Preferably, the reset element 52 is an elastic element, which abuts between the blocking portion 511 and the water outlet end 43; the water core 51 provides a restoring force for restoring the original position by means of its own elastic force when the water discharge pipe 3 is separated from the water discharge end 43.
Example four
On the basis of the above embodiment, a water stopping cavity 431 is arranged in the water outlet end 43, the water stopping cavity 431 includes a water inlet 432 and a water outlet 433 which are smaller than the inner diameter of the water outlet end 43, the blocking part 511 is movably arranged in the water stopping cavity 431 to block/communicate the water inlet 432, and the water outlet 433 is normally open; or, the blocking part 511 is movably arranged in the water stopping cavity 431 to block/communicate the water outlet 433, and the water inlet 432 is normally opened. Specifically, the water outlet 433 is normally open, and when the drain pipe 3 is connected with the water outlet end 43, the blocking part 511 is movably communicated with the water inlet 432; when the drain pipe 3 is separated from the water outlet end 43, the stopper 511 moves to block the water inlet 432. The water inlet 432 is normally open, and when the drain pipe 3 is connected with the water outlet end 43, the blocking part 511 is movably communicated with the water outlet 433; when the drain pipe 3 is separated from the water outlet end 43, the stopper 511 moves to block the water outlet 433.
In a specific embodiment, the blocking part 511 is movably arranged in the water stopping cavity 431 to block/communicate the water outlet 433; the pushing part 512 is at least partially arranged outside the water stopping cavity 431; the pushing part 512 cooperates with the drain pipe 3 to control the movement of the blocking part 511. Preferably, the elastic element abuts between the blocking portion 511 and the water inlet 432, and when the water discharge pipe 3 is separated from the water outlet end 43, the elastic element pushes the blocking portion 511 to move toward the water inlet 432 under the action of its own elastic force to block the water inlet 432. Preferably, the blocking portion 511 is larger than the water outlet 433 and the water inlet 432, so that the blocking portion 511 is prevented from being separated from the water stop chamber 431, and thus a blocking effect cannot be achieved.

The stopper 5122 prevents the stopper 511 from being separated from the water-stop chamber 431 by the water pressure and also prevents the pusher 512 from completely entering the water-stop chamber 431. Preferably, the blocking portion 511 and the pushing portion 512 are detachably connected, so that the water stopping structure 5 is convenient to install and maintain. Or, the water stopping cavity 431 is detachably arranged, and the blocking part 511 and the pushing part 512 are integrally formed, so that the water stopping structure 5 is convenient to install and maintain. Preferably, the limiting portion 5122 extends obliquely towards the pushing rod 5121, and the limiting pushing rod 5121 also plays a role of guiding the pushing portion 512, so as to prevent the plugging portion 511 from being dislocated due to the dislocating of the pushing portion 512.
EXAMPLE six
On the basis of the fourth embodiment, the drain pipe 3 is sleeved outside the water outlet end 43, and the anti-falling part 435 is arranged outside the water outlet end 43; the connecting effect of the drain pipe 3 and the water outlet end 43 is enhanced, and the drain pipe 3 is prevented from being connected insecurely and separated from the water outlet end 43 accidentally. Because the matching part 31 is arranged in the drain pipe 3, the return element 52 is arranged in the water stopping cavity 431, after the drain pipe 3 is connected with the water outlet end 43, the elastic force of the return element 52 causes the drain pipe 3 and the water outlet end 43 to have opposite forces, the drain pipe 3 and the water outlet end 43 are likely to be separated from each other under the action of the forces, and the anti-falling part 435 is arranged to prevent the drain pipe 3 from being separated from the water outlet end 43.
Preferably, the anti-falling part 435 is an annular protrusion disposed at an end of the water outlet end 43 to prevent the water outlet pipe 3 from being separated from the water outlet end 43, and the annular protrusion is provided with a guide surface 4351 along an installation direction of the water outlet pipe 3 to guide installation of the water outlet pipe 3, so that installation is easier. Specifically, the outer diameter of the guide surface 4351 gradually increases along the installation direction of the drain pipe 3.
In another embodiment, the anti-slip unit 435 may be disposed inside the drain pipe 3. The anti-falling part 435 is an annular protrusion provided inside the drain pipe 3, and the protrusion provides a guide surface 4351 along the installation direction of the drain pipe 3. The guide surface 4351 is gradually reduced in the installation direction of the drain pipe 3.

The embodiment discloses a wall-mounted washing machine, which comprises an outer barrel 1 and an overflow pipe 2, wherein a drainage device comprises a drainage valve assembly and a drainage three-way structure 4, and the drainage valve assembly is communicated with the outer barrel 1 and discharges water in the outer barrel 1; the water drain pipe 3 drains the water drained by the water drain valve component out of the washing machine; the drain tee structure 4 communicates the drain valve assembly, the overflow pipe 2 and the drain pipe 3. The drainage three-way structure 4 comprises a water inlet end 41 communicated with the drainage valve component, an overflow end 42 communicated with the overflow pipe 2 and a water outlet end 43 communicated with the drainage pipe 3; the outlet end 43 is connected to the inlet end 41, and the overflow end 42 is connected to the outlet end 43.
In the above scheme, the wall-mounted washing machine is different from a common drum washing machine in that the wall-mounted washing machine is arranged on a plane, and the wall-mounted washing machine is used by being hung on a wall. The wall-mounted washing machine comprises a drainage device, wherein the drainage device comprises a drainage valve assembly which forcibly discharges water in an outer cylinder 1 from the inside of the outer cylinder 1 to the outside in a corresponding washing stage, the water which is forcibly discharged out of the outer cylinder 1 is discharged out of the washing machine through a drainage pipe 3, and the drainage pipe 3 is a hose which is generally used for finally discharging the water out of the washing machine, so that the damage caused by vibration, collision and the like is easy to occur. The wall-mounted washing machine generally further includes a ventilation device to allow air to flow between the inside and the outside of the tub 1, thereby preventing the tub 1 from being damaged due to the inability to ventilate. The ventilating device comprises an overflow pipe 2, so that foam and water overflowing from the inner part of the outer cylinder 1 can be discharged out of the washing machine, and the ventilation of the inner part of the outer cylinder 1 can be realized. The drainage hose of the common wall-mounted washing machine extends to the outside of the washing machine after penetrating through the rear panel, and plays a role in fixing by penetrating through the rear panel, but as sharp edges or relatively sharp rib structures possibly exist on the edges of holes in the rear panel, the hose is damaged when the hose vibrates, and the damage rate of the hose is high. Under general conditions, overflow pipe 2 overflows the water in urceolus 1 outside the washing machine from overflow pipe 2 when washing machine work is unusual, but if overflow pipe 2 is directly connected to outside the washing machine, in addition drain pipe 3 also need to be connected to outside the washing machine, will set up a lot of subassemblies more, set up drainage tee bend structure 4 in this application, intercommunication drain valve subassembly, overflow pipe 2 and drain pipe 3, moreover, the steam generator is simple in structure, and easy to operate, the part figure on the washing machine has still been reduced, thereby further reduced the manufacturing cost and the assembly degree of difficulty of washing machine, still reduced the holistic size and weight of washing machine simultaneously, washing machine's outward appearance has been optimized. And when the overflow pipe 2 is directly communicated with the drain pipe 3, the drain pipe 3 is a hose, so that the danger of leakage or shaking separation is easy to occur. The invention relates to a drainage device of a wall-mounted washing machine, which solves the problem and also comprises a drainage tee structure 4 used for fixing a drainage pipe 3 and an overflow pipe 2 and preventing the drainage pipe 3 and the overflow pipe 2 from shaking and vibrating to damage during drainage.
In the above solution, the drain tee structure 4 includes a water inlet end 41 communicated with the drain valve assembly, an overflow end 42 communicated with the overflow pipe 2, and a water outlet end 43 communicated with the drain pipe 3, wherein the water outlet end 43 is connected to the water inlet end 41, so that water discharged from the drain valve assembly can be discharged to the drain pipe 3 through the water outlet end 43 and then discharged to the outside of the washing machine, and the overflow end 42 is connected to the water outlet end 43, so that water and/or foam overflowed from the overflow pipe 2 is directly discharged from the overflow end 42 to the water outlet end 43 and then discharged to the outside of the washing machine through the drain pipe 3, thereby preventing abnormal noise caused by backflow of water discharged from the water inlet end 41 into the overflow pipe 2 when the overflow end 42 is connected to the water inlet end 41.
Further, the other end of the water outlet end 43 not communicating with the water outlet pipe 3 is connected to the water inlet end 41, and the other end of the overflow end 42 not communicating with the overflow pipe 2 is connected to the water outlet end 43. The water outlet end 43 is connected to the other end of the water inlet end 41 which is not communicated with the drain valve assembly, and the overflow end 42 is connected to the other end of the water outlet end 43 which is not communicated with the drain pipe 3. The connection mode among the water outlet end 43, the overflow end 42 and the water inlet end 41 enables the drainage tee joint structure 4 to be compact and small in occupied space.
Further, the other end of the water inlet end 41, which is not communicated with the drain valve assembly, extends towards the wall and is connected to one end of the outer barrel 1, which is close to the wall. The water outlet end 43 and the overflow end 42 of the three-way drainage structure 4 are closer to the rear end of the washing machine, so that the drainage pipe 3 connected with the water outlet end 43 can be hidden conveniently, and the overflow pipe 2 can be installed conveniently.
Furthermore, the water inlet end 41 is a hard tubular structure, and the water outlet pipe 3 communicated with the water outlet end 43 and the overflow pipe 2 communicated with the overflow end 42 are fixedly supported at one end of the outer cylinder 1 close to the wall. The water can be smoothly discharged after being led out to the rear side of the outer barrel 1, so that the drain pipe 3 is prevented from being exposed and not attractive due to the fact that the drain pipe 3 is arranged at the front end of the outer barrel 1, and the drain hose is prevented from being damaged due to shaking and vibration caused by incapability of fixing in the process of connecting the drain hose and a floor drain; in addition, the water inlet end 41 is of a hard tubular structure, so that the water outlet pipe 3 and the overflow pipe 2 can be fixedly supported, and the water outlet pipe 3 and the overflow pipe 2 are prevented from shaking and vibrating during water drainage.
Further, the other end of the water inlet end 41 gradually extends downward toward the wall. So that the water in the water inlet end 41 cannot flow back to the drain valve assembly or accumulate in the water inlet end 41 and cannot be drained completely.
Further, the water outlet end 43 is connected to the lowest portion of the water inlet end 41 and extends vertically downward.
In the above scheme, the water in the water inlet end 41 can be completely drained without residue, the water outlet end 43 extending vertically downwards is more suitable for draining water, the water can be completely drained under the action of gravity, and resources are saved without external force.
Furthermore, the overflow end 42 is inclined to the water outlet end 43, and the connection between the overflow end 42 and the water outlet end 43 is the lowest position of the overflow end 42. So that the water in the overflow end 42 will not flow back to the overflow pipe 2, or the water stored in the overflow end 42 can not be discharged completely without residue,
furthermore, reinforcing ribs 44 for increasing the connection strength are arranged between the water outlet end 43 and the water inlet end 41, and between the water inlet end 41 and the overflow end 42.
In a further preferred embodiment, the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1 is provided with an exhaust hole communicated with the inside of the outer cylinder 1, the overflow pipe 2 is arranged at the rear part of the outer cylinder 1, one end of the overflow pipe is communicated with the inside of the outer cylinder 1 through the exhaust hole, the other end of the overflow pipe is communicated with the drainage three-way structure 4,
preferably, one end of the overflow pipe 2 is communicated with the highest water level inside the outer cylinder 1 through an exhaust hole, and the other end is communicated with the water outlet end 43 of the drainage three-way structure 4.
The overflow pipe 2 is arranged at the rear part of the outer barrel 1, so that the space at the side part of the outer barrel 1 is saved compared with the space at the side part of the outer barrel 1, the volume of the wall-mounted washing machine is reduced, and the overflow pipe 2 can be arranged between rib structures at the rear wall of the outer barrel 1 and does not occupy more space at the rear wall of the outer barrel 1. The rear wall of the outer barrel 1 comprises an exhaust hole communicated with the interior of the outer barrel 1, the exhaust hole is formed in the rear wall of the outer barrel 1, and the overflow pipe 2 is conveniently connected to the rear wall of the outer barrel 1. One end of the overflow pipe 2 is communicated with an exhaust hole arranged above the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1, the other end is communicated with a drainage device, and the foam and the water overflowing from the upper part of the outer cylinder 1 are discharged out of the washing machine through the drainage device. In a preferred embodiment, the overflow pipe 2 is communicated with the highest water level in the outer cylinder 1 through an exhaust hole, so that the problems of foam and water accidental overflow caused by the lower position of the exhaust hole and further incomplete washing and the like are avoided.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
