However, because the text box is deformed, the correct midpoint of the vertical position of the name of the joint issuing institution, which is aligned in the middle, cannot be displayed or positioned in a direct way at present, and the applicant can calculate and determine the midpoint in the following way after long-term research;
(2) referring to fig. 2, the actual midpoint of the "file" two-word, which is automatically centered and aligned with respect to the vertical positions of the names of the two union issuing offices under the original setting of the system, is the upper end point of the second horizontal "lift" of the "piece" word of the "file" two-word;
(3) in the 'double-row-in-one' combined issuing-file sign, the name of the combined issuing-file and the 'file' are linked. Claims (5)

a. determining the number N of joint issuing offices;
b. when the number N of the joint issuing offices is two, inserting and setting a text box in a mode of aligning centrally relative to the margin and setting the vertical absolute position value as a first preset value;
c. inputting the names of two joint issuing offices in a text box in a mode of 'two-row unification', and inputting 'file' two characters behind the names of the two joint issuing offices;
d. setting and adjusting the lower edge of the font of the name of the joint issuing file to be parallel to or extremely close to the lower edge of the text box, wherein the distance from the upper edge of the font to the upper edge of the center of the font is a first preset value;
e. calculating the position value M of the vertical position actual midpoint of the adjusted joint sending letter organ name(Ling)
