The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: aiming at the defects existing in the prior art, the acupuncture needle storage box in the traditional Chinese medicine department is provided.
In order to realize the purpose of the invention, the following technical scheme is adopted for realizing the purpose: an acupuncture needle storage box of traditional Chinese medicine department comprises a lower shell; a disinfection component is arranged in the lower shell; the disinfection component comprises a rotating seat fixedly connected to the bottom end in the lower shell and a needle separating tube rotatably connected to the inside of the rotating seat along the front-back direction; the outer wall of the minute needle pipe is abutted against the inner wall of the rotating seat; and a driving assembly for driving the needle distributing tube to rotate is arranged in the lower shell body.
A plurality of needle grooves arranged in the front-back direction are uniformly formed in the outer wall of the needle dividing tube along the circumferential direction; each of the needle grooves includes a needle groove for receiving a needle head of the needle and a shank groove for receiving a shank of the needle, respectively.
The inner wall of the rotating seat is positioned outside the needle handle groove and is fixedly connected with a friction part which can be tightly propped against the needle handle; the bottom end in each needle groove is fixedly connected with an alcohol cotton strip for disinfecting the needle.
When the needle separating tube rotates, the needle handle moves relative to the friction part, the friction force enables the acupuncture needle to rotate in the needle groove, and the needle head rotates relative to the alcohol cotton strip.
The upper part of the lower shell is fixedly connected with an upper cover body used for sealing the lower shell; a needle storage box for adding acupuncture needles is formed at the lower end of the upper cover body and is positioned right above the needle separating tube; the bottom end of the needle storage box is provided with a needle falling groove which can be communicated with the needle groove.
When the needle separating tube rotates to the needle falling groove and is communicated with the needle groove, the acupuncture needle positioned in the needle storage box falls into the needle groove.
The lower shell is internally provided with a heating wire for accelerating the evaporation speed of alcohol on the needle head.
As a preferable scheme: a conveying assembly is fixedly connected in the lower shell; the conveying assembly comprises a U-shaped conveying shell fixedly connected to the bottom end in the shell, two driving rollers which are respectively and rotatably connected in the conveying shell and arranged along the front-back direction, and a sponge belt sleeved between the two driving rollers; the opening direction of the conveying shell faces the disinfecting assembly; the driving component is in transmission connection with the driving roller.
The clearance between the outer side of the sponge belt and the inner wall of the conveying shell is smaller than the diameter of the acupuncture needle handle; the acupuncture needles entering the lower part of the conveying component are tightly propped against the sponge belt, and when the sponge belt rotates, the sponge belt enables the acupuncture needles to move synchronously.
As a preferable scheme: pushing openings which are as many as the needle grooves and are respectively communicated with the corresponding needle handle grooves are uniformly formed in the inner wall of the needle separating tube; a pushing part is fixedly connected in the rotating seat and positioned in the needle dividing pipe close to the conveying assembly; the pushing part extends outwards from the inside of the needle dividing tube to the needle handle groove through the pushing opening.

As a preferable scheme: the top end in the conveying shell is positioned right above the conveying belt and is fixedly connected with a sponge sheet which can be tightly propped against the needle head.
When the sponge band drives the acupuncture needle to move until the acupuncture needle abuts against the sponge plate, the sponge band and the sponge sheet deform, so that the acupuncture needle is wrapped between the sponge band and the sponge sheet.
As a preferable scheme: a limit baffle plate for preventing the acupuncture needle from continuously moving synchronously with the sponge belt is formed at the top end in the conveying shell close to the disinfection component; when the acupuncture needle moves along with the sponge band until the needle handle abuts against the limit baffle, the acupuncture needle does not continue to move synchronously along with the sponge band.
The upper part of the conveying shell is positioned at one end of the limiting baffle far away from the disinfecting assembly and is connected with a needle outlet shifting block in a sliding manner along the front-back direction; the lower end of the needle-out shifting block is positioned between the needle head and the limit baffle plate, and a needle shifting sheet which can be abutted against the needle handle is formed.
When the needle-out shifting block slides outwards, the needle-shifting piece enables the acupuncture needle which is propped against the limit baffle to move to the outer side of the lower shell.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: when using this product to disinfect the acupunture needle, the hand grips down the casing and makes and go up the lid and be located the top, and the upwards rotatory needle lid that stores up makes and stores up the needle box and open, makes the needle handle of acupunture needle be close to the needle handle groove, adds the acupunture needle in storing up the needle box, and the downwards rotatory needle lid that stores up makes elasticity dop and lower casing chucking, stores up the needle box and is sealed. The 'disinfection' button of the function selection button is pressed, the control module controls the driving motor to rotate, so that the driving gear drives the conveying gear to rotate, the conveying gear drives the transmission gear to rotate, and the transmission gear drives the disinfection gear to rotate. So that the disinfection driving column drives the disinfection driving hole to rotate, and further the needle separating tube rotates relative to the rotating seat, when the needle groove rotates to the position under the needle falling groove, the acupuncture needles in the needle storage box fall into the needle groove through the needle falling groove due to gravity. At the moment, the needle handle is positioned in the needle handle groove, and the needle head is positioned in the needle head groove and is tightly propped against the alcohol cotton strip. Along with the continuous rotation of minute needle pipe, the needle groove under the groove that falls the needle will pass through friction portion, and the relative frictional motion of needle handle and friction portion will make the needle handle rotate in the needle groove, and then makes the relative motion of syringe needle relative alcohol silver to make syringe needle whole body disinfected.
Along with the continuous rotation of minute needle pipe, the acupuncture needle that is disinfected will rotate to the needle handle and offset with the promotion portion for on the needle groove breaks away from the falling needle slope with the acupunture needle for, at this moment, the needle handle enters into in the needle handle guide track, along with the acupuncture needle along falling needle slope whereabouts acupuncture needle will with sponge area offset. In the process of rotating the conveying gear, the conveying driving column enables the conveying driving hole to rotate, and then the driving roller rotates, and further the sponge belt is driven to rotate. The acupuncture needle which is pressed against the sponge belt moves synchronously with the sponge belt under the action of the friction force of the sponge belt. When the disinfection button is pressed down, the control module controls the heating wires to start heating at the same time, and when the sponge belt drives the acupuncture needle to pass through the heating wires, the needle head is dried by the heating wires. Along with the continuous rotation in sponge area, the sponge area will drive the acupuncture needle and move to sponge area upper end to along with the motion in sponge area, the acupuncture needle will be wrapped up by sponge area and sponge piece completely. When the acupuncture needle moves along with the sponge belt to abut against the needle handle and the limiting blocking piece, the acupuncture needle does not move synchronously along with the sponge belt any more. The acupuncture needle moving backwards moves until the acupuncture needle abuts against the previous acupuncture needle, and does not move synchronously with the sponge band. When the acupuncture needles in the needle storage box completely enter the needle separating tube and wait for one minute, the last acupuncture needle and the previous acupuncture needle move to abut against each other at the moment, the disinfection button is pressed again, and the control module controls the driving motor to stop rotating and the heating wire to stop heating. The sponge band and the sponge sheet completely wrap the acupuncture needle, so that the acupuncture needle is prevented from being scratched and damaged in the carrying process, and the use of the acupuncture needle is prevented from being influenced.
When using the acupuncture needle in this product, the casing down is held to the hand, presses the "play needle" button of function selection button, and control module control driving motor rotates, and then makes drive gear drive conveyor gear rotate, and then drives the drive roller and rotates for the sponge area rotates. The finger is stirred out the needle shifting block to the outside and the extension spring is tensile simultaneously, and the needle shifting piece drive needle handle moves to the outside through going out the pinhole, and the hand grips the needle handle and outwards dials out the acupuncture needle and uses, loosens out the needle shifting block, and the shifting block gets back to the original position at the spring action of extension spring, and subsequent acupuncture needle keeps on moving along with the sponge area this moment to next acupuncture needle and offsets with limit baffle. The needle poking block is poked outwards again to use the acupuncture needle inside, and the operation is repeated in this way. After the use is finished, the 'needle-out' button of the function selection button is pressed again, and the control module controls the driving motor to stop rotating. In the process of using the acupuncture needle, the needle head is not contacted with any external structure, thereby ensuring that the acupuncture needle is not polluted by the outside and keeping the disinfection state.
By arranging the rotating seat, acupuncture needles falling into the needle groove through the needle falling groove can respectively enter the conveying assembly along with the rotation of the needle separating tube; meanwhile, the needle separating tube and the rotating tube rotate relatively, so that the needle handle and the friction part move relatively, the acupuncture needle rotates in the needle groove due to friction force, the needle head rotates relative to the alcohol cotton sliver, and the needle head is disinfected.
According to the acupuncture needle, the sponge belt is arranged, so that the acupuncture needle can synchronously move along with the sponge belt when the sponge belt rotates; when the sponge area does not rotate, because sponge area and sponge piece can take place to warp, and then make acupuncture needle parcel between sponge area and sponge piece, and then can protect the syringe needle of acupuncture needle, make the acupuncture needle not produce each other and draw the damage.
According to the invention, the driving motor is arranged, and can drive the disinfection gear to rotate, so as to drive the needle distribution tube to rotate, and the acupuncture needles enter the conveying assembly respectively; meanwhile, the driving motor can drive the conveying gear to rotate so that the driving roller rotates, the sponge belt moves, the acupuncture needles abutted against the lower end of the sponge belt synchronously move under the driving of the sponge belt, and then move to abut against the needle poking sheet to wait for use.

The outer wall of the rotary holder 31 is formed with a needle passing notch 312 communicated with the inside of the rotary holder 31 for the insertion and extrusion of the needle.
The top end of the conveying shell 41 is positioned right above the conveying belt 43 and is fixedly connected with a sponge sheet 8 which can tightly abut against the needle head.
When the sponge band 43 drives the acupuncture needle to move until the acupuncture needle abuts against the sponge plate 8, the sponge band 43 and the sponge sheet 8 deform, so that the acupuncture needle is wrapped between the sponge band 43 and the sponge sheet 8. Thereby protecting the needle head of the acupuncture needle and preventing the acupuncture needle from being scratched.
A limit baffle 415 for preventing the acupuncture needle from continuously moving synchronously with the sponge band 43 is formed at the inner top end of the conveying shell 41 close to the sterilizing component 3; when the acupuncture needle moves along with the sponge band 43 until the needle handle abuts against the limit baffle 415, the acupuncture needle does not continue to move synchronously along with the sponge band 43.
The upper part of the conveying shell 41 is positioned at one end of the limit baffle 415 far away from the disinfection component 3 and is connected with a needle outlet shifting block 22 in a sliding way along the front-back direction; the lower end of the needle-out shifting block 22 is positioned between the needle head and the limit baffle 415, and a needle shifting sheet 221 capable of abutting against the needle handle is formed.
When the needle withdrawing block 22 slides outward, the needle-setting piece 221 moves the needle abutting against the limit stopper 415 to the outside of the lower housing 10. A needle outlet hole 103 for moving the needle to the outside is formed on the outer wall of the lower housing 10.
A second chute 411 connected with the needle-out shifting block 22 in a sliding manner is formed at the upper part of the conveying shell 41; the upper end of the needle withdrawing shifting block 22 penetrates out of the second sliding groove 411; a tension spring 23 used for enabling the needle-out shifting block 22 to slide inwards is arranged between the needle-out shifting block 22 and the conveying shell 41; a tension spring mounting plate 414 for mounting the tension spring 23 is formed at the upper end of the conveying shell 41 at a position far away from the needle-out shifting block 22.
A first sliding groove 202 for allowing the needle-withdrawing block 22 to penetrate out is formed at the upper end of the upper cover 20 right above the second sliding groove 411.
When using this product to disinfect the acupunture needle, the hand holds casing 10 down and makes upper cover body 20 be located the top, and rotatory needle storage box lid 21 makes needle storage box 201 open upwards, makes the needle handle of acupunture needle be close to needle handle groove 3212, adds the acupunture needle in to needle storage box 201, and rotatory needle storage box lid 21 makes elasticity dop 212 and lower casing 10 chucking downwards, and needle storage box 201 is sealed. When the 'disinfection' button of the function selection button 11 is pressed, the control module controls the driving motor 61 to rotate, so that the driving gear 611 drives the conveying gear 62 to rotate, the conveying gear 62 drives the transmission gear 64 to rotate, and the transmission gear 64 drives the disinfection gear 63 to rotate. So that the disinfection driving post 631 drives the disinfection driving hole 322 to rotate, and further the needle distribution tube 32 rotates relative to the rotating seat 31, when the needle slot 321 rotates to the position right below the needle dropping slot 2011, the acupuncture needle in the needle storage box 201 falls into the needle slot 321 through the needle dropping slot 2011 due to gravity. At this time, the needle handle is located in the needle handle groove 3212, and the needle is located in the needle groove 3211 and abuts against the alcohol tampon 33. With the continuous rotation of the needle separating tube 32, the needle groove 321 passing right below the needle dropping groove 2011 passes through the friction part 34, the needle handle and the friction part 34 move in a relative friction mode, the needle handle rotates in the needle groove 321 due to friction force, and then the needle head moves relative to the alcohol cotton sliver 33, so that the whole body of the needle head is disinfected.
With the continued rotation of the sub-needle tube 32, the sterilized needle is rotated until the handle abuts against the pushing portion 311, so that the needle is separated from the needle groove 321 and falls onto the needle falling slope 413, at this time, the handle enters the handle guide rail 412, and the needle abuts against the sponge band 43 as the needle falls along the needle falling slope 413. During the rotation of the conveying gear 62, the conveying driving post 621 rotates the conveying driving hole 441, so that the driving roller 44 rotates, and the sponge belt 43 rotates. The acupuncture needle abutting against the sponge band 43 is moved synchronously with the sponge band 43 by the frictional force of the sponge band 43. When the disinfection button is pressed down, the control module simultaneously controls the heating wire 7 to start heating, and when the sponge belt 43 drives the acupuncture needle to pass through the heating wire 7, the needle head is dried by the heating wire 7. Along with the continuous rotation of the sponge band 43, the sponge band 43 drives the acupuncture needle to move to the upper end of the sponge band 43, and along with the movement of the sponge band, the acupuncture needle is completely wrapped by the sponge band 43 and the sponge sheet 8. When the acupuncture needle moves along with the sponge band 43 to abut against the needle handle and the limit stop piece 415, the acupuncture needle does not move synchronously along with the sponge band 43 any more. The acupuncture needle moving backward does not move synchronously with the sponge band 43 any more when it moves against the previous acupuncture needle. When the needles in the needle storage box 201 completely enter the needle separating tube 32 and then wait for one minute, the last needle is pressed against the previous needle, the disinfection button is pressed again, and the control module controls the driving motor 61 to stop rotating and the heating wire 7 to stop heating. The sponge band 43 and the sponge sheet 8 completely wrap the acupuncture needle, so that the acupuncture needle is prevented from being scratched and damaged in the carrying process, and the use of the acupuncture needle is prevented from being influenced.
When the acupuncture needle in the product is used, the lower shell 10 is held by the hand, the 'needle out' button of the function selection button 11 is pressed, the control module controls the driving motor 61 to rotate, so that the driving gear 611 drives the conveying gear 62 to rotate, and the driving roller 44 is driven to rotate, so that the sponge belt 43 rotates. The fingers poke the needle poking block 22 outwards and the tension spring 23 stretches, the needle poking piece 221 drives the needle handle to move outwards through the needle outlet hole 103, the hand holds the needle handle to poke the acupuncture needle outwards for use, the needle poking block 22 is loosened, the poking block 22 returns to the original position under the elastic action of the tension spring 23, and at the moment, the subsequent acupuncture needle moves continuously along with the sponge belt 43 to the next acupuncture needle to abut against the limit baffle 415. The needle dial 22 is again outwardly dialed out to use the needle inside, and so on. After the use is finished, the "needle out" button of the function selection button 11 is pressed again, and the control module controls the driving motor 61 to stop rotating.
