Description

Rod-rotating type drawer device for table and table device comprising same
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a drawer device, and more particularly, to a lever-rotating type drawer device for a desk, which is adapted to be vertically moved downward by a lever coupling so that the height of a drawer is variably adjusted according to the load of a storage object, and the vertical position of the drawer can be variably adjusted while maintaining the substantially horizontal position of the drawer, and a desk device including the same.
Background
Generally, tables (tables, desk, etc.) are constructed of a structure including a table top and legs (legs) for supporting the table top, and are classified into various sizes and shapes according to their uses.
Since a desk for a student used at home or an office desk used in an office is used in an installed state, the original use of the desk itself and the convenience thereof are particularly important, and thus a stable structure, an appropriate size, a material of a demander layer, and the like are generally applied.
On the other hand, in the case where a plurality of tables are arranged and used in a place such as a lecture room or a conference room, the tables are rearranged according to the situation, or stored in a separate storage place to increase the space utilization rate and then arranged in a required number for use. Therefore, such a table is required to be lighter and to be convenient to move and store than a general household or office table.
However, since the conventional table has a fixed physical structure, includes a table top plate fixedly disposed in a horizontal direction, and occupies a volume (volume) of a substantially hexahedral shape or an occupied space, there is a problem that the same number of spaces as the number of tables are required when a plurality of tables are stored.
Further, there are some desks having a structure for adjusting the angle of the upper plate, but such conventional desks and desks have a substantial limitation in stacking a plurality of mobile desks because the angle of the upper plate can be variably adjusted to guide the posture of a user using the desk or to facilitate the use of books, music scores, and art tools placed on the desk.
Further, unlike general household or office desks, desks used in conference rooms and the like are used by unspecified users or by a plurality of users, and therefore, have a feature that the usage purposes can be varied without specifying the users.
Therefore, in the case of a desk used in a conference room or the like, it is preferable to design the desk for use in a plurality of applications depending on the use application, the use environment, the number of users, or the like, and particularly, since wiring work for electrically connecting a plurality of electronic devices (a notebook computer, a projector, a charger, or the like) used in a conference may often occur, it is preferable to design the desk optimally in such a work environment.
However, since the conventional desk is mainly in a form in which the front is completely exposed or the front is physically blocked, it is difficult to easily and conveniently perform a task of connecting the outside of the desk and the desk with the desk as the center, such as a wiring task.
In addition, in the case of the conventional desk or desk device, since the wiring is exposed to the outside, it is difficult to arrange the desk use environment, and there is a risk that a safety accident may occur when the copper wire of the user overlaps the exposed wiring.
In addition, a desk having a drawer capable of storing or storing pen stationery, office supplies, books, and the like on a lower surface of an upper plate of the desk is in use.
In the case of such a conventional table, it is common to provide a physical space for storing articles by a fixed structure, and it can be said that such a space is not required at all in the case where there is no article to be stored or object to be stored, and there is a problem that the physical space for a user of the table to use the table is narrow.
In order to solve such a problem, some table devices having a movable drawer have been disclosed, but in the case of such a device, a user needs to manually apply an external force to adjust the height of the drawer, and thus, a manual action is required for the user every time the use environment changes, which is not preferable in terms of user convenience.
Further, in the case of the conventional apparatus, there is an embodiment in which the drawer is inclined toward the user's seat, and in this case, there is a possibility that the stored articles or the like may flow out or be poured toward the user when the user is not paying attention.

Referring to fig. 3 to 5 and 7 to 9, the locking unit 500 is provided to the table top 200 to function to lock the table top 200 in a closed state parallel to the floor.
The locking unit 500 may include a locking unit body 510 fixed to the table top 200, a locking unit guide member 520 fixed to the locking unit body 510, a locking member 530 coupled to the locking unit body 510 so as to be hung on the hanging part 314, and a locking unit spring 540 applying an elastic force to the locking member 530.
The locking unit body 510 may be fixed to the lower surface of the table top 200 by a fixing member such as a screw or a bolt, and a locking unit body groove 511 may be formed inside the locking unit body 510. A guide protrusion 512 for guiding the linear movement of the locking member 530 is vertically disposed in the locking unit body groove 511. The locking unit body groove 511 is opened to the upper side of the locking unit body 510, and the locking unit body 510 is covered by the table top 200 when coupled to the table top 200.
A locking unit body opening 513 connected to the locking unit body groove 511 and a locking unit body opening 514 are formed at a lower side of the locking unit body 510, and the locking member 530 may be partially protruded to an outside of the locking unit body 510 through the locking unit body opening 513. The locking unit body opening portion 514 may also be used when assembling other components to the locking unit body 510.
Furthermore, a fixing pin 515 to which a fixing member 516 is detachably coupled is provided to protrude from the lower side of the lock unit main body 510, and since the fixing member 516 is coupled to the fixing pin 515, the lock unit main body 510 can be prevented from being detached from the lock unit main body 510 by being assembled to the lock unit main body opening portion 514. In the case where repair or replacement of parts is required, after the fixing member 516 is separated from the fixing pin 515, the partial parts assembled to the lock unit main body 510 can be separated from the lock unit main body 510.
The locking unit guide member 520, which can be firmly fixed to the locking unit body 510 by a fixing member such as a screw or a bolt, is inserted into the locking unit body groove 511 to support the locking member 530 to be linearly movable.
The locking unit guide member 520 includes a guide projection 521, and the guide projection 521 extends in a direction parallel to the moving direction of the locking member 530 and can guide the locking member 530 to move linearly. Although the pair of elongated guide projections 521 are shown as being arranged to face each other, the shape, number, and position of the guide projections 521 may be variously changed.
The locking member 530 is movably coupled to the locking unit body 510 such that it is coupled to the hooking part 314 of the frame 300, and specifically includes a locking member body 531 engaged with the locking unit guide 520 and a locking member hooking part 532 protruding outward from the locking unit body 510.
The locking member body 531 has guide grooves 533 for inserting the guide protrusions 512 of the locking unit body 510, and when the locking member 530 moves, the guide protrusions 512 move relatively linearly within the guide grooves 533, so that linear (linear) movement can be guided more flexibly and stably.
Of course, the positions of the guide projections 512 and the guide grooves 533 may be reversed from those of the illustrated example, i.e., the guide projections are provided on the locking member body 531 and the guide grooves are provided on the locking unit body 510.
The locking member main body 531 includes a guide groove 534 corresponding to the guide projection 521 of the locking unit guide member 520, and the guide groove 534 is formed to be elongated in the same direction as the guide projection 521 so that the guide projection 521 can be inserted.
The locking member main body 531 may be coupled to the locking unit guide member 520 such that the guide projection 521 is inserted into the guide groove 534, and in this case, the guide projection 521 moves linearly in the guide groove 534, so that the locking member 530 can move linearly more flexibly and stably.
Although the pair of guide grooves 534 are shown to be formed on both sides of the lock member main body 531, the number of the guide grooves 534 may be variously changed, and the positions of the guide projections 521 and the guide grooves 534 may be reversed, that is, the guide projections are formed on the lock member main body 531 and the guide grooves are formed on the lock unit guide member 520.
The locking member body 531 is provided with a locking member groove 535 and a locking member projection 536. The locking member groove 535 is a configuration for coupling the cable 630 of the unlocking unit 600 to the locking member main body 531, and the locking member protrusion 536 may serve to fix the locking unit spring 540 when assembling the locking unit spring 540.
The locking member hook 532 protrudes to the outside of the locking unit body 510 through the locking unit body opening 513 of the locking unit body 510 so as to be able to be hung on the hanging part 314 of the frame 300. The locking member hook 532 is hooked on the hook base 316 by being inserted into the frame groove 315 of the hook 314, and the locking unit 500 can be locked (locking) in a state where the table top 200 is closed.
The locking unit spring 540 is configured to apply an elastic force to the locking member 530 in a direction of being hooked to the hooking portion 314, and may be configured by a coil spring or the like according to an embodiment, and is provided such that one end thereof contacts an end portion of the locking member body 531.
Further, since the locking member protrusion 536 of the locking member main body 531 is inserted into one end of the locking unit spring 540, the locking unit spring 540 can maintain a stable coupling state with the locking member main body 531. The locking member hook 532 of the locking member 530 can maintain a state of being hooked and coupled to the hooking part 314 by the elastic force of the locking unit spring 540.
The locking unit spring 540 may be changed to various other structures capable of applying an elastic force to the locking member 530, and its disposition position may be changed to various positions, in addition to the coil spring structure as shown in the drawing.
The locking unit 500 includes a locking unit guide boss 550 having a linear locking unit guide boss hole 551 through which the cable 630 can pass, and the locking unit guide boss 550 is coupled to the locking unit main body 510 through the locking unit main body opening portion 514.
The lock unit guide boss 550 is coupled to the lock unit main body 510 such that the lock unit guide boss hole 551 is placed parallel to the linear movement direction of the lock member 530, and thus the cable 630 can be guided to move linearly parallel to the movement direction of the lock member 530.
In this way, the cable 630 is guided to move linearly by the locking unit guide boss 550, and thus, the traction force applied to the cable 630 can be more smoothly applied to the locking member 530, and thus the locking member 530 can be more smoothly moved. The locking unit guide boss 550 is fixed to the other end of the locking unit main body 510 contacting the locking unit spring 540 so that the locking unit spring 540 can be supported.
As shown in fig. 9 (a), the lock unit 500 is pressed toward the hanging part 314 by the lock member 530 and the lock member hook 532 of the lock member 530 is hung on the hanging part 314 by the lock member spring 540, and thus the table top 200 can be locked in a closed state parallel to the floor surface.
As shown in fig. 9 (b), when the lock member 530 receives a pulling force via the cable 630, the lock member 530 moves while compressing the lock unit spring 540, so as to be disengaged from the hook portion 314. When the locking member 530 is disengaged from the hook portion 314, the locking of the table top 200 is unlocked, and the table top 200 can be tilted in the opening direction raised with respect to the floor surface by the pressing force of the pushing unit 400.
The two locking unit main bodies 510, the locking unit guide members 520, the locking members 530, and the locking unit springs 540 are shown corresponding to the two hanging parts 314 disposed on the frame 300, but the number of the locking unit main bodies 510, the locking unit guide members 520, the locking members 530, and the locking unit springs 540 may be variously changed according to the number of the hanging parts 314.
The specific structure of the components constituting the lock unit 500 is not limited to the illustrated drawings, and various modifications are possible. Although the locking member 530 is shown to be movably coupled to the table top 200 by the locking unit body 510, a structure may be employed in which a space capable of accommodating the locking member 530 is formed in the table top 200 so that the locking member 530 is directly and movably coupled to the table top 200.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, and 10 to 13, the unlocking unit 600 is combined with the table top 200 to perform a function of unlocking the locking unit 500. The unlocking unit 600 includes an unlocking unit body 610 coupled to the table top 200, a trigger 620 movably coupled to the unlocking unit body 610, a pair of cables 630 connecting the pair of locking members 530 and the trigger 620, and an unlocking unit spring 640 applying an elastic force to the trigger 620.
The unlocking unit main body 610 is coupled to the table top 200, and the trigger 620 is supported so as to be movable in a direction intersecting the moving direction of the locking member 530, and may be fixed to the lower surface of the table top 200 by a fixing member such as a screw or a bolt. The locking unit body 510 has a guide projection 611, an unlocking unit body bending groove 612, and an unlocking unit body spring contact part 613.
The guide projection 611 is configured to guide the trigger 620 to move linearly, and is arranged to rise (stand) in the vertical direction. The two guide protrusions 611 are shown to be disposed on both sides of the unlocking unit main body spring contact portion 613, but the number and the arrangement position of the guide protrusions 611 may be variously changed.
The unlocking unit body curved groove 612 guides the cable 630 in a direction intersecting the moving direction of the locking member 530, and has a gently curved shape, and a part of the cable 630 is inserted into the unlocking unit body curved groove 612, so that the gently curved shape can be maintained.
When the trigger 620 moves in a direction intersecting the moving direction of the locking member 530, a part of the cable 630 can be smoothly bent and deformed while moving along the unlocking unit body bending groove 612. The pair of unlocking unit body bending grooves 612 are symmetrically disposed on the unlocking unit body 610 such that the two cables 630 connected to the two locking members 530, respectively, are inserted therein, respectively.
The unlocking unit body spring contact portion 613 is disposed on one side of the unlocking unit body 610 so as to stand in the vertical direction, and is configured such that one end of the unlocking unit spring 640 contacts the unlocking unit body spring contact portion 613.
Further, the unlocking unit main body 610 is protrudingly provided with a fixing pin 614, the fixing member 615 is detachably coupled to the fixing pin 614, and the fixing member 615 is coupled to the fixing pin 614, thereby functioning to prevent a part of the components assembled to the unlocking unit main body 610 from being separated from the unlocking unit main body 610.
In the case where repair or replacement of parts is required, the parts assembled to the unlocking unit main body 610 can be separated from the unlocking unit main body 610 after the fixing member 615 is separated from the fixing pin 614.
The trigger 620 movably coupled to the unlocking unit main body 610 is connected to the locking member 530 through a cable 630, and when a user provides an external force, a traction force for disengaging the locking member 530 from the hooking part 314 is provided to the cable 630 to move the locking member 530.
The trigger 620 has a guide groove 621 corresponding to the guide projection 611 of the unlocking unit main body 610, the guide projection 611 is inserted into the guide groove 621, and the guide projection 611 moves linearly in the guide groove 621 when the trigger 620 moves, thereby enabling stable linear movement of the trigger 620. The arrangement positions of the guide protrusions 611 and the guide grooves 621 may be reversed. That is, a guide protrusion may be disposed on the trigger 620, and a guide groove may be formed in the unlocking unit body 610.
The trigger 62 has a trigger spring contact 622, a trigger slot 623, and a grip 624. The trigger spring contact portion 622 is disposed opposite to the unlocking unit body spring contact portion 613 of the unlocking unit body 610, and the trigger spring contact portion 622 contacts the other end of the unlocking unit spring 640. Wherein the trigger slot 623 is used to couple the cable 630 to the trigger 620.
Two trigger slots 623 are located on the trigger 620 to be able to be coupled with two cables 630, respectively, and a handle portion 624 is located at the end of the trigger 620 for user operation.
When the user pulls the trigger 620 using the handle portion 624, traction is provided to the two cables 630 connected to the trigger 620, and the two locking members 530 can be moved simultaneously.
Each of the pair of cables 630 has one side connected to the locking member 530 and the other side connected to the trigger 620 to connect the locking member 530 and the trigger 620, and is received and protected in a protection pipe 660 fixed under the table top 200.
One end of each cable 630 has a first fixing block 632 thicker than the thickness of the cable 630, and the other end of each cable 630 is provided with a second fixing block 634 thicker than the thickness of the cable 630.
The first fixing block 632 is inserted into the locking member groove 535 of the locking member 530 so that the cable 630 can be stably coupled to the locking member 530, and the second fixing block 634 is inserted into the trigger groove 623 of the trigger 620 so that the cable 630 can be stably coupled to the trigger 620.
Further, by using the first and second fixing blocks 632 and 634, the connection of the cable 630 and the locking member 530 and the connection of the cable 630 and the trigger 620 can be more conveniently achieved.
In addition, the connection structure of the cable 630 and the locking member 530 or the connection structure of the cable 630 and the trigger 620 may be variously modified.
The unlocking unit spring 640 applies an elastic force to the trigger 620 in a direction in which the trigger 620 is restored to the home position. The unlocking unit spring 640 may be formed in a coil spring form and disposed such that one end thereof contacts the unlocking unit body spring contact part 613 of the unlocking unit body 610 and the other end thereof contacts the trigger spring contact part 622 of the trigger 620. The trigger 620 moved to disengage the locking member 530 from the hooking portion 314 can be restored to its original state by the elastic force of the unlocking unit spring 640.
The unlocking unit spring 640 may be changed to various other structures capable of applying an elastic force to the trigger 620 to restore the trigger 620, in addition to the coil spring structure as shown, and the installation position thereof may be variously changed.
The unlocking unit 600 may include a pair of unlocking unit guide bosses 650, and the inside of each unlocking unit guide boss 650 has a straight unlocking unit guide boss hole 651 through which the cable 630 can pass.
The unlocking unit guide boss 650 is coupled to the unlocking unit main body 610 such that the unlocking unit guide boss hole 651 is placed in parallel with the linear movement direction of the trigger 620.
The pair of unlocking unit guide bosses 650 are provided such that a part of each of them is inserted into the pair of unlocking unit body bending grooves 612, respectively, and guide the cable 630 to move linearly in a direction parallel to the moving direction of the trigger 620. In this manner, the cable 630 is guided by the unlocking unit guide boss 650, so that the traction force based on the movement of the trigger 620 can be more smoothly transferred to the cable 630, and the trigger 620 can be more smoothly operated.
The unlocking unit guide boss 650 is assembled to the unlocking unit main body 610 so that it can be fixed not to be separated from the unlocking unit main body curved groove 612 by the fixing member 615 of the fixing pin 614 coupled to the unlocking unit main body 610 after being inserted into the unlocking unit main body curved groove 612.
The unlocking unit 600 may unlock the locking of the locking unit 500 as the trigger 620 is operated by the user.
As shown in fig. 13 (a), the unlocking unit 600 maintains an initial state in which the trigger 620 does not provide traction to the cable 630 by the elastic force of the unlocking unit spring 640 when the trigger 620 is not subjected to an external force. At this time, as shown in fig. 14, since the locking member 530 of the locking unit 500 is hooked on the hooking part 314 of the frame 300, the table top 200 can maintain a closed state parallel to the floor surface.
As shown in (b) of fig. 13, when the user pulls the trigger 620, the trigger 620 compresses the unlocking unit spring 640 and advances. At this time, the cable 630 connected to the trigger 620 is pulled, and the pulling force is transmitted to the locking member 530 connected to the cable 630. Thus, as shown in fig. 15, the lock member 530 is disengaged from the hook portion 314 to be unlocked.
In a state where the locking member 530 is disengaged from the hook portion 314, as shown in fig. 16, the table top 200 is inclined in a direction to stand on the floor surface by the pushing unit 400.
In addition, when the user presses the table top 200 in a state where the table top 200 is inclined, the table top 200 is rotated so that the inclination angle is decreased. At an angle at which the table top 200 is parallel to the floor surface, the locking member 530 of the locking unit 500 is engaged with the engaging portion 314 of the frame 300, and the table top 200 is locked in the closed state.
The unlocking unit 600 is shown to have two cables 630, but the number of cables 630 may be variously changed according to the number of locking members 530. The number of other components related to cable 630 may be changed according to the number of cables 630.
The specific configuration of the components constituting the unlocking unit 600 is not limited to the illustrated portion, and various modifications are possible. For example, although the drawing shows that the pulling force for releasing the lock of the locking member 530 is provided to the cable 630 according to the forward pulling motion of the trigger 620 with respect to the table top 200, the movement of the trigger 620 for providing the pulling force for releasing the lock of the locking member 530 may be variously changed.
As described above, the table device 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention can realize the stable folding driving of the table top panel 200 by the actions of the pushing unit 400 providing the rotational force to the table top panel 200, the locking unit 500 for locking the table top panel 200 in the closed state, and the unlocking unit 600 for unlocking the locking unit 500. Further, the user can tilt the table top 200 to stand upright on the floor surface by simply pulling the trigger 620 of the unlocking unit 600, and can lock the table top 200 in a closed state parallel to the floor surface by simply pressing the table top 200, thereby improving the convenience of use.
An embodiment of a barrier operating device 700 applicable to a table or a table device according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached fig. 1 to 4, 17 to 19, and the like.
The barrier operating device 700 of the present invention is a device installed on a table, and basically functions to stably block the front lower part of the table so that the legs or lower body of the user is not exposed forward.
The barrier operating apparatus 700 of the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes: a front baffle 710, a front baffle support stand 720 coupled to the frame 300 to support the front baffle 710, a support frame 730 coupled to the front baffle support stand 720, a movable baffle 740 tiltably supported by the support frame 730, and a restoring guide unit 750 for restoring the movable baffle 740.
The front bezel 710 is supported by the frame 300, is disposed under the table top 200 so as to receive at least a part of the front side (Y-axis direction with respect to the direction axis in the drawing) of the frame 300, and is supported by the front bezel support base 720.
The pair of front bezel support bases 720 can be coupled to the frame 300 so as to support both side ends of the front bezel 710, and can be stably detachably coupled to the frame 300 so that the coupling legs 320 can be inserted into the insertion grooves 721 (see fig. 18) of the frame 300.
The upper end of the front baffle support 720 has a support extension 722 inclined toward the front of the frame 300, and the support extension 722 has a fixing boss 723 to which the support bracket 730 is coupled.
The support bracket 730 is coupled to the frame 300 and is configured to tiltably support the movable bezel 740, and specifically includes a bracket fixing portion 731 fixed to the front frame 311 of the frame 300 and a bracket support portion 732 tilted from the bracket fixing portion 731 toward the front of the frame 300.
The bracket fixing portion 731 is fixed to the front frame 311 by a fixing member such as a screw or a bolt, and the bracket supporting portion 732 has a bracket hole 733 into which the fixing boss 723 of the front bezel supporting base 720 is inserted.
The support bracket 730 can be coupled to the support-table extension 722 of the front-baffle support table 720 in such a manner that the fixing boss 723 is inserted into the bracket hole 733, and the support bracket 730 is provided with a pivot shaft 735 for rotatably supporting the movable baffle 740.
One support bracket 730 is coupled to each of the pair of front flap support bases 720, and both end portions of the movable flap 740 are supported in a tiltable manner, and the front flap support bases 720 are coupled to the front flap support bases 720 and fixed to the frame 300, whereby the front flap support bases 720 can be firmly fixed to the frame 300.
Both side ends of the movable flapper 740 are rotatably coupled to the pair of support brackets 730, respectively, and may be supported by the pair of support brackets 730 in a state of being inclined at a predetermined angle toward the front side of the frame 300.
Movable flapper 740 is disposed so as to be rotatable within a predetermined angular range about pivot shaft 735 of support bracket 730 as a center axis, and movable flapper 740 is disposed so as to be tiltable above front flapper 710 and blocks a front portion of frame 300.
Specifically, the movable bezel 740 blocks a space for placing the power supply socket 10 on the socket support stand 350 coupled to the frame 300 from the front of the frame 300. The socket holder 350 or the power supply socket 10 placed on the socket holder 350 is covered by the movable bezel 740, and can be exposed to the outside when the movable bezel 740 is tilted forward.
Therefore, the user can tilt the movable bezel 740 forward by tilting the movable bezel 740 to expose the power supply socket 10 to the outside, and can attach a plug to be used to the power supply socket 10 or detach a plug from the power supply socket 10.
When the movable bezel 740 is tilted forward, the movable bezel 740 is induced by the restoration inducing means 750 of the present invention to return to a position or posture (initial position or posture) capable of shielding the socket support base 350 or the power supply application socket 10 placed on the socket support base 350.
The restoration inducing unit 750 of the present invention inducing the movable flapper 740 to restore to the initial position by supplying the restoring force to the movable flapper 740 may include a plurality of magnetic bodies 751 coupled to the support bracket 730 and a magnet assembly 756 coupled to the movable flapper 740.
The magnetic body 751 is constituted by a bolt structure including a head 752 and a body 753 projected from the head 752 and capable of penetrating the support holder 730. Main body 753 of magnetic member 751 is coupled to fixing boss 723 of front bezel support base 720 through bracket hole 733, whereby support bracket 730 can be fixed to front bezel support base 720.
The head portion 752 of the magnetic member 751 constitutes a magnetic member portion 754 which can act on the magnet 760 of the magnet assembly 756 to generate an attractive force, and a plurality of magnetic members 751 are coupled to each of the pair of support brackets 730.
The magnet assembly 756 may include a magnet support 757 coupled to the side end of the movable stop 740 to support the plurality of magnets 760, and the magnet support 757 may include a plurality of magnet support grooves 758 and a plurality of magnet support holes 759.
The plurality of magnets 760 may be inserted into the plurality of magnet supporter grooves 758, and the plurality of magnet supporter holes 759 may be inserted with a plurality of screws or bolts. The magnet support 757 can be firmly fixed to the movable flapper 740 by a fixing member such as a screw or a bolt.
Magnet 760 has magnetic portion 761 corresponding to magnetic portion 754 of magnetic body 751 for generating attraction force with magnetic body 751. The magnetic portion 761 faces the magnetic portion 754 at a position corresponding to the magnetic portion 754, and thus the movable flapper 740 can be induced to return to the initial position by the attractive force with the magnetic portion 754.
The pair of magnet assemblies 756 are coupled to both side ends of the movable flapper 740, and act on the magnetic bodies 751 coupled to the pair of support brackets 730, respectively, to generate an attractive force for restoring the movable flapper 740 to its original state.
The table barrier operating device 700 is coupled to the frame 300, and can stably shield the front of the table to prevent the user's legs or lower body from being exposed forward.
When the movable shutter 740 of the shutter operation device 700 is not subjected to an external force, as shown in fig. 19 (a), the movable shutter 740 can cover the receptacle holder 350 or prevent the power supply receptacle 10 placed on the receptacle holder 350 from being exposed forward.
At this time, since an attractive force acts between the magnet assembly 756 coupled to the frame 300 and the magnet 760 coupled to the movable bezel 740, the movable bezel 740 can stably maintain an initial posture for shielding the power supply socket 10 placed on the socket support stand 350.
Further, the initial position or posture can be maintained by the attractive force of the magnet when the external force is not maintained within a predetermined range or for a predetermined time or more without an intention of impact, collision, or the like even when the external force exceeding the threshold is applied.
As shown in fig. 19 (b), when the user pulls the movable bezel 740 forward, the movable bezel 740 tilts forward, and at this time, the power supply socket 10 placed on the socket support stand 350 is exposed to the outside, and the user can attach a plug to be used to the power supply socket 10 or detach a plug from the power supply socket 10 with the power supply socket 10 exposed to the outside.
As described above, since the case where the intended external force is applied is the case where the external force exceeding the attraction force threshold of the magnet is applied, in this case, the movable flapper 740 of the present invention naturally tilts forward and maintains the tilted state (open state).
Thereafter, when the user pushes the movable bezel 740 slightly in the original position direction, the attraction force acting between the magnetic substance 751 disposed on the support bracket 730 and the magnet 760 coupled to the movable bezel 740 induces the movable bezel 740 to return to the initial position for shielding the power supply socket 10 placed on the socket support stand 350.
As described above, the barrier operating device 700 for a table according to the present invention can stably shield the front of the table to prevent the legs or the lower body of the user from being exposed to the front of the table.
In particular, the table damper operating device 700 can adaptively prevent the space between the table top 200 and the front damper 710 for installing the power supply socket 10 from being exposed to the outside by the tiltable movable damper 740. Furthermore, since the movable bezel 740 can be tilted and can be rotated forward or tilted as necessary, it is possible to easily open a space where the power supply use receptacle 10 is installed.
Therefore, the desk bezel operating device 700 can shield the power supply socket 10 provided in the frame 300, the plug connected to the power supply socket 10, or the cord connected to the plug from view in front of the desk, and can also tilt the movable bezel 740 to expose the space where the power supply socket 10 is provided to the outside as needed, thereby inducing the user to easily perform operations such as inserting the plug into the power supply socket 10 or separating the plug from the power supply socket 10.
The structure of the table shutter operation device 700 is not limited to the structure shown in the drawings, and various modifications are possible. As another example, the plurality of magnets 760 coupled to the magnet support 757 of the recovery inducing unit 750 may have different magnetic forces, and the larger the distance from the rotational center axis of the movable flapper 740, the larger the magnetic force.
In this way, when the magnets 760 constituting the restoration inducing means 750 are implemented by magnets having different magnetic forces, the asymmetry of the torque (torque) according to the difference in the radius of rotation can be effectively adjusted, and the restoration operation of the movable flapper 740 can be made more gentle.
Although the recovery inducing unit 750 is shown to include the plurality of magnetic members 751 coupled to the support frame 730 and the plurality of magnets 760 coupled to the movable flapper 740, one or more magnets may be provided on the support frame 730 and one or more magnetic members may be coupled to the movable flapper 740.
Although the magnetic member 751 is shown as a bolt for fixing the support bracket 730 to the front bezel support base 720, the magnetic member may be variously modified, and a part of the support bracket 730 or the entire support bracket may be a magnetic member that can generate an attractive force with the magnet.
Further, when the magnetic member is disposed on the movable bezel 740, a part of the support holder 730 or the entire support holder 730 may constitute a magnetic member for generating a magnetic force. In the movable bezel 740, when the support holder 730 has a magnetic portion, a part of the side end of the movable bezel 740 or the entire movable bezel 740 may be configured as a magnetic portion, and when the magnetic portion is provided in the support holder 730, a part of the side end of the movable bezel 740 or the entire movable bezel 740 may be configured as a magnetic portion.
The restoring induction unit 750 may be configured to utilize the magnetic force of the magnetic body portion 754 and the magnetic portion 761, or may be configured to provide restoring force to the movable flapper 740.
However, in the case of using an elastic body such as a spring that provides a continuous force, when the movable flapper 740 is opened forward, a force for maintaining the state (a state of being held by one hand or the like) is required to be continued, and therefore, it is inconvenient for a user to perform various tasks through an open space.
Although the movable stop 740 is shown to be supported by the pair of support brackets 730 to be inclined slightly toward the front of the frame 300, the number of the support brackets 730 may be variously changed, and the coupling structure between the support brackets 730 and the movable stop 740 may be variously changed.
The posture of the movable bezel 740 supported by the support holder 730 may be variously changed, but in the case where the movable bezel 740 is supported by the support holder 730 in a posture inclined slightly forward of the frame 300, the aesthetic appearance can be improved, and the upper portion of the movable bezel 740 is protruded relatively forward, so that there is an advantage that the user can easily operate the movable bezel 740.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention relating to a lever-rotating type drawer device 800 for a table, which can be applied to the table, the table device, or the like of the present invention, will be described in detail with reference to fig. 2, 4, 20 to 22, and the like.
As shown in the drawings, the lever-rotating type drawer device 800 for a desk according to the present invention is a device for providing a storage space capable of storing articles, and specifically includes a storage tray 810 disposed under a desk top 200, a plurality of tray lever support bases 820 and 825 fixed to the storage tray 810, a plurality of desk top lever support bases 830 and 840 fixed to the desk top 200, a plurality of connection rods 850 connecting the tray lever support bases 820 and 825 and the desk top lever support bases 830 and 840, and a lever spring 860 for applying an elastic force in a direction in which the storage tray 810 approaches the desk top 200.
The storage tray 810 may include a storage part 812 for storing articles, a tray body 811 having the storage part 812 at an upper side, and a tray front end wall 814 disposed at a front end of the tray body 811 and protruding upward.
The tray body 811 may have a tray groove 813 capable of accommodating a writing implement such as a pencil or a pen on one side. The receiving tray 810 is disposed at a lower side of the table top 200, and is supported by four connection bars 850 connected to the table top 200 such that a distance from the table top 200 is variable. The four connecting rods 850 can support the tray body 811 so as to move relative to the table top 200.
Preferably, the front end of the tray main body 811 having the tray front end wall 814 is kept relatively low (based on the distance from the table top 200) within a predetermined range, so that the articles stored in the storage portion 812 do not fall off the storage tray 810, and can be stored in the storage portion 812 more stably.
The four tray lever support bases 820 and 825 are fixed to the storage tray 810 so as to be spaced apart from each other in the front-rear and left-right directions. These four tray bar support stages 820, 825 can be divided into a pair of front tray bar support stages 820 disposed relatively forward and a pair of rear tray bar support stages 825 disposed relatively rearward of the front tray bar support stages 820.
The four tray lever support bases 820 and 825 are shown in symmetrical positions, and the following description will be based on the embodiment shown in the drawings, but when the storage tray 810 can be physically supported, it is needless to say that the number of the tray lever support bases may be different from that of the tray lever support bases.
According to the embodiment, it can be realized that two front tray bar support bases 820 and one rear tray bar support base 825 are arranged at the rear middle portion, and the three tray bar support bases 820 and 825 can be configured in a triangular shape as shown in the drawing.
The pair of front tray lever supports 820 are disposed near the corners on both sides of the front end of the storage tray 810, being offset to the front end of the storage tray 810. Each front tray lever support 820 has a front tray lever support shaft 821 to which a lever 850 is rotatably connected.
The connecting rod 850 is configured such that one end thereof is coupled to the front tray lever support shaft 821 so as to be rotatable within a predetermined angular range around the front tray lever support shaft 821 as a rotation center axis.
The pair of rear tray lever support bases 825 are disposed apart from the pair of front tray lever support bases 820 toward the rear end of the storage tray 810. Each of the rear tray lever support stages 825 is provided with a rear tray lever support shaft 826 rotatably connected to the connecting lever 850.
The connecting rod 850 is configured such that one end thereof is coupled to the rear tray lever support shaft 826 so as to be rotatable within a predetermined angular range about the rear tray lever support shaft 826 as a rotation center axis.
The four table top bar support bases 830 and 840 are fixed to the lower surface of the table top 200 in a spaced manner in the front-rear and left-right directions, and each of them forms a pair with the four tray bar support bases 820 and 825.
These four table upper board bar support bases 830 and 840 are divided into a pair of front table upper board bar support bases 830 disposed at the front side and a pair of rear table upper board bar support bases 840 disposed at the rear side with respect to the front table upper board bar support bases 830.
The pair of front desk top bar support bases 830 are disposed on the lower surface of the desk top 200 so as to be relatively offset to the front side so as to correspond to the pair of front tray bar support bases 820.
The front table upper stem support base 830 has a front table upper stem support base groove 831 and a front table upper stem support shaft 832, the front table upper stem support base groove 831 is open to the table upper 200 and the storage tray 810 side, respectively, and the other end of the connecting rod 850 is receivable in the front table upper stem support base groove 831.
The front table upper support shaft 832 is disposed in the front table upper support platform groove 831 and rotatably supports the other end of the connecting rod 850. The other end of the connecting rod 850 is connected to the front table top board support shaft 832, and can rotate within a predetermined angular range around the front table top board support shaft 832 as a rotation center axis.
The pair of rear table top bar support stands 840 are disposed on the lower surface of the table top 200 relatively offset to the rear side so as to correspond to the pair of rear tray bar support stands 825.
The rear desk top bar support base 840 has a rear desk top bar support shaft 841 to which the connecting rod 850 is rotatably connected, and the other end of the connecting rod 850 is coupled to the rear desk top bar support shaft 841 so that the rear desk top bar support shaft 841 can rotate within a predetermined angular range as a rotation center axis.
One end of each of the four connecting rods 850 is rotatably coupled to the tray rod support bases 820, 825, and the other end thereof is rotatably coupled to the desk top rod support bases 830, 840 to connect the desk top 200 and the receiving tray 810.
One end of each of these connecting rods 850 rotates with respect to the tray rod support bases 820, 825 and the other end of each rotates with respect to the table top plate rod support bases 830, 840, so that the angle of the connecting rod 850 with respect to the table top plate 200 and the angle of the connecting rod 850 with respect to the receiving tray 810 change. As the angle of the connecting rod 850 changes, the distance separating the receiving tray 810 from the table top 200 changes.
The lever spring 860 applies an elastic force to a portion of the plurality of connection levers 850 so that a rotational force in which the plurality of connection levers 850 rotate in a direction in which the receiving tray 810 approaches the table top 200 can occur.
Specifically, one lever spring 860 is connected to each of a pair of connecting levers 850 connected to a pair of front tray lever supporting bases 820 and a pair of front desk upper board lever supporting bases 830, respectively, among the four connecting levers 850. Lever spring 860 may be configured as a torsion spring structure that is at least partially received purely into front table top post support platform slot 831 of front table top post support platform 830.
The lever spring 860 is configured to be wound at least partially around the front desk upper lever support shaft 832, one side of which is in contact with the front desk upper lever support base 830, and the other side of which is in contact with the connection lever 850 coupled to the front desk upper lever support base 830.
When the storage tray 810 is separated from the table top 200, the lever spring 860 is elastically deformed according to the rotation of the connection lever 850, and thus an elastic force can be applied to the storage tray 810 in a direction approaching the table top 200.
In the lever-rotating type drawer device 800, the storage tray 810 capable of storing and storing articles is disposed below the table top 200 in a height-adjustable state, and thus the storage tray 810 can be adjusted to various heights according to the user's needs for use.
For example, when the user does not store an article in the storage tray 810 or stores a relatively light article such as a writing implement or recording paper in the storage tray 810, the storage tray 810 can be kept in a state of being maximally close to the table top 200 by the elastic force of the lever spring 860 as shown in fig. 22 (a), and thus the user can use a space below the table top 200 relatively widely.
In addition, when the user needs to store a relatively large article such as a book in the storage tray 810, the user can lower the storage tray 810 to expand the storage space above the storage tray 810 and then store the article in the storage tray 810 as shown in fig. 22 (b). When the user takes out an article from the storage tray 810, the storage tray 810 is restored to be close to the table top 200 as it is by the elastic force of the lever spring 860.
The structure of the lever-rotating type drawer device 800 is not limited to the one shown in the drawings, and various modifications are possible. For example, the lever springs 860 of the torsion spring structure are shown as being connected to two connecting rods 850 coupled to the front table upper board lever support stand 830, respectively, but the specific structure or the number of the lever springs 860 may be variously changed.
Also, the connection lever 850 coupled to the lever spring 860 among the four connection levers 850 may be variously modified, and the shape or structure of the receiving tray 810 may be modified into various other shapes or structures capable of receiving articles, in addition to the embodiment shown in the drawings.
Further, a front tray lever support shaft 821, a rear tray lever support shaft 826, a front desk top lever support shaft 832, and a rear desk top lever support shaft 841, which constitute a rotation center axis of the connection lever 850, may be integrally disposed on the connection lever 850 and coupled to the tray lever support bases 820, 825 or the desk top lever support bases 830, 840.
Although the present invention has been described above with reference to the specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings, the present invention is not limited thereto, and it is needless to say that a person skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains can make various modifications and variations within the scope equivalent to the technical idea of the present invention and the claims.
In describing the present invention, it is obvious that the expressions first, second, upper, lower, and the like are only a concept of a tool for relatively distinguishing the respective components (elements) from each other, and are not terms for showing a specific order, a priority order, and the like, or terms for physically distinguishing the respective components (elements) on an absolute basis.
The drawings and the like used for describing and illustrating the present invention and the embodiments thereof may be shown in a somewhat exaggerated form in order to emphasize or highlight the technical contents of the present invention, but it should be construed that various modifications and application examples of the forms can be made by those skilled in the art based on the contents described above and matters shown in the drawings.
