Description

Folding driving table device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a table apparatus, and more particularly, to a table apparatus which can be driven to fold and rotate, and which can maximize storage of tables and maintain an equivalent ratio by remarkably reducing an occupied space when a plurality of tables are stored in a folded state through structural improvement in which a table top plate can be rotated and folded.
Background
Generally, tables (tables, desk, etc.) are constructed with a structure including a table top and legs (legs) for supporting the table top, and can be classified into various sizes and shapes according to their use.
Since a desk for students used at home and a desk for work used in offices are used in an installed state, it is very important to consider the original use and convenience of the desk itself, and thus a stable structure, an appropriate size, a material of a demander layer, and the like are generally used.
On the other hand, when a plurality of tables are arranged for use in a place such as a classroom or a conference room, the tables are rearranged according to the situation or stored in a different storage place to increase the space utilization, and the tables are arranged in the required number when used. Therefore, such a table needs to be lightweight and easy to move and store compared to a general household or work table.
However, since the conventional table has a fixed physical structure, includes a table top plate fixedly disposed in a horizontal direction, and occupies a substantially hexahedral volume (volume) and an occupied space, there is a problem that a space corresponding to the number of tables is required when a plurality of tables are stored.
Further, although there have been proposed desks and the like having a structure for adjusting an angle of an upper plate, since such conventional desks and desks are designed to guide a posture of a user using the desk or the desk, or the angle of the upper plate is variably adjusted for convenience of use of books, music scores, art tools, and the like placed on the desk, there is a substantial limitation in stacking and storing a plurality of mobile desks.

The locking unit body opening 514 may also be used to assemble other components to the locking unit body 510.
The lower side of the lock unit body 510 is provided with a fixing pin 515 to which a fixing member 516 is detachably coupled, and the fixing member 516 is coupled to the fixing pin 515 to prevent the member assembled to the lock unit body 510 from falling off the lock unit body 510 through the lock unit body opening portion 514. When the parts need to be repaired or replaced, the fixing member 516 may be separated from the fixing pin 515 and then separated from the locking unit body 510 to be assembled to the locking unit body 510.
The locking unit guide member 520, which can be firmly fixed to the locking unit body 510 by a fixing member such as a screw or a bolt, is inserted into the locking unit body groove 511 to linearly movably support the locking member 530.
In addition, the locking unit guide member 520 includes a guide protrusion 521, and the guide protrusion 521 is extended to be parallel to the moving direction of the locking member 530, and can guide the locking member 530 to perform a linear movement. The pair of guide projections 521 extending in the longitudinal direction are shown to be arranged to face each other, but the shape, number, and position of the guide projections 521 may be variously changed.
The locking member 530 is movably coupled to the locking unit body 510 so as to be caught by the catch portion 314 of the frame 300, and specifically, includes a locking member body 531 to be engaged with the locking unit guide member 520 and a locking member catch portion 532 projected outward from the locking unit body 510.
The locking member body 531 has guide grooves 533 for insertion of the guide protrusions 512 of the locking unit body 510, and the guide protrusions 512 move relatively linearly in the guide grooves 533 when the locking member 530 moves, so that the locking member 530 can be guided to perform linear (linear) movement more flexibly and stably.
The positions of the guide projections 512 and the guide grooves 533 may be reversed from those of the illustrated example, that is, the guide projections are provided on the locking member body 531 and the guide grooves are formed in the locking unit body 510.
The locking member body 531 includes a guide groove 534 corresponding to the guide projection 521 of the locking unit guide member 520, and the guide groove 534 is formed to be elongated in the same direction as the guide projection 521 so that the guide projection 521 can be inserted.
The locking member body 531 may be configured to be coupled to the locking unit guide member 520 in such a manner that the guide projection 521 is inserted into the guide groove 534, in which case the locking member 530 can be more flexibly and stably linearly moved as the guide projection 521 is relatively linearly moved within the guide groove 534.
The drawings show that a pair of guide grooves 534 are formed on both sides of the locking member body 531, but the number of the guide grooves 534 may be variously changed, and it is apparent that the arrangement positions of the guide projections 521 and the guide grooves 534 may be reversed, that is, the guide projections are provided on the locking member body 531 and the guide grooves are formed on the locking unit guide member 520.
The locking member body 531 is provided with a locking member groove 535 and a locking member protrusion 536. The locking member groove 535 is a configuration for coupling the wire 630 of the unlocking unit 600 to the locking member body 531, and the locking member protrusion 536 may be used as a purpose of fixing the locking unit spring 540 when assembling the locking unit spring 540.
The locking member catch 532 protrudes to the outside of the locking unit body 510 through the locking unit body opening 513 of the locking unit body 510 so as to be caught by the catch 314 of the frame 300. The locking member hook 532 is inserted into the frame groove 315 of the hook 314 and is caught by the catching table 316, and thus the locking unit 500 can lock (locking) the table top panel 200 in a closed state.
The lock unit spring 540 is configured to apply an elastic force to the lock member 530 in a direction of engaging with the hook portion 314, and according to an embodiment, may be configured by a coil spring or the like, and one end thereof is provided to be in contact with an end portion of the lock member body 531.
Further, since the locking member protrusion 536 of the locking member body 531 is inserted into the inner side of one end thereof, the locking unit spring 540 can be stably coupled to the locking member body 531. The locking member hook 532 of the locking member 530 can be maintained in a state of being caught-coupled with the hook 314 by the elastic force of the locking unit spring 540.
The locking unit spring 540 may be changed to various other structures capable of applying an elastic force to the locking member 530, and may be changed in various positions, in addition to the spiral spring structure as shown in the figure.
The locking unit 500 includes a locking unit guide boss 550 having a linear locking unit guide boss hole 551 on an inner side through which the wire 630 can pass, and the locking unit guide boss 550 can be coupled to the locking unit body 510 through the locking unit body opening part 514.
The arrangement state of the locking unit guide boss 550 and the locking unit body 510 coupled to the locking unit guide boss hole 551 is parallel to the linear movement direction of the locking member 530, so that the wire 630 can be guided to move linearly parallel to the movement direction of the locking member 530.
As above, the guide wire 630 can be linearly moved by the guide of the locking unit guide boss 550, and thus the traction force applied to the wire 630 can be more smoothly provided to the locking member 530, whereby the movement of the locking member 530 can be more smoothly made. The locking unit guide boss 550 is fixed to the locking unit body 510 to be in contact with the other end of the locking unit spring 540, so that the locking unit spring 540 can be supported.
As shown in fig. 9 (a), the locking member 530 is pressurized toward the hook 314 side by the locking member spring 540, and thus the locking member hook 532 of the locking member 530 is caught by the hook 314, and thus the table top 200 can be locked in a closed state parallel to the floor surface.
In addition, as shown in fig. 9 (b), when the locking member 530 obtains a pulling force by the wire 630, the locking member 530 moves while compressing the locking unit spring 540 to disengage from the catch portion 314. When the locking member 530 is disengaged from the hook 314, the locking of the table top 200 is released, and the table top 200 can be tilted in the opening direction standing on the floor surface by the pressing force of the pushing unit 400.
The drawings show that the lock unit 500 has two lock unit bodies 510, two lock unit guide members 520, two lock members 530, and two lock unit springs 540 respectively so as to correspond to the two hook portions 314 provided in the frame 300, but the number of the lock unit bodies 510, the lock unit guide members 520, the lock members 530, and the lock unit springs 540 may be variously changed depending on the number of the hook portions 314.
The detailed configuration of the components constituting the lock unit 500 is not limited to that shown in the drawings, and various modifications are possible. The figures show that the locking member 530 is movably coupled to the table top 200 by the locking unit body 510, but the table top 200 may be provided with a space capable of receiving the locking member 530, and the locking member 530 may be directly movably coupled to the table top 200.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, and 10 to 13, the unlocking unit 600 is coupled to the table top 200 to release the locking of the locking unit 500. The unlocking unit 600 includes an unlocking unit body 610 coupled to the table top 200, a trigger 620 movably coupled to the unlocking unit body 610, a pair of wires 630 connecting the pair of locking members 530 and the trigger 620, and an unlocking unit spring 640 applying an elastic force to the trigger 620.
The unlocking unit body 610 is coupled to the table top 200, supports the trigger 620 so as to be movable in a direction intersecting the moving direction of the locking member 530, and can be fixed to the lower surface of the table top 200 by a fixing member such as a screw or a bolt. The locking unit body 510 has a guide protrusion 611, an unlocking unit body curved groove 612, and an unlocking unit body spring contact part 613.
The guide projection 611 is configured to guide the trigger 620 to move linearly, and is provided to stand in the vertical direction. The drawings show that the two guide protrusions 611 are provided on both sides of the unlocking unit body spring contact portion 613, but the number and the installation position of the guide protrusions 611 may be variously changed.
The unlocking unit body curved groove 612 guides the wire 630 in a direction crossing a moving direction of the locking member 530, has a curved shape which is gently curved, and a portion of the wire 630 is inserted into the unlocking unit body curved groove 612 to be able to maintain the gently curved shape.
When the trigger 620 moves in a direction crossing the moving direction of the locking member 530, a portion of the wire 630 can be smoothly bent and deformed while moving along the unlocking unit body curved groove 612. A pair of unlocking unit body curved grooves 612 are symmetrically provided on the unlocking unit body 610 so that two wires 630 connected to the two locking members 530, respectively, can be inserted, respectively.
The unlocking unit body spring contact portion 613 is provided upright on one side of the unlocking unit body 610 in the vertical direction, and one end of the unlocking unit spring 640 is configured to contact the unlocking unit body spring contact portion 613.
In addition, the unlocking unit body 610 is protrudingly provided to a fixing pin 614, and a fixing member 615 is detachably coupled to the fixing pin 614. The fixing member 615 combined with the fixing pin 614 functions to prevent the partial member assembled to the unlocking unit body 610 from being detached from the unlocking unit body 610.
In the case where repair or replacement of parts is required, the parts assembled to the unlocking unit body 610 may be separated from the unlocking unit body 610 after the fixing part 615 is separated from the fixing pin 614.
The trigger 620 movably coupled to the unlocking unit body 610 is connected to the locking member 530 through a wire 630, and provides a traction force to the wire 630 to disengage the locking member 530 from the hook 314 upon receiving an external force provided by a user to move the locking member 530.
Also, the trigger 620 has a guide groove 621 corresponding to the guide protrusion 611 of the unlocking unit body 610, the guide protrusion 611 is inserted into the guide groove 621, and the guide protrusion 611 performs a relative linear movement in the guide groove 621 when the trigger 620 moves, so that the trigger 620 can stably move linearly. The positions of the guide protrusions 611 and the guide grooves 621 may be reversed. That is, a guide protrusion may be provided to the trigger 620, and a guide groove is formed at the unlocking unit body 610.
The trigger 620 is provided with a trigger spring contact portion 622, a trigger groove 623, and a grip portion 624. The trigger spring contact portion 622 is provided opposite to the unlocking unit body spring contact portion 613 of the unlocking unit body 610, and the other end of the unlocking unit spring 640 contacts the trigger spring contact portion 622. Here, the trigger slot 623 is used to couple the wire 630 to the trigger 620.
The trigger 620 is provided with two trigger slots 623 for the two wires 630 to be respectively combined, and a handle portion 624 for a user to operate is provided at the end of the trigger 620.
The user pulls the two wires 630 connected to the trigger 620 with the trigger 620 pulled by the handle 624 to obtain the pulling force, so that the two locking members 530 can be moved simultaneously.
One side of the pair of wires 630 is connected to the locking member 530 and the other side is connected to the trigger 620 to connect the locking member 530 and the trigger 620, respectively, and can be received and protected in a protection pipe 660 fixed to the lower surface of the table top 200.
One end of each wire 630 is provided with a first fixing block 632 having a thickness greater than that of the wire 630, and the other end of each wire 630 is provided with a second fixing block 634 having a thickness greater than that of the wire 630.
The first fixing block 632 is inserted into the locking member groove 535 of the locking member 530, so that the wire 630 can be stably coupled to the locking member 530, and the second fixing block 634 is inserted into the trigger groove 623 of the trigger 620, so that the wire 630 can be stably coupled to the trigger 620.
Also, the connection of the wire 630 and the locking member 530 and the connection of the wire 630 and the trigger 620 can be facilitated by the first and second fixing blocks 632 and 634.
In addition, the connection structure of the wire 630 and the locking member 530 and the connection structure of the wire 630 and the trigger 620 may be variously modified.
The unlocking unit spring 640 applies an elastic force to the trigger 620 in a direction in which the trigger 620 restores the home position. The unlocking unit spring 640 may be formed in a coil spring type, and one end thereof is in contact with the unlocking unit body spring contact portion 613 of the unlocking unit body 610, and the other end thereof is in contact with the trigger spring contact portion 622 of the trigger 620. The trigger 620 moved to disengage the locking member 530 from the hook portion 314 can be restored by the elastic force of the unlocking unit spring 640.
The unlocking means spring 640 may be changed to various other configurations capable of applying an elastic force to the trigger 620 to restore the trigger 620, in addition to the illustrated coil spring configuration, and may be changed in various ways in its installation position.
The unlocking unit 600 may include a pair of unlocking unit guide bosses 650, and the inside of each unlocking unit guide boss 650 has a linear unlocking unit guide boss hole 651 through which the wire 630 can pass.
The unlocking unit guide boss 650 is combined with the unlocking unit body 610 into an unlocking unit guide boss hole 651 parallel to the linear movement direction of the trigger 620.
The pair of unlocking unit guide bosses 650 are provided such that a portion of each of the pair of unlocking unit guide bosses is inserted into the pair of unlocking unit body curved grooves 612, respectively, and the guide wire 630 is linearly moved in a direction parallel to the moving direction of the trigger 620. As above, the wire 630 is guided by the unlocking unit guide boss 650, and thus the traction force can be more smoothly transmitted to the wire 630 along with the movement of the trigger 620, and the trigger 620 can also be more smoothly operated.
After the unlocking unit guide boss 650 and the unlocking unit body 610 are assembled to be inserted into the unlocking unit body curved groove 612, they can be fixed so as not to be separated from the unlocking unit body curved groove 612 by the fixing member 615 of the fixing pin 614 coupled to the unlocking unit body 610.
The unlocking unit 600 can unlock the locking unit 500 as the trigger 620 moves based on the user's manipulation.
As shown in (a) of fig. 13, when the trigger 620 is not subjected to an external force, the trigger 620 maintains an initial state in which the wire 630 is not provided with traction by the elastic force of the unlocking unit spring 640. Here, as shown in fig. 14, the locking member 530 of the locking unit 500 is hooked at the hooking part 314 of the frame 300, and thus the table top 200 can maintain a closed state parallel to the ground.
As shown in fig. 13 (b), in the case where the user pulls the trigger 620, the trigger 620 advances while compressing the unlocking unit spring 640. Here, the pulling force is transmitted to the locking member 530 connected to the wire 630 during the wire 630 connected to the trigger 620 is pulled. Therefore, as shown in fig. 15, the lock member 530 is disengaged from the hook portion 314 and unlocked.
When the locking member 530 is disengaged from the hook 314, the table top 200 is tilted in a direction to stand on the floor surface by the pushing unit 400, as shown in fig. 16.
In addition, in a case where the user presses down the table top 200 in a state where the table top 200 is inclined, the table top 200 is rotated such that the inclination angle is decreased. And the locking member 530 of the locking unit 500 is caught by the catch portion 314 of the frame 300 under an angle at which the table top panel 200 is parallel to the ground, so that the table top panel 200 is locked in a closed state.
The drawing shows that the unlocking unit 600 has two wires 630, but the number of the wires 630 may be variously changed according to the number of the locking members 530. The number of other components related to the wire 630 may be variously changed according to the number of the wires 630.
The specific configuration of the components constituting the unlocking unit 600 is not limited to the illustrated drawings, and various modifications can be made thereto. For example, although the drawing shows that the pulling force for releasing the lock of the lock member 530 is provided to the wire 630 in accordance with the forward pulling operation of the trigger 620 with respect to the table top 200, the movement of the trigger 620 for providing the pulling force for releasing the lock of the lock member 530 may be variously changed.
As described above, the table device 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention can realize stable folding driving of the table top panel 200 by the actions of the pushing unit 400 providing a rotational force to the table top panel 200, the locking unit 500 for locking the table top panel 200 in the closed state, and the unlocking unit 600 for releasing the locking of the locking unit 500. Further, the user can tilt the table top 200 to stand upright with respect to the floor by simply pulling the trigger 620 of the unlocking unit 600, and the user can lock the table top 200 in a closed state parallel to the floor by simply pressing the table top 200, thereby improving convenience of use.
An embodiment of the blocking plate operating device 700 applicable to a table or a table device according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 4 and 17 to 19 attached thereto.
The shield plate operating device 700 according to the present invention is a device provided on a desk, and basically serves to stably shield a front lower portion of the desk to prevent the legs, lower body, and the like of a user from being exposed forward.
Specifically, the shutter operation device 700 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: a front shielding plate 710, a front shielding plate support base 720 coupled to the frame 300 to support the front shielding plate 710, a support bracket 730 coupled to the front shielding plate support base 720, a movable shielding plate 740 supported to be tiltable by the support bracket 730, and a reset guide unit 750 for restoring the movable shielding plate 740.
The front shielding plate 710 is supported by the frame 300 so as to be able to shield at least a part of the front side (Y-axis direction when the direction axis of the drawing is taken as a reference) of the frame 300, is disposed under the table top 200, and is supported by the front shielding plate support base 720.
The pair of front shielding plate supporting seats 720 are coupled to the frame 300 so as to support both side ends of the front shielding plate 710, and a receiving groove 721 (see fig. 18) into which the leg 320 of the frame 300 can be received is stably detachably coupled to the frame 300 so as to be received by the leg 320.
A support extension 722 inclined toward the front side of the frame 300 is provided at the upper end of the front shield support 720, and a fixing boss 723 for coupling the support bracket 730 is provided on the support extension 722.
The support bracket 730 is coupled to the frame 300 to support the movable shutter 740 in a tiltable manner, and specifically includes a bracket fixing portion 731 fixed to the front frame 311 of the frame 300 and a bracket support portion 732 tilted from the bracket fixing portion 731 toward the front side of the frame 300.
The bracket fixing portion 731 can be fixed to the front frame 311 by a fixing member such as a screw or a bolt, and the bracket supporting portion 732 is provided with a bracket hole 733 into which the fixing boss 723 of the front shield plate supporting base 720 can be inserted.
The support bracket 730 can be coupled to the support seat extension 722 of the front shutter support seat 720 in such a manner that the fixing boss 723 is inserted into the bracket hole 733, and the support bracket 730 is provided with a hinge shaft 735 for rotatably supporting the movable shutter 740.
The pair of front shield plate holders 720 are coupled to one support bracket 730, respectively, to tiltably support both side ends of the movable shield plate 740, and are coupled to the front shield plate holders 720 to be fixed to the frame 300, so that the front shield plate holders 720 can be firmly fixed to the frame 300.
Both side ends of the movable shielding plate 740 are rotatably coupled to the pair of support brackets 730, respectively, and are supported by the pair of support brackets 730 in a state of being inclined at a predetermined angle toward the front side of the frame 300.
The movable shutter 740 is provided to be rotatable within a predetermined angle range around the hinge shaft 735 of the support bracket 730 as a rotation center axis, and the movable shutter 740 is provided to be tiltable above the front shutter 710 so as to cover a front portion of the frame 300.
Specifically, the movable shielding plate 740 can shield a space for disposing the power supply socket 10 coupled to the socket holder 350 of the frame 300 in front of the frame 300. The socket holder 350 or the power supply socket 10 disposed in the socket holder 350 can be exposed to the outside when the movable shielding plate 740 is shielded by the movable shielding plate 740 and the movable shielding plate 740 is tilted forward.
Therefore, the user can tilt the movable shutter 740 so that the movable shutter 740 is tilted forward to expose the power supply socket 10 to the outside, and insert a plug to be used into the power supply socket 10 or separate the plug from the power supply socket 10.
When the movable shutter 740 is tilted forward, the movable shutter 740 is guided by the reset guide unit 750 of the present invention to return to a position and posture (initial position) capable of shielding the outlet holder 350 or the power supply use outlet 10 disposed in the outlet holder 350.
The reset inducing unit 750 of the present invention, which guides the movable shielding plate 740 to be restored to the initial position by providing a restoring force to the movable shielding plate 740, may include a plurality of magnetic bodies 751 coupled to the support bracket 730 and a magnet assembly 756 coupled to the movable shielding plate 740.
The magnetic body 751 is constituted by a screw structure including a head 752 and a body 753 that can protrude from the head 752 and penetrate the support bracket 730. The magnetic body 751 enables the body 753 to be coupled to the fixing boss 723 of the front shield support seat 720 through the bracket hole 733, thereby fixing the support bracket 730 to the front shield support seat 720.
The head portion 752 of the magnetic member 751 constitutes a magnetic body portion 754 which can act on the magnet 760 of the magnet assembly 756 to generate an attractive force, and a plurality of magnetic members 751 are coupled to each of the pair of support brackets 730.
The magnet assembly 756 may include a magnet support 757 coupled to the side end of the movable shutter 740 to support the plurality of magnets 760, and the magnet support 757 may include a plurality of magnet support grooves 758 and a plurality of magnet support holes 759.
The plurality of magnets 760 are inserted into the plurality of magnet support grooves 758, and the plurality of magnet support holes 759 are inserted with a plurality of screws or bolts. The magnet support 757 can be firmly fixed to the movable shutter 740 by a fixing member such as a screw or a bolt.
Magnet 760 has magnetic portion 761 corresponding to magnetic portion 754 of magnetic body 751 for generating attraction force by acting on magnetic body 751. The magnetic portion 761 is opposite to the magnetic body portion 754 at a position corresponding to the magnetic body portion 754 to guide the movable shutter 740 to be restored to the original position by an attractive force with the magnetic body portion 754.
The pair of magnet assemblies 756 are coupled to both side ends of the movable shielding plate 740, and generate an attractive force for restoring the movable shielding plate 740 to its original state by acting on the magnetic bodies 751 coupled to the pair of support brackets 730, respectively.
The table shade panel operating device 700 can be coupled to the frame 300 to stably shade the front of the table and prevent the user's legs or lower body from being exposed to the front.
When the movable shutter 740 of the shutter operation device 700 is not subjected to an external force, as shown in fig. 19 (a), the movable shutter 740 can block the socket holder 350 or the power supply socket 10 disposed in the socket holder 350 from being exposed forward.
Here, since the magnet assembly 756 coupled to the frame 300 and the magnet 760 coupled to the movable shielding plate 740 have an attractive force, the movable shielding plate 740 can stably maintain an initial posture for shielding the power supply application socket 10 disposed in the socket support base 350.
The initial position and posture can be maintained by the attractive force of the magnet unless the external force exceeding the threshold value is applied, and even if the external force exceeding the threshold value is applied, the initial position and posture can be maintained by the attractive force of the magnet unless the external force such as an accidental impact or a collision is maintained for a predetermined range or a predetermined time or more.
As shown in fig. 19 (b), when the user pulls the movable shutter 740 forward, the movable shutter 740 is tilted forward. Here, the power supply socket 10 disposed in the socket holder 350 is exposed to the outside, and a user can insert a plug to be used into the power supply socket 10 or separate the plug from the power supply socket 10 in a state where the power supply socket 10 is exposed to the outside.
Since the unexpected external force is applied in a case where an external force exceeding the threshold value of the attractive force of the magnet is applied, the movable shielding plate 740 of the present invention is naturally tilted forward and is maintained in a tilted state (an open state).
Thereafter, when the user pushes the movable shutter 740 slightly in the original position direction, the attraction force acting between the magnetic substance 751 disposed on the support holder 730 and the magnet 760 coupled to the movable shutter 740 induces the movable shutter 740 to return to the initial position where the movable shutter 740 shields the power supply socket 10 disposed on the socket holder 350.
As described above, the table shade panel operating apparatus 700 according to the present invention can stably shade the front of the table to prevent the legs and the lower body of the user from being exposed to the front of the table.
In particular, the table shutter operation device 700 can adaptively prevent the space between the table top 200 and the front shutter 710 where the power supply socket 10 is provided from being exposed to the outside through the movable shutter 740 that can be tilted. Further, since the movable shutter 740 is configured to be tiltable, it can be rotated and tilted forward as necessary, and thus it is obvious that a space in which the power supply use receptacle 10 is provided can be easily opened.
Therefore, the table shutter operation device 700 can hide the power supply socket 10 provided in the frame 300, the plug connected to the power supply socket 10, or the cord connected to the plug from view in front of the table, and the movable shutter 740 can be inclined to expose the space where the power supply socket 10 is provided to the outside as needed, thereby inducing a user to easily perform operations such as inserting the plug into the power supply socket 10 or separating the plug from the power supply socket 10.
The configuration of the table shutter operation device 700 is not limited to the configuration shown in the drawings, and various modifications can be made thereto. As another example, the plurality of magnets 760 coupled to the magnet support 757 of the reset induction unit 750 may have magnetic forces of different magnitudes, and the magnetic force may be increased as the distance from the rotation center axis of the movable shutter 740 increases.
As described above, in the case where the magnet 760 constituting the reset induction means 750 is a magnet having a magnetic force of a different magnitude, the asymmetry of the magnitude of the torque (torque) due to the difference in the radius of rotation can be effectively coped with, and thus the reset operation of the movable shutter 740 can be more flexible.
Further, the drawing shows that the reset induction unit 750 includes a plurality of magnetic bodies 751 coupled to the support holder 730 and a plurality of magnets 760 coupled to the movable shielding plate 740, but one or more magnetic bodies may be provided on the support holder 730 and one or more magnets may be coupled to the movable shielding plate 740.
Further, although the magnetic member 751 is illustrated as a bolt structure for fixing the support bracket 730 to the front shield support base 720, the structure of the magnetic member may be variously changed, and a magnetic member capable of generating attraction by interacting with a magnet and a part of the support bracket 730 or the entire support bracket may be configured.
Further, when the magnetic body is provided on the movable shielding plate 740, a part of the support holder 730 or the entire support holder 730 may constitute a magnetic portion generating a magnetic force. In the movable shielding plate 740, when the magnetic portion is provided on the support holder 730, a part of the side end portion of the movable shielding plate 740 or the entire movable shielding plate 740 may constitute the magnetic portion, and when the magnetic portion is provided on the support holder 730, a part of the side end portion of the movable shielding plate 740 or the entire movable shielding plate 740 may constitute the magnetic portion.
The reset induction unit 750 may be modified to have various other configurations capable of providing a restoring force to the movable shutter 740, in addition to the configuration using the magnetic force generated by the magnetic body portion 754 and the magnetic portion 761.
On the other hand, when an elastic body such as a spring that provides a continuous force is applied, since a force (e.g., a force of being grasped with one hand) for maintaining the state is required to be continuously applied when the movable shutter 740 is turned forward, it is inconvenient for a user to perform various operations through an open space, and it is more preferable to configure the movable shutter 740 so that the force is applied only within a critical value region and a region exceeding the critical value is configured to maintain the physical posture of the movable shutter 740 as it is.
Further, although the drawings show that the pair of support brackets 730 support the movable shielding plate 740 to be slightly inclined toward the front of the frame 300, the number of the support brackets 730 may be variously changed, and the coupling structure of the support brackets 730 and the movable shielding plate 740 may be variously changed.
The posture of the movable shielding plate 740 supported by the support holder 730 may be variously changed, but in the case where the support holder 730 supports the movable shielding plate 740 in a posture of being slightly inclined toward the front of the frame 300, not only structural aesthetic appearance can be improved, but also since the upper portion of the movable shielding plate 740 is in a form of being protruded toward the front side, an advantage that the user can more easily operate the movable shielding plate 740 can be provided.
An embodiment of the present invention relating to a link rotary type drawer device 800 for a table, which can be applied to the table or the table device of the present invention, will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 2, 4, 20 to 22, and the like.
As shown in the drawings, the link rotary type drawer device 800 for a table according to the present invention is a device for providing a storage space capable of storing articles, and specifically includes a storage tray 810 disposed at a lower side of the table top 200, a plurality of tray link supporting seats 820 and 825 fixed to the storage tray 810, a plurality of table top link supporting seats 830 and 840 fixed to the table top 200, a plurality of connecting links 850 connecting the tray link supporting seats 820 and 825 and the table top link supporting seats 830 and 840, and a link spring 860 for applying an elastic force to the storage tray 810 in a direction approaching the table top 200.
The storage tray 810 may include a storage portion 812 for storing articles, a tray body 811 having the storage portion 812 at an upper side, and a tray front end wall 814 provided at a front end portion of the tray body 811 to protrude upward.
One side of the tray body 811 may have a tray groove 813 capable of accommodating a pen instrument such as a pencil or a pen. The storage tray 810 is supported by four connecting links 850 connected to the table top 200, and is disposed under the table top 200 at a variable distance from the table top 200. The four connecting links 850 can support the tray body 811 to be movable relative to the table top 200.
It is preferable that the front end of the tray body 811 having the tray front end wall 814 is kept relatively low by a predetermined range (based on the distance from the table top 200) so that the articles stored in the storage portion 812 do not fall off the storage tray 810, and are stored in the storage portion 812 more stably.
The four tray link supporting seats 820 and 825 are fixed to the storage tray 810 at intervals in the front-rear and left-right directions. The four tray link supports 820, 825 can be divided into a pair of front tray link supports 820 disposed at the front and a pair of rear tray link supports 825 disposed at the rear relative to the front tray link supports 820.
The drawings show the four tray link supporting bases 820 and 825 as being arranged at symmetrical positions, and the following description will be made with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings, but the number may be changed to another number as long as the storage tray 810 can be physically supported.
According to the embodiment, the front tray link support 820 also has two as shown in the drawing, and the rear tray link support 825 may be provided at the rear middle portion one such that the three tray link supports 820, 825 constitute a triangular shape.
The pair of front tray link support seats 820 are disposed in the vicinity of both side corners of the front end side of the storage tray 810, respectively, with respect to the front end side of the storage tray 810. Each front tray link support base 820 is provided with a front tray link support shaft 821 to which a connecting link 850 can be rotatably connected.
One end of the connecting link 850 is coupled to the front tray link support shaft 821 so as to be rotatable within a predetermined angular range around the front tray link support shaft 821 as a rotation center axis.
The pair of rear tray link supports 825 are disposed at a distance from the pair of front tray link supports 820 toward the rear end of the receiving tray 810. Each of the rear tray link support bases 825 has a rear tray link support shaft 826 to which a connecting link 850 can be rotatably connected.
One end of the connecting link 850 is coupled to the rear tray link support shaft 826 and is configured to be rotatable within a predetermined angular range about the rear tray link support shaft 826 as a rotation center axis.
The four table top link supports 830 and 840 are fixed to the lower surface of the table top 200 at intervals in the front-rear and left-right directions so as to form a pair with the four tray link supports 820 and 825, respectively.
The four table top link supports 830, 840 may be divided into a pair of front table top link supports 830 disposed at opposite front sides and a pair of rear table top link supports 840 disposed at opposite rear sides of the front table top link supports 830.
The pair of front table top link support seats 830 are disposed below the table top 200 with respect to the front side so as to correspond to the pair of front tray link support seats 820.
The front table upper link support base 830 has a front table upper link support base groove 831 and a front table upper link support shaft 832, and the front table upper link support base groove 831 is opened toward the table upper 200 and the storage tray 810, respectively, and can receive the other end of the connection link 850 in the front table upper link support base groove 831.
The front table upper link support shaft 832 is disposed in the front table upper link support seat 831 to rotatably support the other end of the connecting link 850. The other end of the connecting link 850 is coupled to the front table top link support shaft 832 to be rotatable within a predetermined angle range with the front table top link support shaft 832 as a rotation center axis.
The pair of rear table upper link support seats 840 are disposed below the table upper 200 with respect to the rear side so as to correspond to the pair of rear tray link support seats 825.
The rear table top link support base 840 has a rear table top link support shaft 841 to which the connecting link 850 is rotatably connected, and the other end of the connecting link 850 is coupled to the rear table top link support shaft 841 so as to be rotatable within a predetermined angular range about the rear table top link support shaft 841 as a rotation center axis.
One end of each of the four connecting links 850 is rotatably coupled to the tray link support bases 820 and 825, and the other end is rotatably coupled to the table top link support bases 830 and 840 to connect the table top 200 and the receiving tray 810.
Since one end of each of the connecting links 850 rotates with respect to the tray link support bases 820 and 825 and the other end rotates with respect to the table top link support bases 830 and 840, the angle of the connecting link 850 with respect to the table top 200 and the angle of the connecting link 850 with respect to the storage tray 810 change. And as the angle of such a connecting link 850 is changed, the distance that the receiving tray 810 is spaced apart from the table top 200 is changed.
The link spring 860 applies an elastic force to a part of the plurality of connecting links 850, so that the plurality of connecting links 850 can generate a rotational force rotating in a direction in which the receiving tray 810 approaches the table top 200.
Specifically, one link spring 860 is connected to each of the pair of connecting links 850 connecting the pair of front tray link supporting seats 820 and the pair of front table upper plate link supporting seats 830 to each of the four connecting links 850. The link spring 860 may be constructed in a torsion spring structure at least a portion of which is inserted into the front table upper link support seat recess 831 of the front table upper link support seat 830.
Such a link spring 860 is configured to be at least partially wound around the front table upper link support shaft 832 such that one side thereof is in contact with the front table upper link support base 830 and the other side thereof is in contact with the connecting link 850 coupled to the front table upper link support base 830.
Further, since the link spring 860 is elastically deformed in accordance with the rotation of the connecting link 850 when the storage tray 810 is separated from the table top 200, it is possible to provide an elastic force in a direction in which the storage tray 810 approaches the table top 200.
In the link-type drawer device 800, the storage tray 810 capable of storing and storing articles is disposed below the table top 200 in a height-adjustable manner, and therefore, the height of the storage tray 810 can be arbitrarily adjusted according to the user's needs, and the device can be conveniently used.
For example, when the user does not store an article in the storage tray 810 or store a relatively light article such as a pen instrument or a memo paper in the storage tray 810, the storage tray 810 can be kept at the maximum close to the table top 200 by the elastic force of the link spring 860 as shown in fig. 22 (a), and therefore the user can use a relatively wide space below the table top 200.
In addition, when the user needs to store a relatively large article such as a book in the storage tray 810, the user may lower the storage tray 810 as shown in fig. 22 (b), expand the storage space above the storage tray 810, and store the article in the storage tray 810. When the user takes out the article from the storage tray 810, the storage tray 810 is restored to be close to the table top 200 by the elastic force of the link spring 860.
The structure of the link-rotating drawer device 800 is not limited to the drawings, and various modifications can be made. For example, although the drawings show that the link springs 860 of the torsion spring structure are connected to the two connecting links 850 coupled to the front table upper link support 830, the specific structure and the number of the link springs 860 may be variously changed.
Further, the shape and structure of the storage tray 810 may be changed to various other shapes and structures capable of storing articles, in addition to the embodiment shown in the drawings, by variously changing the connecting link 850 coupled to the link spring 860 among the four connecting links 850.
Further, a front tray link support shaft 821, a rear tray link support shaft 826, a front table top plate link support shaft 832, and a rear table top plate link support shaft 841, which constitute a rotation center axis of the connecting link 850, may be integrally provided on the connecting link 850 to be coupled to the tray link support bases 820, 825 or the table top plate link support bases 830, 840.
Although the present invention has been described above with reference to the embodiments and the drawings, the present invention is not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains can make various modifications and alterations within the scope equivalent to the technical idea of the present invention and the scope of the claims described below.
In the description of the present invention, the expressions first, second, upper and lower, etc. indicate terms of tool-type concepts used for relatively distinguishing the respective components (elements) from each other, and are not terms used for expressing a specific order, a priority order, etc. or terms used for distinguishing the respective components (elements) from each other on an absolute basis.
