Abstract
The invention provides an air conditioner indoor unit and an assembling method thereof. Wherein air conditioner indoor unit includes: a front panel of the front part of the shell is provided with a sound receiving hole and a sound emitting hole; the voice module is arranged in the shell and is configured to receive and output voice information; and the wireless communication module is arranged in the shell and is configured to realize the wireless communication between the indoor unit of the air conditioner and the mobile terminal. According to the scheme of the invention, the air conditioner can realize a voice interaction function, the intelligent degree is improved, and the use experience of a user is effectively improved; pronunciation pencil, wireless communication pencil and radio reception pencil are all fixed through corresponding draw-in groove, have avoided a large amount of leakages outward of pencil, improve assembly security and aesthetic property.

Background
With the increasing development of society and the increasing living standard of people, the requirement of people on air environment is higher and higher, and the air conditioner becomes one of household appliances essential to daily life of people.
However, the conventional air conditioner can only be controlled by a remote controller, and the working state of the air conditioner cannot be timely and conveniently adjusted, so that the use experience of a user is influenced. In order to promote convenience in use and intelligent degree, many intelligent air conditioners are provided with Wi-Fi module, can control the air conditioner through mobile terminal's APP intelligence, but present intelligent air conditioner interactivity is relatively poor.
Disclosure of Invention

Detailed Description
This embodiment provides an air conditioner at first, can make the air conditioner realize the voice interaction function, improves intelligent degree, effectively promotes user's use and experiences. Fig. 1 is an external view showing a front panel 100 of an indoor unit of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is an assembly view showing a display panel 101 and a display box cover 110 of an indoor unit of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3 is an internal wiring harness showing a display box 103 of an indoor unit of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 4 is an assembly view showing a voice module and a front panel 100 of an indoor unit of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the indoor unit of the air conditioner of the present embodiment may generally include: casing, voice module and wireless communication module.
Wherein, the front panel 100 of the front part of the casing can be provided with a sound receiving hole 111 and a sound emitting hole 112. The voice module may be disposed inside the housing and configured to receive and output voice information. The wireless communication module can be arranged in the shell and is configured to realize wireless communication between the indoor unit of the air conditioner and the mobile terminal. As shown in fig. 1, a sound receiving mark may be disposed at the sound receiving hole 111 to remind the user of the sound receiving position. The sound emitting hole 112 may be a plurality of small holes with certain apertures uniformly arranged. In a preferred embodiment, the wireless communication module may be a Wi-Fi module, and in other embodiments, the wireless communication module may also be a bluetooth module or other modules capable of realizing wireless communication.
In a specific embodiment, the lower portion of the front panel 100 of the casing may be provided with an air outlet, and the air outlet may be provided with a wind guide plate configured to controllably open and close the air outlet. The inside cavity that can inject of casing is provided with parts such as heat exchanger and fan to blow out through the air outlet after carrying out the heat transfer to the air that carries out the cavity.
It should be noted that the voice module may include a sound receiving component 106 and a sound emitting component 102, wherein the sound receiving component 106 is disposed inside the front panel 100 corresponding to the sound receiving hole 111; the sounding member 102 is provided inside the front panel 100 corresponding to the sounding hole 112. In a preferred embodiment, the sound receiving member 106 may be a microphone and the sound emitting member 102 may be a speaker. The sound receiving part 106 and the sound receiving hole 111 are correspondingly arranged, and the sound producing part 102 and the sound producing hole 112 are correspondingly arranged, so that the effect of receiving and outputting voice information can be effectively improved.
Specifically, the voice module may further include: the display device comprises a display panel 101, a voice board 109, a display box cover 110 and a display box 103, wherein the display panel 101 is clamped on the display box cover 110; the voice board 109 is clipped on the display box 103. In a preferred embodiment, the slot 203 may be an omega-shaped slot, which effectively ensures that the wiring harness does not fall off during the assembly process.
The indoor unit of the air conditioner of the embodiment comprises: a casing, wherein a sound receiving hole 111 and a sound emitting hole 112 are formed on a front panel 100 at the front part of the casing; the voice module is arranged in the shell and is configured to receive and output voice information; and the wireless communication module is arranged in the shell and is configured to realize wireless communication between the indoor unit of the air conditioner and the mobile terminal, so that the air conditioner can realize a voice interaction function, the intelligent degree is improved, and the use experience of a user is effectively improved.
The embodiment also provides an assembling method of the air conditioner indoor unit, and fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of the assembling method of the air conditioner indoor unit according to one embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 5, the assembling method of the indoor unit of the air conditioner of the present embodiment may sequentially perform the following steps:
step S502, the display panel 101 is arranged on the display box cover 110, and the voice board 109 is arranged on the display box 103, so as to finish the assembly of the voice module;
step S504, the voice module is mounted on the front panel 100 of the indoor unit.
In the above steps, the specific step of mounting the display panel 101 on the display box cover 110 in step S502 may include: the display panel 101 and the display box cover 110 are fixedly assembled through the buckle 201 and the positioning column 202. The specific steps of mounting the voice board 109 on the display box 103 may include: the voice board 109 and the display box 103 are fixed by a buckle 201 and are positioned by the positioning ribs 205 on the periphery.
The specific step of installing the voice module on the front panel 100 of the indoor unit in step S504 may include: the claws 204 of the display box 103 are inserted into the corresponding slots 203 of the front panel 100 to achieve the assembly of the clips 201, and then fixed by screws. The number of the claws 204 can be set to 3, and it should be noted that the number of the claws 204 is only an example and is not a limitation to the present invention.
The method for assembling the indoor unit of the air conditioner of the embodiment includes firstly installing the display panel 101 on the display box cover 110, and installing the voice board 109 on the display box 103 to complete the assembly of the voice module; and then the voice module is arranged on the front panel 100 of the indoor unit, so that the reasonable assembly mode effectively improves the assembly efficiency.
In some optional embodiments, the air conditioner indoor unit may achieve a higher technical effect by further optimizing and configuring the above steps, and the following describes in detail the assembling method of the air conditioner indoor unit according to this embodiment with reference to an optional execution flow of this embodiment. Fig. 6 is a detailed flowchart of an assembling method of an indoor unit of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention. The assembling method of the indoor unit of the air conditioner comprises the following steps:
step S602, fixedly assembling the display panel 101 and the display box cover 110 through the buckle 201 and the positioning column 202;
step S604, fixing the voice board 109 and the display box 103 through the buckle 201, and positioning through the positioning ribs 205 on the periphery;
step S606, inserting the claws 204 of the display box 103 into the corresponding slots 203 of the front panel 100 to assemble the buckle 201, and then fixing the buckle by screws;
step S608, placing the sound receiving piece 106 of the voice module on the screw post of the front panel 100, fixing the sound receiving piece through screws, and placing the sound receiving wire harness 107 into the corresponding clamping groove 203 for fixing;
step S610, one end of the sounding part 102 of the voice module is inserted into the corresponding slot 203, and the other end is pressed down to fix the sounding part 102, the left and right directions are guided and positioned by the positioning ribs 205 on both sides, and then the sounding harness 108 is fixed by the claws 204.
In the above steps, in step S608, the sound receiving piece 106 of the voice module is placed on the screw post of the front panel 100, and is fixed by the screw, and the sound receiving harness 107 is placed in the corresponding card slot 203 and fixed. Wherein the card slot 203 here may also be an omega-shaped slot. Moreover, in order to prevent the sound receiving piece 106 from being reversely assembled during assembly, a fool-proof design is performed, two fool-proof ribs 206 are arranged, and the sound receiving piece 106 can interfere with the fool-proof ribs 206 if the direction is reversed, so that assembly cannot be performed.
It should be noted that the wireless communication module may be assembled in the manner of assembling the voice module described above, so as to fix the wireless communication harness 104 of the wireless communication module to the buckle 201 of the front panel 100. In the assembling method of the air conditioner indoor unit in the embodiment, the sound generating wire harness 108, the wireless communication wire harness 104, the display wire harness 105 and the radio wire harness 107 are all fixed through the corresponding clamping grooves 203, most wires are routed in the display box 103, a large amount of wire harnesses are prevented from leaking, and the assembling safety and the attractiveness are improved.
