Detailed Description
The conception, the specific structure and the technical effects of the present invention will be clearly and completely described in conjunction with the embodiments and the accompanying drawings to fully understand the objects, the schemes and the effects of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for correcting the sensitivity of a lottery ticket reader, which comprises the following steps with reference to fig. 2:
s100, scanning a gray card to generate a first scanned image;
s200, acquiring the number of white pixels and the number of black pixels in the first scanned image;
s300, determining that the number of the white pixels is larger than that of the black pixels and the difference value between the number of the white pixels and the number of the black pixels is larger than a first threshold value, and improving the sensitivity of the lottery reader by a first gradient;
s400, determining that the number of the white pixels is smaller than the number of the black pixels and the difference value between the number of the black pixels and the number of the white pixels is larger than a first threshold value, and reducing the sensitivity of the lottery reader by a first gradient.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, in the process of correcting the sensitivity of the lottery ticket reader, firstly, the sensitivity of the lottery ticket reader is adjusted through a gray card, a first scanning image is obtained by scanning the gray card, and under the condition that the sensitivity of the lottery ticket reader is too high, more pixel points are identified as black pixels; under the condition that the sensitivity of the lottery ticket reader is too low, more pixel points can be identified as white pixels. The black pixels and the white pixels in the first scanned image are counted, and the sensitivity of the lottery ticket reader can be adjusted according to the number of the black pixels and the white pixels, so that the sensitivity reaches a reasonable value. When the difference value between the black pixel and the white pixel is larger than the threshold value, the sensitivity of the lottery ticket reader can be adjusted in a circulating mode, so that the sensitivity of the lottery ticket reader can be adjusted to a reasonable value finally.
The gray card is composed of light gray to dark gray colors, and stripes which are gradually transited from the light gray to the dark gray are arranged on the gray card. The number of white pixels and the number of black pixels in the image scanned by the standard lottery ticket reader are consistent, and the scanned images of different lottery ticket readers calibrated by the gray scale card can be controlled in a reasonable error range.
A pixel refers to a smallest unit in an image represented by a sequence of numbers, called a pixel.
The first scanned image is an image obtained by scanning a gray card through a lottery reader induction head, the lottery reader induction head converts the gray card into black when the gray value of a certain pixel point is larger than a certain threshold value, otherwise, the gray card is converted into white, and therefore only white pixels and black pixels exist on the first scanned image.
The first threshold is used for limiting the difference value of white pixels and black pixels in the first scanned image, and can be determined according to the requirement on the sensitivity of the lottery ticket reader, and a smaller threshold can ensure that the scanned image error of each lottery ticket reader is smaller, but relatively takes longer sensitivity adjustment time.
The first gradient is a span value of the lottery reader sensitivity correction, which may be a fixed value or a calculated value.
As a further optional implementation, the lottery reader sensitivity correction method further includes:
scanning the betting order to generate a second scanning image;
acquiring the number of black connected regions in the second scanned image;
determining that the number of the black connected areas is larger than a standard number, and reducing the sensitivity of the lottery ticket reader by a second gradient;
determining that the number of the black connected areas is smaller than a standard number, and increasing the sensitivity of the lottery ticket reader by a second gradient;
the second gradient is less than the first gradient.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, after the first lottery reader sensitivity correction is completed using the gray card, the sensitivity of the lottery reader may be corrected a second time using the play slip. Scanning a pre-filled lottery ticket to obtain a scanned image of the lottery ticket, comparing the scanned image of the lottery ticket with a standard scanned image obtained by scanning a standard lottery reader in advance, and if a black connected area in the scanned image obtained by the current lottery reader is more than that of the standard scanned image, indicating that the sensitivity of the current lottery reader is too high, reducing the sensitivity of the current lottery reader; if the black connected area in the scanned image obtained by the current lottery reader is less than the black connected area of the standard scanned image, the sensitivity of the current lottery reader is too low, and the sensitivity of the current lottery reader can be improved.
The tickets are fill-in tickets used to select numbers when purchasing lottery tickets, and pre-filled tickets may be used for sensitivity correction. The system prestores the number of black connected areas of standard scanned images, namely the standard number, scanned by a standard lottery reader. The lottery ticket reader is calibrated for the second time through the lottery ticket, so that the calibration precision of the lottery ticket reader can be improved, and the sensitivity of the lottery ticket reader after calibration is more suitable for actual lottery ticket scanning.
The second scanning image is an image obtained by scanning the betting slip through the induction head of the lottery reader, the number of black connected areas is mainly calculated in the second scanning image, and the number of filling areas of the betting slip can be obtained by calculating the number of the black connected areas.
The connected region, a region G on the complex plane, is called a single connected region if a simple closed curve is made in any one of the regions G, and the inside of the closed curve always belongs to G. A region is referred to as a multiply-connected region if it is not a single-connected region. The filled area on the lottery ticket can be obtained by judging the black connected area, so that the comparison between the scanning result of the current lottery ticket reader and the scanning result of the standard lottery ticket reader is realized.
And if the number of the black connected regions in the second scanned image is consistent with the standard number, the number of the identified filled regions is consistent with the standard number, and the sensitivity of the current lottery reader is a target value.
The second gradient is the span value adjusted by the lottery ticket reader, which can be set as a fixed value or can be obtained by calculation.
As a further optional implementation manner, the method for correcting the sensitivity of the lottery ticket reader further includes:
and determining that the difference value between the number of the white pixels and the number of the black pixels is less than or equal to a second threshold value, and uploading the sensitivity of the lottery ticket reader to a cloud.
Specifically, after the sensitivity correction is completed, the corrected sensitivity of the lottery reader can be uploaded to the cloud. Compared with the method that the sensitivity data is stored locally, the sensitivity of the lottery ticket reader is stored in the cloud end, and statistics and backup of the sensitivity of the lottery ticket reader can be achieved. The sensitivity of the lottery ticket reader which is corrected through the gray card can be uploaded to the cloud, and the sensitivity of the lottery ticket reader which is corrected through the play slip can be uploaded to the cloud.
As a further optional implementation manner, the method for correcting the sensitivity of the lottery ticket reader further includes:
acquiring cloud sensitivity data;
setting a sensitivity initial value of a lottery reader according to the cloud sensitivity data;
the cloud sensitivity data comprises the latest lottery ticket reader sensitivity correction value and the cloud lottery ticket reader sensitivity average value.
Specifically, the sensitivity data stored in the cloud is used as the initial value of the sensitivity of the lottery reader, so that the initial value of the sensitivity of the lottery reader is closer to a target value, the adjustment times of the sensitivity of the lottery reader are reduced, the adjustment time of the sensitivity of the lottery reader is shortened, and the adjustment efficiency of the sensitivity of the lottery reader is improved.
The cloud sensitivity data comprises the latest lottery ticket reader sensitivity correction value and the cloud lottery ticket reader sensitivity average value. The sensitivity correction value of the latest lottery ticket reader is the sensitivity correction value uploaded to the cloud end by the current lottery ticket reader last time, and the sensitivity average value of the cloud end lottery ticket readers is the average value of the sensitivities of all other lottery ticket readers uploaded to the cloud end.
The initial value of the sensitivity of the lottery reader is a sensitivity value of the lottery reader before the gray card correction and the play slip correction, and is compared with the sensitivity value which is set by the lottery reader before the factory or the initial setting is used as the initial value for correction. The latest lottery ticket reader sensitivity correction value or the average value of all the lottery ticket reader sensitivity correction values is obtained through the cloud big data and is used as an initial value to carry out correction, and the correction efficiency is higher.
As a further optional implementation manner, the setting of an initial value of the sensitivity of the lottery reader according to the cloud sensitivity data includes:
determining that the sensitivity correction value of the lottery ticket reader is an effective value, and setting the sensitivity initial value of the lottery ticket reader as the sensitivity correction value of the lottery ticket reader;
and determining the sensitivity correction value of the lottery ticket reader as an invalid value, and setting the sensitivity initial value of the lottery ticket reader as the sensitivity average value of the cloud lottery ticket reader.
Specifically, in the process that the lottery ticket reader needs to perform sensitivity correction, the sensitivity of the lottery ticket reader uploaded last time can be directly obtained through the cloud and used as an initial value of the sensitivity of the current lottery ticket reader. Performing correction based on the initial value can improve correction efficiency. If the cloud does not have the sensitivity of the last uploaded lottery reader, the average value of the sensitivities of all the lottery readers at the cloud is used as an initial value, and correction is carried out based on the initial value, so that the correction efficiency can be improved.
Further as an alternative embodiment, the first gradient is inversely proportional to the number of lottery reader sensitivity adjustments.
Specifically, in order to achieve accurate adjustment of the sensitivity of the lottery ticket reader, the first gradient is set to a variable value which is inversely proportional to the number of times the sensitivity of the lottery ticket reader is adjusted. With the increase of the adjustment times of the sensitivity of the lottery ticket reader, the sensitivity of the lottery ticket reader gradually approaches the target value, at the moment, the accuracy of the adjusted sensitivity of the lottery ticket reader can be higher by reducing the adjustment gradient of the sensitivity of the lottery ticket reader, and the correction efficiency of the sensitivity of the lottery ticket reader cannot be greatly influenced.
Further in an alternative embodiment, the first gradient is inversely proportional to the number of lottery reader sensitivity adjustments.
Specifically, the sensitivity of the lottery reader gradually approaches the target value along with the increase of the adjustment times of the sensitivity of the lottery reader, and at the moment, the accuracy of the adjusted sensitivity of the lottery reader can be higher by reducing the adjustment gradient of the sensitivity of the lottery reader, and the correction efficiency of the sensitivity of the lottery reader cannot be greatly influenced.
