Abstract
The invention discloses a self-adaptive earplug device, which comprises an earplug main body matched with an ear canal and an adaptive sound transmission pipe assembly, wherein the adaptive sound transmission pipe assembly is arranged on the earplug main body; the earplug main body comprises a shell and at least one supporting strip, the supporting strip is arranged in the shell, the middle part of the shell is provided with a mounting column, one end of the supporting strip is connected with the mounting column, and the other end of the supporting strip is connected with the inner wall of the shell; the adaptive sound transmission pipe assembly comprises a sound transmission pipe, a regulator and a sleeve, the sleeve is sleeved on the mounting column, the sound transmission pipe is sleeved inside the sleeve through the regulator, one end of the sleeve extends into the earplug main body, and the other end of the sleeve extends out of the auditory canal. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of hearing equipment, in particular to a self-adaptive earplug device and hearing equipment applying the same.
Background
There are many electronic devices, such as hearing aids, that transmit sound energy into the ear canal of a listener through an earplug, and the types of earplugs currently available on the market are generally closed earplugs, open earplugs, custom eardrums, and the like. Each type of earplug has its advantages and disadvantages and a suitable population, where comfort and acoustic performance of the earplug are of the greatest concern.
With the improvement of the auditory protection consciousness of people, many people with mild and moderate hearing impairment can also adopt electronic equipment such as hearing aids or hearing protection earphones, and if the traditional closed earplug is used, the traditional closed earplug can have serious foreign body sensation, stuffy feeling and ear blocking effect, so that the traditional closed earplug is unacceptable for users. The open type earplug is a better method for solving the problems of stuffiness and ear blockage at present, but the earplug does not completely seal the auditory canal, so that the loss of the incoming sound energy is easily caused, and in addition, when the earplug is used in a noisy environment, the external noise is easily leaked into the auditory canal to influence the listening definition, and the acoustic performance is not well ensured.
To this end, a new type of earplug is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to an adaptive earplug apparatus for ensuring wearing comfort and improving listening quality, and a hearing device using the earplug apparatus, which can solve at least one of the above problems.
According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided an adaptive earplug apparatus including an earplug body to be fitted to an ear canal, and an adaptive sound transmitting tube assembly mounted to the earplug body;
the earplug main body comprises a shell and at least one supporting strip, the supporting strip is arranged in the shell, the middle part of the shell is provided with a mounting column, one end of the supporting strip is connected with the mounting column, and the other end of the supporting strip is connected with the inner wall of the shell;
the adaptive sound transmission pipe assembly comprises a sound transmission pipe, a regulator and a sleeve, the sleeve is sleeved on the mounting column, the sound transmission pipe is sleeved inside the sleeve through the regulator, one end of the sleeve extends into the earplug main body, and the other end of the sleeve extends out of the auditory canal.
Therefore, the invention provides a self-adaptive earplug device with a brand-new structure, which comprises the following specific use processes: insert the earplug main part in the duct, because the whole softness of earplug main part can warp along with the duct, the duct foreign matter sense that significantly reduces, the incomplete canal that seals of earplug main part obviously improves the vexed and stifled ear effect of ear. Because the earplug main body is deformed to drive the supporting strip to deform, the mounting column is deformed under the pulling or extruding action of the supporting strip, the sleeve of the adaptive sound transmission tube assembly can be deformed, and the internal regulator can be driven along with the deformation, so that the sound transmission tube swings at a certain angle in the sleeve, the direction of the sound outlet can be changed by the swinging, the sound can better conform to the direction of the auditory canal and can be transmitted into the ear, and the earplug main body is obviously helpful for a user to listen to a sound signal. Therefore, the self-adaptive earplug device can ensure the wearing comfort and improve the listening quality.
In some embodiments, the center of the mounting post is opened with a first mounting hole matched with the sleeve, and the sleeve is mounted on the shell through the first mounting hole. Thus, the first mounting hole is centrally located in the earplug body and supported by the support strip, facilitating the mounting of the adaptive sound tube assembly.
In some embodiments, the housing is a flexible housing and the support strip is an elastic support strip. Therefore, the shell is in a cup shape made of the silica gel material which can be contacted with the skin of a human body, and the shell made of the silica gel material is soft and is easy to be attached to the inner wall of the auditory canal; the support strip can be a bending strip made of elastic materials such as plastics or metal, and after the earplug main body is placed in the auditory canal, the support strip can play a role of supporting the shell and also can deform in a manner of being matched with the deformation of the shell, so that the overall shape of the earplug main body is matched with the shape of the auditory canal of a user.
In some embodiments, the outer wall of the regulator is connected to a sleeve, and the sound tube is mounted to and extends through the regulator. Thus, the regulator of the present invention may be a ring made of plastic or metal.
In some embodiments, the inner wall of the sleeve is provided with a mounting groove, and the mounting groove is matched with the regulator. From this, the mounting groove is convenient for the installation and the spacing of regulator.
In some embodiments, the regulator has a second mounting hole, the sound transmission tube is mounted in the second mounting hole, and the diameter of the second mounting hole is larger than the outer diameter of the sound transmission tube. Therefore, a certain gap is formed between the regulator and the sound transmission tube, and the sound transmission tube can freely swing in a certain space inside the sleeve.
According to another aspect of the invention, a hearing aid device is further provided, which includes the earplug device, and further includes a host, wherein the sleeve and the end of the sound transmission tube far away from the ear canal of the earplug device are connected with the host, a speaker is arranged in the host, and the end of the sound transmission tube far away from the ear canal is communicated with the speaker.
Therefore, the hearing-aid device of the invention applies the earplug device, can transmit the sound emitted by the loudspeaker in the host machine into the ears of a person through the sound transmission tube, and has high integral wearing comfort and high listening quality.
In some embodiments, the sound tube is a hollow tube body. Thus, the transmission of sound can be ensured.
In some embodiments, the sound tube has openings at both ends, wherein one end is a sound inlet and the other end is a sound outlet, the speaker is installed at one end of the sound inlet, one end of the sound outlet is installed in the earplug main body, and one end of the sound inlet is installed in the main body.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

The hearing-aid device of the invention applies the earplug device, can transmit the sound emitted by the loudspeaker in the host machine to the ears of people through the sound transmission tube, and has high integral wearing comfort and high listening quality.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1-4 schematically illustrate an adaptive earplug apparatus according to an embodiment of the invention.
As shown in FIGS. 1-4, the adaptive earplug apparatus 2 includes an earplug body 21 that mates with an ear canal 1. An adaptive microphone tube assembly 22 is also included. An adaptive sound transmission tube assembly 22 is mounted to the earplug body 21, the adaptive sound transmission tube assembly 22 being flexibly connected to the earplug body 21.
The adaptive sound tube assembly 22 includes a sound tube 221, a regulator 222, and a sleeve 223. The sleeve 223 is attached to the earplug body 21, and the sound transmitting tube 221 is fitted inside the sleeve 223 through the adjuster 222. One end of the sleeve 223 extends into the earplug body 21 and the other end extends out of the ear canal 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the earplug body 21 of the present embodiment includes a case 211 and a support strip 212. The supporting bars 212 are disposed inside the housing 211, and at least one supporting bar 212 is 3 supporting bars in this embodiment. The middle of the housing 211 is provided with a mounting post 2111. The support bar 212 has one end connected to the mounting post 2111 and the other end connected to the inner wall of the housing 211. The sleeve 223 is mounted to the mounting post 2111. Thus, the mounting posts 2111 and the support bars 212 can effectively reinforce the strength of the housing 211.
The housing 211 of this embodiment is a flexible housing, and the support bar 212 is an elastic support bar. Therefore, the shell 211 is a circular ring made of silica gel material which can be contacted with the skin of a human body, and the shell 211 made of silica gel material is soft and is easy to be attached to the inner wall of the auditory canal 1; the shell 211 is circular and hollow in the middle, and cannot be completely sealed after being plugged into ears, so that the ear muff is comfortable to wear. The support strip 212 may be a bending strip made of elastic material such as plastic or metal, and when the earplug body 21 is placed in the ear canal 1, the support strip 212 can support the shell 211 and also can deform in cooperation with the deformation of the shell 211, so that the overall shape of the earplug body 21 is matched with the shape of the ear canal 1 of the user.
The center of the mounting post 2111 is provided with a first mounting hole 2111a for fitting with the sleeve 223. The sleeve 223 is mounted to the housing 211 through the first mounting hole 2111 a. Thus, the first mounting hole 2111a is centered in the earplug body 21 and supported by the support band 212 to facilitate installation of the compliant microphone tube assembly 22.
The outer wall of the regulator 222 is fixedly connected to the sleeve 223 by bonding or the like, and the sound tube 221 is attached to the regulator 222 and penetrates the regulator 222. Thus, the actuator 222 of the present invention may be a ring made of plastic or metal.
The inner wall of the sleeve 223 is formed with a mounting groove 2231, and the mounting groove 2231 is engaged with the adjuster 222. Thus, the mounting slot 2231 facilitates installation and spacing of the adjuster 222.
The adjuster 222 is provided with a second mounting hole 2221, the sound transmission pipe 221 is mounted in the second mounting hole 2221, and the aperture of the second mounting hole 2221 is larger than the outer diameter of the sound transmission pipe 221. Thus, a certain gap is formed between the regulator 222 and the sound transmission tube 221, and the sound transmission tube 221 can freely swing in a certain space inside the sleeve 223.
The invention provides a self-adaptive earplug device 2 with a brand new structure, which comprises the following specific change processes:
the earplug is inserted into the ear → the deformation of the earplug body 21 → the support band 212 presses the first fitting hole 2111a → the deformation of the sleeve 223 → the pressing regulator 222 → the regulator 222 so that the sound transmitting tube 221 is angularly swung inside the sleeve 223 → the direction of the sound outlet is changed.
The specific using process is as follows: insert earplug main part 21 in the duct 1, because earplug main part 21 is whole soft, can warp along with duct 1, the 1 foreign body sensation in the greatly reduced duct, earplug main part 21 incompletely seals the duct 1, obviously improves the vexed and stifled ear effect of ear. As the earplug body 21 deforms, the first mounting hole 2111a is pulled by the support band 212 to deform, which causes the sleeve 223 of the adaptive sound transmission tube assembly 22 to deform, and the internal actuator 222 is actuated, so that the sound transmission tube 221 swings at a certain angle inside the sleeve 223, which can change the direction of the sound outlet to make the sound follow the direction of the ear canal 1 to be transmitted into the ear, which is a significant help for the user to listen to the sound signal. Therefore, the adaptive earplug apparatus 2 of the present invention can ensure wearing comfort and improve listening quality.
Fig. 5 schematically shows a hearing aid device according to an embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 5, the hearing aid device comprises the above-described earplug arrangement 2 and further comprises a host 3. The sleeve 223 and the end of the sound tube 221 of the earplug arrangement 2 remote from the ear canal 1 are connected to the host 3. The main unit 3 of the present embodiment may be a hearing aid commonly used in the market, and a control chip such as a DSP is generally provided in the main unit 3. The host 3 is internally provided with a loudspeaker which is electrically connected with a control chip in the host 3. The end of the sound tube 221 remote from the ear canal 1 communicates with a loudspeaker.
The hearing aid device of the invention applies the earplug device 2, can transmit the sound emitted by the loudspeaker in the host machine 3 into the ears of a person through the sound transmission tube 221, and has high integral wearing comfort and high listening quality.
The sound transmission tube 221 is a hollow tube body. Thus, the transmission of sound can be ensured.
Both ends of the sound transmission tube 221 are provided with openings. One end of the sound inlet is a sound inlet, and the other end of the sound inlet is a sound outlet. The speaker is installed at one end of the sound inlet, one end of the sound outlet is installed in the earplug body 21, and one end of the sound inlet is installed in the main unit 3.
The speaker can be controlled to emit a sound signal by the host 3, and the sound signal emitted by the speaker can be transmitted to the human ear through the sound transmission tube 221.

Claims (6)
1. An adaptive earplug arrangement, comprising an earplug body (21) for cooperation with an ear canal (1), and further comprising an adaptive sound transmitting tube assembly (22), the adaptive sound transmitting tube assembly (22) being mounted to the earplug body (21);
the earplug main body (21) comprises a shell (211) and at least one supporting strip (212), wherein the supporting strip (212) is arranged inside the shell (211), a mounting post (2111) is arranged in the middle of the shell (211), one end of the supporting strip (212) is connected with the mounting post (2111), and the other end of the supporting strip is connected with the inner wall of the shell (211);
the adaptive sound transmission tube assembly (22) comprises a sound transmission tube (221), a regulator (222) and a sleeve (223), wherein the sleeve (223) is sleeved on the mounting column (2111), the sound transmission tube (221) is sleeved inside the sleeve (223) through the regulator (222), one end of the sleeve (223) extends into the earplug main body (21), and the other end of the sleeve (223) extends out of the auditory canal (1);
the outer wall of the regulator (222) is connected with a sleeve (223), and the sound transmission pipe (221) is installed on the regulator (222) and penetrates through the regulator (222);
an installation groove (2231) is formed in the inner wall of the sleeve (223), and the installation groove (2231) is matched with the regulator (222);
the adjuster (222) is provided with a second mounting hole (2221), the sound transmission tube (221) is mounted in the second mounting hole (2221), and the aperture of the second mounting hole (2221) is larger than the outer diameter of the sound transmission tube (221).
2. The adaptive earplug apparatus of claim 1, wherein the mounting post (2111) defines a first mounting hole (2111a) at a center thereof for engaging with the sleeve (223), and wherein the sleeve (223) is mounted to the housing (211) through the first mounting hole (2111 a).
3. An adaptive earplug apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the housing (211) is a flexible housing and the support strip (212) is an elastic support strip.

A hearing aid device comprising an earplug apparatus (2) according to any of claims 1-3, further comprising a host (3), wherein one end of the sleeve (223) and the sound transmission tube (221) of the earplug apparatus (2) far away from the ear canal (1) is connected to the host (3), a speaker is arranged in the host (3), and one end of the sound transmission tube (221) far away from the ear canal (1) is communicated with the speaker.
5. A hearing aid device according to claim 4, wherein the sound transmission tube (221) is a hollow tube body.
6. A hearing aid device according to claim 5, wherein the sound tube (221) is provided with openings at both ends, one end of which is a sound inlet and the other end of which is a sound outlet, the speaker is mounted at one end of the sound inlet, one end of the sound outlet is mounted in the earplug body (21), and one end of the sound inlet is mounted in the main unit (3).
