s2, penetrating one end, far away from the limiting ring (41), of the hose (4) into the empty sand bag (3), pulling one end, far away from the pull ring (8), of the pull rope (5) to the outside of the sand bag (3), sewing one end of the sand bag (3) by using the thread rope (31), gathering and tightening, and then stuffing the tightened part of the sand bag (3) into the hose (4);
s3, fixedly connecting the pull rope (5) extending out of the sand bag (3) with the cutter (6), installing the cutter (6) in the installation cylinder (7), and then sleeving the installation cylinder (7) into the hose (4) to enable a gap to be reserved between the cutter (6) and the wire rope (31) on the sand bag (3);
s4, filling sand into the sand bag (3) to uniformly fill the sand between the sand bag (3) and the hose (4);
s5, after the sand filling is finished, the opening of the sand bag (3) and the peripheral side of the hose (4) are bound together by a binding rope (33), so that the limiting ring (41) of the hose (4) is exposed out of the sand bag (3);
s6, after the guide pipe is connected with the precast pile head, the guide pipe is driven into the foundation (1) through a pile driver, and the guide pipe in the foundation (1) forms a sand well (2) after reaching the designed depth;
s7, placing one end, provided with the cutter (6), of the sand bag (3) into a guide pipe, slowly feeding the sand bag (3) into the guide pipe, slowly pulling out the guide pipe, installing the sand bag (3) in the sand well (2) to be attached to the inner wall of the sand well (2) to form a vertical drainage channel, and enabling the part, bound with the hose (4), of the sand bag (3) to exceed the ground (11);
s8, after the foundation (1) is reinforced, firstly, the pull ring (8) slides out of the hose (4) and pulls the pull rope (5) upwards, the pull rope (5) drives the cutter (6) to move upwards and cut the rope (31), and a notch is formed in one end of the sand bag (3);
s9, when the thread rope (31) is cut, pulling out the hose (4) partially, when the mounting cylinder (7) is separated from the hose (4), releasing the notch of the sand bag (3), pulling the hose (4) and the pull rope (5) out of the sand bag (3) together, and pulling out the cutter (6);
s10, after the hose (4) leaves the sand bag (3), the sand-stone containing space in the sand bag (3) is enlarged, so that the sand-stone is in a loose state, and then the sand bag (3) is pulled out from the sand well (2).
