背景技术
路灯,指给道路提供照明功能的灯具,泛指交通照明中路面照明范围内的灯具,在实际使用当中,现有路灯内部可能会进水,线路内部可能会进水,容易引发火灾等安全隐患,因此,需要一种防水防潮效果好的路灯。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防水防潮效果好的路灯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种防水防潮效果好的路灯,包括灯柱,所述灯柱下端连接有安装座,所述灯柱左端面连接有左灯杆,所述左灯杆左端连接有左灯壳,所述左灯壳内安装有灯板,所述灯板底端面安装有若干灯头,所述左灯壳底端面连接有透明板,所述灯柱上端面安装有顶框,所述顶框右侧设置有固定块,所述固定块左端连接有透明罩一端,所述透明罩另一端固定连接有插块,所述插块与固定块之间连接有若干灯带条,所述插块置于顶框内右侧,所述插块与顶框底端面之间连接有若干螺栓。
优选的,所述顶框上端面安装有太阳能光伏板,所述顶框内安装有蓄电池,所述灯柱内设置有竖腔,所述蓄电池和灯板之间连接有第一导线。
优选的,若干灯带条右端伸入固定块内,所述固定块内设置有金属条,若干灯带条之间通过金属条串连接,所述蓄电池通过第二导线与若干灯带条电连接。
优选的,所述插块外表面连接有环形橡胶密封圈。
优选的,所述灯柱、左灯杆、左灯壳、顶框和固定块外表面涂覆有防水漆。
优选的,所述灯柱下段直径大于灯柱上段直径。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,构造清晰易懂,左灯壳和顶框的密封性好,防水效果极佳,避免对电子元件造成损坏,灯柱、左灯杆、左灯壳、顶框和固定块外表面涂覆有防水漆,能够有效防水防潮,拆装方便,灯柱支撑强度高,节能环保,值得推广。

请参阅图1~2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种防水防潮效果好的路灯,包括灯柱3,所述灯柱3下端连接有安装座1,所述灯柱3左端面连接有左灯杆8,所述左灯杆8左端连接有左灯壳6,所述左灯壳6内安装有灯板5,所述灯板5底端面安装有若干灯头7,所述左灯壳6底端面连接有透明板4,所述灯柱3上端面安装有顶框10,所述顶框10右侧设置有固定块16,所述固定块16左端连接有透明罩14一端,所述透明罩14另一端固定连接有插块13,所述插块13与固定块16之间连接有若干灯带条15,所述插块13置于顶框10内右侧,所述插块13与顶框10底端面之间连接有若干螺栓17。
本发明中的路灯包括灯柱3,灯柱3左端面连接有左灯杆8,左灯杆8左端连接有左灯壳6,左灯壳6内安装有灯头7,用于左侧照明,灯柱3上端面安装有顶框10,顶框10右侧设置有固定块16,固定块16左端连接有透明罩14一端,透明罩14另一端固定连接有插块13,插块13与固定块16之间连接有若干灯带条15,用于右侧照明。
所述顶框10上端面安装有太阳能光伏板12,所述顶框10内安装有蓄电池11,所述灯柱3内设置有竖腔2,所述蓄电池11和灯板5之间连接有第一导线9,若干灯带条15右端伸入固定块16内,所述固定块16内设置有金属条19,若干灯带条15之间通过金属条19串连接,所述蓄电池11通过第二导线18与若干灯带条15电连接。
太阳能光伏板12能够将太阳能转换为电能并存储在蓄电池11内,蓄电池11为灯头7和灯带条15的照明提供电能,技能环保。
所述插块13外表面连接有环形橡胶密封圈,所述灯柱3、左灯杆8、左灯壳6、顶框10和固定块16外表面涂覆有防水漆。
左灯壳6和顶框10的密封性好,防水效果极佳,避免对电子元件造成损坏,灯柱3、左灯杆8、左灯壳6、顶框10和固定块16外表面涂覆有防水漆,能够有效防水防潮。
所述灯柱3下段直径大于灯柱3上段直径,支撑结构强度高。
