Referring to fig. 1, the tooling for installing the plug and the arrester comprises a screw rod 2, a support rod 1 (the second support rod), a support rod 3 (the first support rod), a positioner 4 and a top plate 5, wherein a left-handed thread section 2a and a right-handed thread section 2b are respectively arranged at two ends of the screw rod 2, and a wrench head 2c is arranged in the middle of the screw rod 2. The support rod 1 is screwed on the left-handed thread section 2a, and the support rod 3 is screwed on the right-handed thread section 2 b.
