In the invention, the cover 2 swings around a hinge point by pulling the handle 3; the effect that pendulum plate 5 and L type limiting plate 4 cooperateed is: when the swinging plate 5 swings to the upper locking space, the L-shaped limit plate 4 is limited, and the cover 2 cannot be opened; when the swinging plate 5 is not swung to the upper locking space, the L-shaped stopper plate 4 is not stopped, and the lid 2 can be opened. For the actuator 6: the pedal 26 can slide in the drying chamber 7 through four second telescopic rods 14, and the second telescopic rod spring 11 is for facilitating the second telescopic rods 14 to return to a natural state. The first leaf spring 37 is used for moving and resetting the rack 36. The second toothed plate 31 can drive the rack 36 to move through the damping telescopic rod 35. The damping telescopic rod 35 is designed such that the damping telescopic rod 35 can be compressed quickly, and a certain time is required for the damping telescopic rod 35 to recover; the first spring 33 can move and reset the second toothed plate 31, and can restore the damping telescopic rod 35 to a natural state. The second rectangular tooth is controlled to be disengaged from the first rectangular tooth 30 by pulling the L-shaped pull rod 8. When the first telescopic rod 39 is compressed, the arc-shaped plate 44 will press the one-way outer ring 19 of the fourth one-way clutch ring 45, and the one-way outer ring 19 of the fourth one-way clutch ring 45 is frictionally restrained, so that the third shaft 46 can only rotate in a single direction under the one-way action of the fourth one-way clutch ring 45. The first telescopic rod spring 40 functions to facilitate the first telescopic rod 39 to be restored to a natural state. When the rack 36 moves up and down in a reciprocating manner, the first gear 41 is driven by the rack 36 to rotate in a reciprocating manner, and due to the unidirectional action of the third unidirectional clutch ring 42, the first gear 41 which rotates in a reciprocating manner can only drive the third shaft 46 to rotate in a single direction through the third unidirectional clutch ring 42. The first and second rectangular teeth 30 and 30 cooperate such that when the first and second rectangular teeth 30 and 30 are engaged, the first and second rectangular teeth 29 reciprocate, and the first and second rectangular teeth 30 and 31 drive the first and second rectangular teeth to reciprocate. The matching function of the second rectangular tooth and the matching block 28 is that when one end of the second rectangular tooth with the sharp-angled inclined surface 43 is in contact with the side surface of the matching block 28, the damping telescopic rod 35 is in a compression energy storage state, and the first spring 33 is in a compression energy storage state. The width of the mating piece 28 is greater than the sum of the width of the first tooth plate 29 and the tooth height of a first rectangular tooth 30: when the first tooth plate 29 drives the first rectangular tooth 30 to move toward the mating block 28, the first rectangular tooth 30 will not interfere with the second rectangular tooth. The design of the second rectangular tooth having a pointed chamfer 43 at one end is to facilitate the meshing relationship of the second rectangular tooth with the first rectangular tooth 30.
The 2 minute design of the compressed, dampened extension pole 35 returning to its natural state is that the pet initially has a jerky, quiet lying process when it is placed on the foot plate 26, such 2 minutes being sufficient time to accommodate the dryer just as the pet enters the dryer, and the first rectangular tooth 30 will not mesh with the second rectangular tooth within the two minutes.

When the pet needs to be dried, the user swings the swing plate 5 and then opens the cover 2. Subsequently, the pet is placed on the step 26; then the cover 2 is covered, and the swing plate 5 limits the cover 2. Subsequently, the dryer starts to dry the pet, and after the pet is dried, the user swings the swing plate 5 again to open the cover 2, so that the pet can come out of the dryer.
When the pet dryer is overheated or the temperature regulator fails in the drying process, the pet feels severe physical discomfort, and the pet is in a very restless state and can move around and jump around the pedal 26; then the pedal 26 will move back and forth up and down, and the first tooth plate 29 will move back and forth up and down with the pedal 26; the first tooth template 29 drives the second tooth template 31 to reciprocate through the first rectangular tooth 30 and the second rectangular tooth, and then the second tooth template 31 drives the rack 36 to reciprocate in the rectangular guide rail 38 through the damping telescopic rod 35; the rack 36 drives the first gear 41 to perform reciprocating rotation; when a pet is placed on the pedal 26 at the beginning, the pedal 26 which is pressed downwards drives the first telescopic rod 39 to move downwards, and then the first telescopic rod 39 and the first telescopic rod spring 40 are compressed, at the moment, the arc-shaped plate 44 extrudes the one-way outer ring 19 of the fourth one-way clutch ring 45, and the one-way outer ring 19 of the fourth one-way clutch ring 45 is limited by friction; due to the action of the third and fourth one-way clutch rings 42, 45, upon reciprocal rotation of the first gear 41, the third shaft 46 will rotate interstitially; the third shaft 46 drives the second shaft 23 to rotate intermittently along a single direction through the flexible shaft; the second shaft 23 drives the first belt pulley 16 to rotate along a single direction in a clearance manner through the second one-way clutch ring 22, the second belt pulley 21 and the belt 25; the first shaft 15 drives the swinging plate 5 to rotate in a single direction in a clearance way due to the action of the first one-way clutch ring 17. After the swinging plate 5 which rotates along the single direction in a clearance way swings out of the upper locking space, the swinging plate 5 cannot limit the L-shaped limiting plate 4 and the cover 2, and a very restless pet can push the cover 2 open and run out of the dryer. The design avoids the damage to the body of the pet caused by the overheating condition or the failure of the temperature regulator in the drying process, thereby protecting the pet.
After the pet comes out of the dryer, the pedal 26 is restored to the original position under the action of the second telescopic rod 14 and the second telescopic rod spring 11; at the moment, the first rectangular tooth 30 and the second rectangular tooth are still meshed, and the pedal 26 drives the second tooth plate 31, the damping telescopic rod 35 and the rack 36 to move upwards through the first tooth plate 29, the first rectangular tooth 30 and the second rectangular tooth; the first leaf spring 37 is compressed. The user can pull the L-shaped pull rod 8 to move the second toothed plate 31 toward the rack 36, so that the first rectangular tooth 30 is disengaged from the second rectangular tooth, and the first spring 33, the damping telescopic rod 35 and the damping telescopic rod spring 34 are compressed. Under the reset action of the first plate spring 37, the first plate spring 37 drives the rack 36 to move in the direction away from the pedal 26, and the rack 36 drives the second toothed plate 31, the damping telescopic rod 35 and the rack 36 to move downwards; with the slow return of the damping telescoping rod 35, the damping telescoping rod 35 will eventually bring the second toothed plate 31 toward the mating block 28 until the end of the second rectangular tooth having the pointed inclined surface 43 contacts the side of the mating block 28 again.

The invention has simple structure and better use effect.
