Abstract
The invention discloses an auxiliary agent for a suspending agent, which comprises the following raw materials: 20-60% of phenethylphenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate imine, 15-35% of dendritic acrylic acid polycarboxylic acid sodium salt and 25-50% of alkylbenzene sulfonic acid amide salt. The invention also discloses an isoxaflutole suspending agent containing the auxiliary agent for the suspending agent, which comprises the following raw materials: 20% of isoxaflutole, 8% of an auxiliary agent for a suspending agent, 0.2% of xanthan gum, 1.4% of magnesium aluminum silicate, 0.3% of benzoic acid, 0.5% of a defoaming agent and 69.6% of water, and the auxiliary agent for the suspending agent is added into the isoxaflutole suspending agent, so that the decomposition rate of isoxaflutole in the isoxaflutole suspending agent at normal temperature and high temperature can be effectively reduced, and the storage time of the isoxaflutole suspending agent is prolonged.

Technical Field

Background
Isoxaflutole is an organic heterocyclic selective systemic pre-emergence herbicide used for soil treatment in dry crop fields such as corn, sugarcane and the like, and mainly plays a role through the absorption and conduction of young roots of weeds. The application method of isoxaflutole is that the isoxaflutole is ground into particles and then uniformly dispersed in water to prepare the suspending agent, and at present, the problem that the isoxaflutole is easily decomposed after being stored for a long time exists in the conventional isoxaflutole suspending agent on the market.

(3) sequentially adding xanthan gum, magnesium aluminum silicate, benzoic acid and a defoaming agent into the mixed solution; and uniformly stirring, carrying out high-speed shearing, and then grinding in a grinding medium to obtain the isoxaflutole suspending agent.

The auxiliary agent for the suspending agent can also be used for a isoxaflutole and atrazine compound suspending agent and an isoxaflutole and terbuthylazine compound suspending agent.

An auxiliary agent for a suspending agent comprises the following raw materials:
20% of phenethylphenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate imine, 30% of dendritic acrylic acid polycarboxylic acid sodium salt and 50% of alkylbenzene sulfonic acid amide salt.

(1) adding a suspending agent into water by using an aid, uniformly stirring to obtain an aid solution, (2) adding isoxaflutole into the aid solution, uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution, and (3) sequentially adding xanthan gum, magnesium aluminum silicate, benzoic acid and a defoaming agent into the mixed solution, uniformly stirring, then carrying out high-speed shearing, and then placing the mixture in a grinding medium for grinding for 2.6 hours to obtain the isoxaflutole suspending agent with the particle size D90 smaller than 5 microns.

An isoxaflutole suspension concentrate, which comprises the following raw materials:
20% isoxaflutole, 8% adjuvant for suspension prepared in example 4, 0.2% xanthan gum, 1.4% magnesium aluminum silicate, 0.3% benzoic acid, 0.5% defoamer, 69.6% water.
The preparation method of the isoxaflutole suspending agent comprises the following steps:
(1) adding a suspending agent into water by using an aid, uniformly stirring to obtain an aid solution, (2) adding isoxaflutole into the aid solution, uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution, and (3) sequentially adding xanthan gum, magnesium aluminum silicate, benzoic acid and a defoaming agent into the mixed solution, uniformly stirring, then carrying out high-speed shearing, and then placing the mixture in a grinding medium for grinding for 3 hours to obtain the isoxaflutole suspending agent with the particle size D90 smaller than 5 microns.
Experimental example:
taking a commercial isoxaflutole suspension product as a comparative example, the isoxaflutole suspensions prepared in examples 5-8 and the comparative example were placed at 25 ℃ for two years at room temperature and 54 ℃ for fourteen days at high temperature, respectively, and the experimental results are as follows:

As can be seen from tables 1 and 2, compared with the isoxaflutole suspension products on the market, the isoxaflutole suspensions prepared by using the auxiliary agent for the suspension of the invention in the examples 5 to 8, the decomposition rate of isoxaflutole in the isoxaflutole suspension is effectively controlled by adding the auxiliary agent for the suspension of the invention under the conditions of normal temperature of 25 ℃ and high temperature of 54 ℃, so that the storage time of the isoxaflutole suspension is effectively prolonged.

5. The isoxaflutole suspension according to claim 4, wherein the isoxaflutole suspension is prepared by a process comprising the steps of:
(1) adding the suspending agent and the auxiliary agent into water, and uniformly stirring to obtain an auxiliary agent solution;
(2) adding isoxaflutole into the auxiliary agent solution, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution;
(3) sequentially adding xanthan gum, magnesium aluminum silicate, benzoic acid and a defoaming agent into the mixed solution; and uniformly stirring, carrying out high-speed shearing, and then grinding in a grinding medium to obtain the isoxaflutole suspending agent.
6. The isoxaflutole suspension of claim 5, wherein the grinding time of step (3) is 2-3 hours.
7. The isoxaflutole suspension of claim 5, wherein the isoxaflutole suspension has a particle size D90 of less than 5 microns.
