Description

Data processing method and device
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of data processing, and in particular, to a data processing method and apparatus.
Background
In recent years, with the rapid expansion of globalization of banking business, a lot of overseas branches are newly added to support financial demands of overseas clients. The transaction language of overseas branches is generally an official language of the country in which the transaction language is located, for example, the official transaction language of overseas branches located in india is a hindi language, and the data format of the official transaction information is required to conform to the regulation policy of india. That is, in overseas branches in india, the banking system thereof is such that the language is hindi, and the format of data such as time, amount, date, etc. is the format of data prescribed by indian authorities. The existing bank counter system is a global unified set of application system, in order to adapt to the transaction requirements of different languages and different data formats of different countries, the regional common language and data formats are provided for the overseas bank counter system, and the provided language and data formats cannot be modified later, that is, the counter staff must work with the local common language and specified data format system, and the clients can only confirm the transaction information with the local common language and specified data format.
India is a multicultural country and english is also a common language in india. Customers facing overseas branches in india may also be guests, reservation students, merchants, etc. from around the world, and may not be in the word of a whisper, and may not be aware of the language and data format of the transaction information printed by the bank. Overseas branches of the teller may not be entirely indian, they may not be particularly familiar with the writing habits and specifications of the data formats prescribed by the hindi and indian authorities. That is, although the current bank counter system can adapt to language differences of different countries or regions, in the case that multi-nationality or multi-language culture exists for the same country, the data format of the unified bank counter system obviously cannot adapt to the diversified transaction language requirements, for example, overseas branches in the united states, the bank counter system only supports english transaction language and english data format, but the counter member of the bank branch is a hong Kong person, the common language is a cantonese language, the familiar data format is a chinese data format, the client is a spanish person who does not understand english, the familiar data format is a spanish data format writing habit, and in this case, the bank counter system unifying the transaction language and the data format has no way to meet the language requirements and the data format requirements of all users, and cannot achieve personalized services. In short, currently deployed banking counter systems that conform to overseas, split, local language and data formats are not convertible, unique and fixed, and do not meet both teller and customer language and data format requirements.

Detailed Description
The embodiment of the application provides a data processing method, which can solve the problems that the currently configured bank counter system which accords with overseas local language and data format can not be converted, is unique and fixed and can not meet the language requirements and the data format requirements of teller and clients.
In the existing bank counter system, the system is uniformly deployed to conform to the local transaction language and data format, wherein the transaction language is generally the official language of the region, for example, the official language of India is the Indonesia, and the transaction data format is required to conform to the legal requirements of the local region. Overseas branches of each country or region need only deploy transaction terminals. However, the existing bank counter system aims at adapting to language and data format differences of different countries or different regions by using a set of application systems. But the diversity of own languages and data formats for the same country or region is not addressed, which is particularly serious in multi-ethnic, multi-lingual cultural countries, such as: historically colonial areas, immigrant countries, etc. For example, the united states is a multi-language culture country, and each differentiated bank is different from one another in terms of customers and policy regulations, that is, the languages and data formats desired by customers are different, and it is apparent that a banking counter channel system with unified languages and data formats cannot provide diversified individual banking services.
In a bank counter system, a large number of input and display columns are arranged on a page, and data with formats such as time, amount and date are also arranged, so that how to enable the data formats to simultaneously meet the writing habit formats of clients and teller and adapt to the environment of multi-language culture in each country worldwide is a problem of global popularization of banks. The application fully considers the demands of globalization bank counter systems, carries out data format conversion processing on transaction information, client information, follow-up printing credentials and the like, and accords with writing habits and regulations of different language cultures.
The bank counter system is applied to the overseas local teller machine, is generally a customized terminal of a bank, is configured and uniformly deployed, cannot be modified by a teller, and an underlying operating system, such as a windows system, is provided with various language cultures and data formats necessary for banks, including a language input method, a time zone, an amount and the like.
Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of a data processing method according to an embodiment of the application is shown.
The data processing method provided by the embodiment of the application can be realized through the following steps 101-103.
Step 101: the first device displays a language menu at the first interface, the language menu including a plurality of language options.
And the first equipment acquires a first language selected by the teller from the multiple language options of the language menu, determines teller parameters corresponding to the first language, and displays a teller interface matched with the teller parameters.
In the embodiment of the present application, it is considered that in practical application, the first device may be a terminal device such as a computer used by a teller machine, for example, an teller machine. The teller needs to select the familiar language and writing habit of the data format by himself, when the teller logs in the bank counter system of the teller machine, the language selection of the language menu is displayed on the first interface for the teller to select by himself, the language menu is a drop-down menu, the language option comprises multiple language options, regions can be included in the language option, for example, the option of en-SG in the menu comprises language and region information, the option is represented as Singapore English option, and similarly, the en-US option is American English option. After the teller determines to select a certain option, the system needs to acquire the language region parameter corresponding to the option, namely, the teller parameter, and configures the data format corresponding to the language region selected by the teller by utilizing the teller parameter, and the field input data format displayed on the teller interface of the bank counter system is the data format of the teller selected language option.
Step 102: the first device receives a first processing operation and first processing data of the teller through the teller interface, wherein the data format of the first processing data is a data format matched with the first language.
In the embodiment of the application, when the customer performs financial transaction in the practical application, the data of fields such as transaction amount, date, time and the like are required to be input into the bank counter system by the teller interface, and the data formats of the fields are the data formats of the language options selected by the teller, namely the data formats matched with the first language, based on the fact that the teller has selected the familiar language options and the data formats corresponding to the language options before entering the data of the fields. That is, when data is recorded, the data format is the data format corresponding to the language option selected by the teller.
Step 103: the first device converts the data format of the first processing data into a data format matched with a second language, and executes the first processing operation according to the first processing data after format conversion.
In the embodiment of the application, considering that in practical application, the data format corresponding to the language familiar to the customer is to be displayed to the customer, and the format of the input data is the data format corresponding to the language selected by the teller, the data format input by the teller needs to be converted into the data format familiar to the customer. In practical applications, the customer shall provide identity information to make account opening or other business transactions. That is, language information such as a national language is included in the identity information provided by the client. If the customer is transacting business to the bank for the first time, the teller needs to input personal information of the customer, such as name, gender, nationality, language and the like, in a bank counter system. If the customer does not transact business to the bank for the first time, the bank counter system inputs the information of the customer before the first business transacting process. Whether the customer deals with the business a first time, the customer's information is first stored in the system for subsequent business handling. The bank counter system stores the identity information of the business handling clients, wherein the identity information also comprises language information and data format information corresponding to the language, so that client parameters corresponding to the client language can be directly obtained in the bank counter system before the data format conversion is carried out, and the client parameters are used for configuring the data format corresponding to the language of the client, namely the data format matched with the second language. Specifically, the conversion process can be realized by using a bank counter system, and no additional resource allocation is required to be added. When the bank counter system is initialized, the bank counter system reads data formats corresponding to different languages of the operating system, wherein the data formats comprise a language input method, a time zone, an amount and other data formats necessary for banks, the data formats can be cached in the bank counter system, and parameters corresponding to the languages can be utilized for calling. The bank counter system can also select different data formats corresponding to different languages to be not cached, and directly read the data formats corresponding to the related languages of the operating system through parameters corresponding to the languages when the data formats are converted. The method for calling the data conversion is not particularly limited. The operating system may be a Windows system, and the present application is not particularly limited. The language parameter is a parameter corresponding to a certain language.
It can be seen from the above description that, by using the data processing method provided by the embodiment of the present application, the problem that the currently configured bank counter system which accords with overseas local language and data format cannot be converted, is unique and fixed, and cannot simultaneously meet the language requirements and the data format requirements of the teller and the client can be solved, so that the currently configured bank counter system can convert the data format, can simultaneously meet the data format requirements of the teller and the client, can achieve personalized service for the data format requirements of all users, and improves the client experience and the working efficiency of the teller.
Based on the data processing method provided in the above embodiment, in order to meet the data format requirements of teller, client and bank, an embodiment of the present application further provides a data processing method, and the detailed description is given below with reference to fig. 2.
Referring to fig. 2, the flow chart of a data processing method according to a second embodiment of the present application is shown.
The data processing method provided in the second embodiment of the present application may be implemented by the following steps 201 to 202.
The data processing method provided in the first embodiment may further include the following steps:
step 201: the first device receives second processing operation and second processing data of the teller through the teller interface, and the data format of the second processing data is matched with the first language.
In the embodiment of the application, the data format regulated by the bank is considered to be in accordance with local policy and regulations and language requirements when the operations of storing, communicating, printing credentials and the like of the data of the transaction information are carried out in practical application. The bank specified language, the bank parameters corresponding to the language and the data format corresponding to the language are configured when the bank counter system is deployed or updated, and the configuration time and steps of the bank specified language, the bank parameters corresponding to the language and the data format corresponding to the language are not particularly limited in the embodiment of the application. Based on the previous selection of the language options familiar to the teller, the data of the columns are entered in the format corresponding to the language selected by the teller. After the data is entered, the subsequent operations such as printing credentials and the like requiring the bank to specify the data format are performed.
Step 202: the first device converts the data format of the second processing data into a data format corresponding to a third language, and executes the second processing operation according to the second processing data after format conversion.
In the embodiment of the application, considering that in practical application, a data format corresponding to a language specified by a bank is wanted, and the format of input data is a data format corresponding to the language selected by a teller, the data format input by the teller needs to be converted into the data format specified by the bank. Specifically, the conversion process can be realized by using a bank counter system, and no additional resource allocation is required to be added. The bank counter system can call the data format corresponding to the related language of the operating system by using the bank parameters corresponding to the bank specified language or the parameters corresponding to the third language, and perform subsequent operation by using the converted data format. The third language is a language specified by the bank. The bank counter system can also use the format data corresponding to the language cached in the system and use the bank parameters to call the data format corresponding to the corresponding language. The method for transferring the data is not particularly limited, and the bank counter system can be regarded as storing the corresponding relation between the data format corresponding to the first language and the data format corresponding to the third language in advance, namely, the corresponding relation between the data format corresponding to the language selected by the teller and the data format corresponding to the language specified by the bank, and the corresponding relation can be called directly subsequently, wherein the name is a parameter corresponding to the language, and the value is the data format corresponding to the language. The operating system may be a Windows system, and the present application is not particularly limited. The language parameter is a parameter corresponding to a certain language.
As can be seen from the above description, the data processing method provided by the embodiment of the present application can solve the problem that the currently configured banking counter system conforming to overseas local languages and data formats cannot be converted and is unique and fixed, so that the currently configured banking counter system can convert the data formats and can achieve personalized service for the data format requirements of all users.

Referring to fig. 3, the flow chart of a data processing method according to a third embodiment of the present application is shown.
The data processing method provided in the third embodiment of the present application may be implemented by the following steps 301 to 302.
The data processing method provided in the first embodiment may further include the following steps:
step 301: and the first equipment receives third processing operation and third processing data of the teller through the teller interface, wherein the data format of the third processing data is matched with the third language.
In the embodiment of the application, considering that in practical application, when operations such as inquiring data of transaction information are performed, the data are displayed on a teller interface, and when the data of the columns are displayed, the data formats matched with the language selected by the teller are required to be displayed based on the data formats corresponding to the language options which are familiar to the teller before the teller has been selected. The format of these data is a data format specified by the bank prior to display.
Step 302: and converting the data format of the third processing data obtained by the third processing operation into a data format corresponding to the first language, and displaying the data format on the teller interface.
In the embodiment of the application, considering that in practical application, the teller wants to query the data of the transaction information, the data is in the format selected by the teller, and the data format specified by the bank needs to be converted and displayed as the data format wanted by the teller. Specifically, the conversion process can be realized by using a bank counter system, and no additional resource allocation is required to be added. The bank counter system can call a data format corresponding to the related language of the operating system by using the counter parameter or the parameter corresponding to the first language, and perform subsequent operation by using the converted format. The bank counter system can also use the data format corresponding to the language cached in the system and use the teller parameters to call the corresponding data format. The method for transferring the data is not particularly limited, and the bank counter system can be regarded as storing the corresponding relation between the data format corresponding to the first language and the data format corresponding to the third language in advance, and then transferring the corresponding relation directly. The operating system may be a Windows system, and the present application is not particularly limited. The teller parameters are parameters corresponding to a certain language.
