The embodiment sets parallel hierarchical directories of the template knowledge base, wherein each level of directories are respectively an administrative geographic area classification directory, a medical department classification directory, a disease classification directory and a nursing category directory, each level of directories comprises a plurality of subdirectories, and each subdirectory is used for displaying at least one medical record template. Therefore, when searching the needed medical record templates, a user can quickly locate the parallel hierarchical catalogs and then search the subdirectories, which is similar to a tree structure, and can conveniently search and manage the medical record templates.

The embodiment provides a medical record template knowledge base which is constructed by the construction method of any one of the medical record template knowledge bases provided in the embodiments 1-5. The medical record template knowledge base gathers disease-specific templates, provides an electronic medical record template solution for clients, has massive electronic medical record templates, can support one-key downloading multiplexing, and supports multi-system use.
Example 7
The embodiment provides a device for constructing a medical record template knowledge base, which applies any one of the medical record template knowledge base constructing methods provided in embodiments 1-5 and comprises a standard template acquisition module, a classification module, a template knowledge base constructing module and an updating module.
The standard template acquisition module is used for collecting and sorting medical record writing standards of each administrative geographic area to form a standard template of each administrative geographic area. The standard template acquisition module downloads similar nursing templates of each administrative geographic area based on internet information, compares and identifies the similar nursing templates with preset template pictures, calculates the image fine granularity of each similar nursing template, judges whether the image fine granularity reaches a preset fine granularity or selects the similar nursing template with the largest image fine granularity, and finally takes the similar nursing template with the image fine granularity reaching the preset fine granularity or the similar nursing template with the largest image fine granularity as the standard template. The classification module is used for classifying the client templates obtained by accumulating the industry experience information for a period of time according to the categories of departments, disease types and nursing medical records, and determining the medical record templates of the departments, the disease types and the nursing medical record templates. The template knowledge base building module is used for building a webpage end of the medical record display platform according to the standard template, making pages of each classification of the template knowledge base according to the classification result of the client template, and displaying medical records of different types on the medical record display platform according to the classification. The medical record display platform displays clients and standard templates in all areas in a map mode according to each administrative geographic area, displays department medical record templates of different departments according to hospital consultations, displays different disease medical record templates according to disease types, and displays different nursing medical record templates according to nursing medical record categories. The template knowledge base collects disease type medical record templates of each disease type into a disease-specific template base to provide disease-specific templates applicable to different hospitals and departments. The updating module is used for uploading data of various medical records to the medical record display platform at regular time and updating the medical record templates of different types.

Claims (8)
1. The method for constructing the medical record template knowledge base is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
1. collecting and sorting medical record writing specifications of each administrative geographic area to form a specification template of each administrative geographic area; the method for forming the specification template comprises the following steps: firstly downloading similar nursing templates of each administrative geographic area based on internet information, comparing and identifying the similar nursing templates with preset template pictures, calculating image similarity by means of fine granularity of images of each similar nursing template, judging whether the image similarity reaches a preset similarity or selecting a similar nursing template with the largest image similarity, and finally taking the similar nursing template with the image similarity reaching the preset similarity or the largest image similarity as the standard template;
2. classifying customer templates obtained by accumulating industry experience information for a period of time according to categories of departments, disease types and nursing medical records, and determining the medical record templates of the departments, the disease types and the nursing medical record templates;
3. setting up a webpage end of a medical record display platform according to the standard template, setting up pages of each classification of a template knowledge base according to the classification result of the client template, and displaying medical records of different types on the medical record display platform according to medical record types; the medical record display platform displays clients and standard templates in all areas in a map form according to each administrative geographic area, displays department medical record templates of different departments according to hospital consultations, displays different disease medical record templates according to disease types, and displays different nursing medical record templates according to nursing medical record categories; the template knowledge base collects disease type medical record templates of each disease type into a disease-specific template base to provide disease-specific templates applicable to different hospitals and departments;
4. uploading data of various medical records to the medical record display platform at regular time, and updating medical record templates of different types;
searching a similar picture set in a plurality of templates trained by intelligent data, comparing and identifying the similar picture set with the uploaded nursing medical record pictures, giving a similarity score, and screening out the similar nursing templates according to the similarity score;
the method for calculating the image similarity comprises the following steps: carrying out graying and size standardization treatment on the similar nursing templates to obtain standardized gray level images; extracting character features and graphic features in the standardized gray level image; comparing the character features with the character information in the preset template picture to obtain a first similarity degree, and comparing the graphic features with the graphic information in the preset template picture to obtain a second similarity degree; and calculating a weighted sum of the first similarity and the second similarity as the image similarity.
2. The medical record template knowledge base construction method according to claim 1, wherein the similar care template downloading method comprises the following steps: entering a webpage; judging whether to log in the account, if yes, searching, otherwise, browsing; collecting the retrieved nursing medical record pictures and judging whether downloading is needed or not; when downloading is needed, judging whether the downloading authority exists, if so, carrying out downloading and judging that the downloading is successful, otherwise, carrying out the downloading failure.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the medical record writing specifications include a medical record writing base specification and a respective provincial region writing specification, each provincial region having at least one specification template.
4. The medical record template knowledge base construction method according to claim 1, wherein the similar care template downloading method comprises the following steps: selecting the administrative geographic area in an Internet search engine, and inputting a nursing template keyword to search; classifying the search results according to file types; selecting search materials of picture types and text types for downloading; and converting the search material into a template image with a unified standardized format and taking the template image as the similar nursing template.
5. The method for constructing a knowledge base of medical record templates according to claim 1, wherein all client templates are stored on a cloud platform when accumulating the industry experience information, and each time at least one client template is stored, the client template stored at the present time is compared with a history client template on the cloud platform to determine the variability of the templates; and when the difference is smaller than a preset difference value, storing the client templates stored in the current period on the cloud platform.

The method for constructing a medical record template knowledge base according to claim 1, wherein parallel hierarchical directories of the template knowledge base are set, and each level of directory is an administrative geographical area classification directory, a department classification directory, a disease classification directory and a nursing category directory, and each level of directory comprises a plurality of subdirectories, and each subdirectory is used for displaying at least one medical record template.
7. A medical system based on a medical record template knowledge base, characterized in that it uses a medical record template knowledge base constructed by the medical record template knowledge base construction method according to any one of claims 1-6.
8. A medical record template knowledge base construction device, which applies the medical record template knowledge base construction method according to any one of claims 1-6, characterized in that it comprises:
the standard template acquisition module is used for collecting and sorting medical record writing standards of each administrative geographic area to form a standard template of each administrative geographic area; the standard template acquisition module downloads similar nursing templates of each administrative geographic area based on internet information, compares and identifies the similar nursing templates with preset template pictures, calculates the image fine granularity of each similar nursing template, judges whether the image fine granularity reaches a preset fine granularity or selects a similar nursing template with the largest image fine granularity, and finally takes the similar nursing template with the image fine granularity reaching the preset fine granularity or the largest image fine granularity as the standard template;
the classification module is used for classifying the client templates obtained by accumulating the industry experience information for a period of time according to the categories of departments, disease types and nursing medical records and determining the medical record templates of the departments, the disease types and the nursing medical record templates;
the template knowledge base building module is used for building a webpage end of the medical record display platform according to the standard template, formulating pages of each classification of the template knowledge base according to the classification result of the client template, and displaying medical records of different types on the medical record display platform according to the classification; the medical record display platform displays clients and standard templates in all areas in a map form according to each administrative geographic area, displays department medical record templates of different departments according to hospital consultations, displays different disease medical record templates according to disease types, and displays different nursing medical record templates according to nursing medical record categories; the template knowledge base collects disease type medical record templates of each disease type into a disease-specific template base to provide disease-specific templates applicable to different hospitals and departments;
and the updating module is used for uploading data of various medical records to the medical record display platform at regular time and updating medical record templates of different types.
