Examples
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides an electromagnetic sunshade curtain, which includes a driving system 1, a top beam 2, a guide rail 3, a curtain mat and a control device 4; the guide rails 3 are vertically arranged on two sides, and the top beam 2 is fixed on the top between the guide rails 3; a first rail 5 and a second rail 6 are arranged on the guide rail 3 in parallel; the driving system 1 is arranged on the top beam 2 and is connected with the top end of the curtain mat;
the curtain mat comprises curtain body groups and a curtain bottom sheet 7 which are connected with each other, wherein each curtain body group consists of a curtain strip 8, a connecting block 9 and a turning sheet 10; the curtain strips 8 are transversely arranged, two ends of each curtain strip are connected with the first rail 5 in a sliding mode, the top of each curtain strip is provided with a top hinge groove 14 extending along the axial direction, the bottom of each curtain strip is provided with a bottom hinge groove 15 extending along the axial direction, and an inner cavity 16 is arranged inside each bottom hinge groove 15; the top of the connecting block 9 is provided with a top hinge hook, the bottom of the connecting block 9 is provided with a bottom hinge hook, the top hinge hook is hinged in the bottom hinge groove 15, the bottom hinge hook is hinged in the top hinge groove 14, and two adjacent curtain strips 8 are connected through a plurality of connecting blocks 9 which are transversely arranged at intervals; the middle part of the turning piece 10 is provided with a middle hinged hook, the back side of the top part of the turning piece 10 is fixedly provided with a magnet 17, the back side of the inner cavity 16 of the curtain strip 8 is fixedly provided with a metal strip 18 which can be magnetized, the turning piece 10 is hinged to the bottom hinged groove 15 of the curtain strip 8 through the middle hinged hook, so that the top part of the turning piece 10 is embedded in the inner cavity 16, and the turning pieces 10 are transversely arranged in the interval of the connecting block 9; the curtain bottom sheet 7 is connected with the bottom end of the curtain mat;
the control device 4 comprises a secondary driving group 11, a sliding bracket 12, an electromagnetic unit 13 and a controller; the sliding support 12 is transversely arranged, two ends of the sliding support are connected with the second rail 6 in a sliding mode, and the auxiliary driving group 11 is in transmission connection with the sliding support 12 and drives the sliding support 12 to slide up and down; a plurality of electromagnetic units 13 are arranged on the sliding bracket 12, and the positions of the electromagnetic units 13 correspond to the turning pieces 10; each electromagnetic unit 13 is electrically connected to the controller.
The invention is characterized in that the turning pieces 10 arranged between two adjacent curtain strips 8 can be controlled independently through magnetism, thereby forming any specific half-open pattern and meeting the ventilation and lighting requirements of any indoor position. This is achieved by the control device 4, which is of a scanning type, so that the construction is considerably simplified.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the whole curtain mat can be opened and closed through the driving system 1, and the full-opening or full-closing effect is achieved. When the half-open lighting and ventilation of the turning piece 10 are needed, a specific half-open area is drawn through the controller. The controller stores and feeds drawing information back to each electromagnetic unit 13 of the control device 4, the sliding support 12 is controlled to slide along the second rail 6, the 'scanning' action of the whole curtain is realized, in the scanning process, each electromagnetic unit 13 works in a cooperation mode to control the opening and closing of each row of turning pieces 10, and when the scanning action is finished, the opening and closing area formed by all the turning pieces 10 of the whole curtain is the area drawn by the controller.
The opening and closing control of each flap 10 by the electromagnetic unit 13 is realized by an electromagnetic principle. Because the top of the flap 10 is provided with the magnet 17, the flap 10 can be controlled to be opened as long as the electromagnetic unit 13 sends out a magnetic field in a specific direction to attract the magnet 17 to move backwards. The magnet 17 of the opened flap 10 adheres to the metal sheet of the inner cavity 16, and the opened state can be fixed although the magnetism is small. When all the turning pieces 10 need to be closed again or the shape of the opening and closing region formed by the turning pieces 10 needs to be changed, the auxiliary driving group 11 drives the sliding support 12 to scan reversely again, and controls all the electromagnetic units 13 to generate a reverse magnetic field to generate repulsion to the magnet 17, so that all the turning pieces 10 can be closed again to realize 'erasing'. The controller may be in various forms, for example, a small liquid crystal screen, or a communication processing unit for remote control with an external device such as a mobile phone.
Due to the limited range of action of the magnet 17 from the electromagnetic unit 13, it is preferred that the distance from the magnet 17 at the top of the flap 10 to the middle hinge hook is smaller than the distance from the bottom of the flap 10 to the middle hinge hook. The flap 10 is thus a laborious lever, but the magnet 17 has a short working distance from the metal sheet or the electromagnetic unit 13.
Referring to fig. 3 in detail, the secondary driving set 11 preferably comprises a transmission belt, a secondary motor (not shown), a pulley and a synchronous shaft (not shown); the belt wheel is rotatably arranged on the guide rails 3, the synchronizing shaft is arranged between the guide rails 3 and is in transmission connection with the belt wheels on the two guide rails 3, the transmission belt is axially arranged along the guide rails 3 and is wound on the upper belt wheel and the lower belt wheel, and the auxiliary motor is in transmission connection with the synchronizing shaft and is electrically connected with the controller.
The use of a belt drive is a preferred configuration for the secondary drive train 11. The belt transmission mechanism has the advantages of low price, stable transmission, simple structure, small occupied space and the like.
Preferably, the control device 4 further includes an inductive switch (not shown) mounted on the sliding bracket 12 and electrically connected to the controller.
The inductive switch can send out an inductive signal in the process of passing through each curtain strip 8 in the scanning process of the control device 4, so that the inductive signal is fed back to the controller to control the electromagnetic unit 13 to make corresponding changes.
Structurally, preferably, the front side of the top of the curtain strip 8 is provided with an embedding part 19 matched with the bottom edge of the turning piece 10, and the bottom edge is covered on the embedding part 19 when the turning piece 10 is closed, so that the outside strong wind and rainwater can be resisted after the turning piece 10 is closed.
Preferably, the driving system 1 includes a driving motor and a winding drum; the top end of the curtain mat is connected with the winding drum, and the driving motor is in transmission connection with the winding drum. This is comparable to the roller blind products of the prior art.
According to the electromagnetic sunshade curtain provided by the invention, the turning pieces 10 in the curtain mat are innovatively controlled line by line through the working mode of controller scanning, and the region needing semi-lighting and ventilation in one curtain mat can be drawn out in any room like painting, so that the requirements of any indoor personnel are met. Compared with the situation that each turnover piece 10 is independently provided with an electromagnetic device for control, the scheme of the invention is simpler and more efficient, and the problems of difficult wiring, high cost and the like can be avoided. Meanwhile, the fully-opened or fully-closed function of the existing sun-shading product is kept.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
