and the prompting unit is used for sending a reminding message to the mobile terminal if the response information of payment completion fed back by the mobile terminal is not received within the preset time, and marking the mobile terminal as a non-permission mobile terminal.
Optionally, the apparatus includes a binding unit and a storage unit for a storage process of a correspondence between equipment asset information and an operator;
the receiving unit is used for receiving the operator information and the equipment asset information transmitted by each operator system end; the equipment asset information comprises longitude and latitude information and address information of the charging pile;
the binding unit is used for binding the information of each operator with the management units recorded on the management platform;
and the storage unit is used for storing the operator information and the corresponding equipment asset information to the lower part of the tree branch of the bound management unit.
Optionally, a settlement unit is further included;
and the settlement unit is used for performing settlement of the charging fee with the target operator regularly according to a preset distribution rule if the target operator does not start the direct payment function.

According to the technical scheme, the charging request sent by the mobile terminal is received; and searching a target operator matched with the equipment information from the corresponding relation between the pre-stored equipment asset information and the operator according to the equipment information carried in the charging request. The payment modes set by different operators are different, and the payment modes and the payment and receipt accounts supported by the operators are recorded in the corresponding relation. If the target operator starts the direct payment function, the pre-payment order carrying the receiving and payment account of the target operator can be transmitted to the mobile terminal according to the preset encapsulation encryption rule, so that the mobile terminal can pay the pre-payment to the receiving and payment account of the target operator conveniently. In the technical scheme, each operator and the corresponding equipment asset information thereof are maintained in a corresponding relation mode, when the operator starts a direct payment function, the mobile terminal can directly pay for advance payment in a payment and receipt account of the operator, the cost can directly reach the actual payment and receipt account of the operator, secondary clearing and settlement are not needed, the processing efficiency of fund settlement and the timeliness rate of the fund payment and receipt are improved, meanwhile, the transaction procedure cost caused by the increase of a payment link is reduced, and the loss caused by the overlong settlement time to cash flow of the operator is avoided.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of a charging settlement apparatus 40 for a charging pile according to an embodiment of the present invention, including:
a memory 41 for storing a computer program;
a processor 42 for executing a computer program to implement the steps of the charging settlement method for a charging pile according to any of the above embodiments.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, wherein a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when being executed by a processor, the computer program realizes the steps of the charging settlement method for the charging pile according to any embodiment.
The charging settlement method, the charging settlement device and the computer-readable storage medium for the charging pile provided by the embodiment of the invention are described in detail above. The embodiments are described in a progressive manner in the specification, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other. The device disclosed by the embodiment corresponds to the method disclosed by the embodiment, so that the description is simple, and the relevant points can be referred to the method part for description. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, it is possible to make various improvements and modifications to the present invention without departing from the principle of the present invention, and those improvements and modifications also fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.

The steps of a method or algorithm described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied directly in hardware, in a software module executed by a processor, or in a combination of the two. A software module may reside in Random Access Memory (RAM), memory, Read Only Memory (ROM), electrically programmable ROM, electrically erasable programmable ROM, registers, hard disk, a removable disk, a CD-ROM, or any other form of storage medium known in the art.

Claims (10)

1. A charging settlement method for a charging pile is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a charging request sent by a mobile terminal;
according to the equipment information carried in the charging request, searching a target operator matched with the equipment information from the corresponding relation between the pre-stored equipment asset information and the operator;
and if the target operator starts a direct payment function, transmitting a prepayment order carrying a payment and receipt account of the target operator to the mobile terminal according to a preset packaging encryption rule so that the mobile terminal can pay prepayment to the payment and receipt account of the target operator conveniently.
2. The charging settlement method for the charging pile according to claim 1, wherein after the transmission of the prepaid order carrying the payment and receipt account of the target operator to the mobile terminal according to the preset encapsulation encryption rule, the method further comprises:
receiving a settlement request fed back by the mobile terminal, and calculating a settlement amount according to the corresponding relation between the actual power consumption of the charging pile and the preset power consumption and the charging amount;
determining whether the settlement amount is less than the prepaid amount;
if the settlement amount is smaller than the pre-payment amount, calling a refund interface of the target operator so that the target operator can feed back the refund amount to a collection and payment platform bound to the mobile terminal;
and if the settlement amount is not less than the pre-payment amount, feeding back a payment request carrying a payment and receipt account of the target operator to the mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal can pay the reimbursement amount to the target operator.
3. The charging settlement method for the charging pile according to claim 2, further comprising, after the feeding back the payment request carrying the payment and receipt account of the target operator to the mobile terminal:
judging whether response information of payment completion fed back by the mobile terminal is received within preset time;
and if the response information of payment completion fed back by the mobile terminal is not received within the preset time, sending a reminding message to the mobile terminal, and marking the mobile terminal as a non-permission mobile terminal.
4. The charging settlement method for the charging pile according to claim 1, wherein the storing process of the correspondence between the equipment asset information and the operator comprises:
receiving operator information and equipment asset information transmitted by each operator system end; the equipment asset information comprises longitude and latitude information and address information of the charging pile;
and binding the operator information with the management units recorded on the management platform, and storing the operator information and the equipment asset information corresponding to the operator information to the tree branches of the bound management units.

The charging settlement method for the charging pile according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein after the target operator matched with the device information is searched from the pre-stored correspondence between the device asset information and the operator according to the device information carried in the charging request, the method further comprises:
and if the target operator does not start the direct payment function, the target operator performs settlement of the charging fee according to a preset distribution rule.
6. The charging settlement device of the charging pile is characterized by comprising a receiving unit, a searching unit and a transmitting unit;
the receiving unit is used for receiving a charging request sent by the mobile terminal;
the searching unit is used for searching a target operator matched with the equipment information from the corresponding relation between the pre-stored equipment asset information and the operator according to the equipment information carried in the charging request;
the transmission unit is configured to transmit a prepaid order carrying a payment and receipt account of the target operator to the mobile terminal according to a preset encapsulation encryption rule if the target operator starts a direct payment function, so that the mobile terminal pays a prepaid amount to the payment and receipt account of the target operator.
7. The charging settlement apparatus for the charging pile according to claim 6, further comprising a calculation unit, a judgment unit, a call unit, and a feedback unit;
the calculation unit is used for receiving a settlement request fed back by the mobile terminal and calculating a settlement amount according to the corresponding relation between the actual power consumption of the charging pile and the preset power consumption and the charging amount;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the settlement amount is smaller than the pre-payment;
the calling unit is used for calling a refund interface of the target operator if the settlement amount is smaller than the pre-payment amount so as to facilitate the target operator to feed back the refund amount to the collection and payment platform bound to the mobile terminal;
and the feedback unit is used for feeding back a payment request carrying a payment receiving account of the target operator to the mobile terminal if the settlement amount is not less than the pre-payment amount, so that the mobile terminal can pay the reimbursement amount to the target operator.
8. The charging settlement apparatus for the charging pile according to claim 7, further comprising a presentation unit;
the judging unit is also used for judging whether response information of payment completion fed back by the mobile terminal is received within preset time;
and the prompting unit is used for sending a reminding message to the mobile terminal if the response information of payment completion fed back by the mobile terminal is not received within the preset time, and marking the mobile terminal as a non-permission mobile terminal.
9. A charging settlement device for a charging pile, comprising:
a memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for executing the computer program to implement the steps of the charging settlement method for a charging pile according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the charging settlement method for a charging pile according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
