 ℃, about 17000 mPas at the processing temperature of 140 ℃, about 6700 mPas at the processing temperature of 160 ℃, and reaches 3100 mPas at the processing temperature of 180 ℃.
For optimum processability and application properties, the operating temperature is preferably set at from 150 ℃ to 170 ℃ so that the melt viscosity of the elastic hot-melt adhesives produced is in the range from 4500-. Further, if the melt viscosity of the elastic hot melt adhesive is less than 3100mPa · s, the stress upon elongation of the resulting stretchable member is insufficient; on the other hand, if the melt viscosity of the elastic hot melt adhesive exceeds 60000 mPas, the viscosity becomes too high during the coating process, resulting in coating unevenness. Within the temperature range involved in step a of the present invention, the properties of the produced elastic hot melt adhesive substantially meet the requirements.
It should be noted that, in the production process of the elastic hot melt adhesive of the present invention, the elastic hot melt adhesive can not be mixed with other adhesives and can be used alone, otherwise, the melt viscosity performance can be unexpectedly affected, and the serious problem of great fluctuation of production quality is possibly caused; in the present invention, the softening temperature of the elastic hot melt adhesive is 95 ℃, so that attention needs to be paid to the change of the melt viscosity of the elastic hot melt adhesive from the temperature node.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the anti-sticking layer is made of teflon.
The processing of elasticity hot melt adhesive 1a can be made things convenient for to utilize antiseized layer, makes the polymerization that it can be better take shape, and the elasticity hot melt adhesive layer 1's that the guarantee was produced performance can satisfy the operation requirement to reduce the adhesion to chill roll 9, make it can not influence subsequent processing and improve the use amount of raw and other materials.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the step d, a small amount of glue is sprayed or no glue is sprayed on the surface layer of the first nonwoven fabric 2a or the second nonwoven fabric 3 a.
Because the welding form of ultrasonic pressure point pressing is adopted, the thickness of the elastic hot melt adhesive layer 1 becomes very thin due to the processing characteristics, and the corresponding contact area is also increased, so the non-woven fabric layer can be very tightly combined with the elastic hot melt adhesive layer 1 without the help of viscose, the production cost is reduced, and as for the standard of a small amount of glue spraying, the standard glue spraying amount in the conventional production is below 40 percent as a reference value.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: by adopting the speed difference pressing process, the produced elastic hot melt adhesive layer 1 has better ductility and elasticity and is tightly attached to the first non-woven fabric layer 2 and the second non-woven fabric layer 3 in a 360-degree all-around manner, so that the integral extension and contraction are ensured to be attached to the skin surface and the surface of a user, the contact area is increased, the pressure of the elastic waistline on the waist is effectively relieved, and the comfort is brought to the user.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
