s2, the remote controller containing remote control APP software updates the operation interface according to the key layout in the remote control data, the operation interface comprises a basic function key area and a basic function key name, and the operation interface also comprises a customized key area and a customized function key name;
s3, when the button area of the customization function in the operation interface is selected, the remote controller obtains the code value of the corresponding customization function, and sends the code value to the electronic product terminal in an infrared mode to control the electronic product terminal to realize the customization function.

the cloud server stores function software comprising basic functions and customized functions of the electronic product, and simultaneously correspondingly stores basic function remote control data and customized function remote control data; the remote control data at least comprises the name, code value and key layout of the key;
the electronic product terminal downloads the functional software from the cloud server and operates the basic function and the customization function according to the infrared signal sent by the remote controller;
the remote controller is internally provided with remote control APP software and downloads the basic function remote control data and the customized function remote control data from the cloud server; the remote controller also updates an operation interface according to the key layout in the remote control data, wherein the operation interface comprises a basic function key area and a basic function key name, and the operation interface also comprises a customized key area and a customized function key name; when the customized function key area in the operation interface is selected, the remote controller acquires the key code value of the corresponding customized function, sends the code value to the electronic product terminal through an infrared signal, and controls the electronic product terminal to realize the customized function.

the management server stores functional software containing basic functions and customized functions of the electronic product and is used for downloading the functional software containing the basic functions and the customized functions of the electronic product to the electronic product terminal; the management server also correspondingly stores the basic function remote control data and the customized function remote control data, and the management server outputs the basic function remote control data and the customized function remote control data to a remote controller;
and the data analysis server receives the operation data of the electronic product terminal uploaded by the smart phone and performs data analysis according to the operation data of the electronic product terminal.
