Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile gear shifting, and relates to a key gear shifting rod, a gear shifting seat, a gear shifting device and an automobile. Technical Field

With the increasing development of new energy vehicle types and conventional vehicle types towards intellectualization and electric control, the requirements (GB15740) on automobile anti-theft devices are continuously increased, wherein the requirements comprise the requirements on a gear shifting mechanism locking system.

Optionally, the shift base further comprises a locking mechanism, the locking mechanism is installed in the tail end of the shift lever, and the locking mechanism is used for locking the key shift lever when a bolt of the key shift lever is inserted into the insertion hole.

The sensed unit 121 can be recognized by the recognition unit 23 when the latch 12 is inserted into the insertion hole 211, and the key shift lever 1 can shift the vehicle.
According to the gear shifting device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the existing remote control key and the gear shifting lever are combined into a whole, when the bolt 12 of the key gear shifting lever 1 is inserted into the insertion hole 211 of the tail end 21 of the gear shifting lever of the gear shifting seat 2, the sensed unit 121 is identified by the identification unit 23 on the gear shifting seat 2, so that the key gear shifting lever 1 can shift the vehicle. If the identification unit 23 does not identify the sensed unit 121 of the key shift lever 1, the vehicle cannot be shifted, so that the anti-theft purpose is achieved, and meanwhile, when the vehicle power assembly is started, the remote control key body 11 is on the vehicle, so that the embarrassment that the vehicle cannot be flamed out or the door cannot be locked due to the fact that the remote control key is taken away by other people except a driver when the vehicle is started is avoided. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the shift block 2 further comprises a locking mechanism 24, the locking mechanism 24 is installed in the shift lever end 21, and the locking mechanism 24 is used for locking the key shift lever 1 when the latch 12 of the key shift lever 1 is inserted into the insertion hole 211 so as to firmly install the key shift lever 1 on the shift lever end 21.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the locking mechanism 24 includes a locking driver 241 and a locking rod 242 mounted on the locking driver 241, and the locking driver 241 is used for driving the locking rod 242 to lock the key shift lever 1.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the latch 12 is provided with a locking slot 122, the lock lever 242 is provided with a lock block 2421, and the lock block 2421 can be clamped in the locking slot 122 when the lock mechanism 24 locks the key shift lever 1, so as to lock the key shift lever 1 by the lock mechanism 24.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, two of the locking grooves 122 are provided, two of the locking grooves 122 are respectively provided on two opposite side walls of the bolt 12, two of the locking levers 242 are provided, one locking block 2421 is provided on each of the two locking levers 242, and when the locking mechanism 24 locks the key shift lever 1, the two locking blocks 2421 are engaged in the two locking grooves 122 in a one-to-one manner, so as to lock the key shift lever 1 by the locking mechanism 24.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the extending directions of the two locking slots 122 are the same, and the extending direction of the locking slot 122 is perpendicular to the plugging direction of the key shift lever 1.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the identification unit 23 is located above the locking driving member 241 to perform identification sensing on the sensed unit 121.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the bolt 12 is further provided with a positioning groove 123, and the positioning groove 123 extends along the insertion direction of the key shift lever 1. A positioning block 212 is formed in the insertion hole 211, and the positioning block 212 is inserted into the positioning groove 123 when the plug pin 12 is inserted into the insertion hole 211, so as to further realize stable insertion between the key shift lever 1 and the shift lever end 21.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the positioning block 212 is adapted to the positioning groove 123, and the cross section of the positioning groove 123 is U-shaped.
The positioning block 212 and the positioning groove 123 are shaped to prevent the insertion of a key or other objects that are not matched.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, an accommodating groove 213 communicating with the insertion hole 211 is further disposed on the end 21 of the shift lever, and an accommodating end 111 adapted to the accommodating groove 213 is formed on a side of the key body 11 facing the plug 12.
When the plug pin 12 of the key shift lever 1 is inserted into the insertion hole 211, the accommodating end 111 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 213 to increase the contact area between the key shift lever 1 and the remote control key body 11, so that the connection between the key shift lever 1 and the remote control key body 11 is more stable.
The working principle of the gear shifting device provided by the embodiment of the invention is as follows:
(1) when the key gear shift lever 1 is pulled out of the gear shift base 2, the key gear shift lever 1 has the function of a complete automobile remote control key.

When the engine assembly is started or the power system is in a READY state, the locking mechanism 24 in the tail end 21 of the gear shift lever locks the key gear shift lever 1 to prevent the key gear shift lever 1 from being disengaged. The gear shifting can be carried out by shifting the key gear shifting lever 1.
When the engine assembly is flamed out or the power system exits from READY state, the locking mechanism 24 is unlocked, and the key gear shift lever 1 can be pulled out from the gear shift lever end 21.
(3) If the identification unit 23 does not find the presence of the key shift lever 1, then shifting the key shift lever 1 with any tool is not possible and the gear shifting device does not issue any gear shifting command.
The automobile provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the key gear shifting lever 1, the gear shifting seat 2 or the gear shifting device.
