As shown in fig. 1-12, in this embodiment, a wall-mounted washing machine is disclosed, the wall-mounted washing machine includes an outer tub 1, an inner tub is rotatably disposed in the outer tub 1, the outer tub 1 is directly assembled on a wall surface, an assembly structure between the outer tub 1 and the wall surface is omitted, production and transportation costs of the washing machine are reduced, assembly steps of the washing machine are simplified, assembly difficulty of the washing machine is reduced, and workload of an installer is reduced.
Further, at least one hanging lug 2 protruding outwards in the radial direction is arranged on the wall of the outer barrel 1, and the hanging lug 2 is attached to the wall surface and fixedly connected with the wall surface.
The outer cylinder 1 is hung on a wall surface through the hanging lugs 2, and parts such as a damper are not needed for supporting, so that the number of parts on the washing machine is reduced, the production cost and the assembly difficulty of the washing machine are further reduced, the whole size and the whole weight of the washing machine are reduced, the appearance of the washing machine is optimized, and the reliability of the wall hanging of the washing machine is improved.
Preferably, one hanging lug 2 is arranged at four corners of the wall of the outer barrel 1, and more preferably, the hanging lugs 2 are arranged on two height surfaces.
Further, a supporting piece 3 extending towards the outer cylinder 1 is arranged on the wall surface, and the supporting piece 3 penetrates through the hanging lugs 2 and is supported against the hanging lugs 2.
The outer cylinder 1 is assembled by firstly installing the supporting piece 3 on a wall surface, then hanging the hanging lugs 2 on the supporting piece 3 to realize the primary fixation of the outer cylinder 1, and finally screwing the nuts on the supporting piece 3 penetrating through the hanging lugs 2 to enable the hanging lugs 2 to be clamped and fixed on the supporting piece 3 between the wall surface and the nuts, thereby realizing the assembly of the outer cylinder 1.
Preferably, damping gaskets are respectively clamped and fixed between the wall surface and the hanging lugs 2 and between the hanging lugs 2 and the nuts, so that noise generated in the working process of the washing machine is reduced.
The hanging lugs 2 can be fixedly connected with the wall surface through bolts, so that the hanging lugs 2 are clamped and fixed on screw rods between the bolts and the nuts and the wall surface. Preferably, damping gaskets are clamped and fixed between the wall surface and the hanging lugs 2, and between the hanging lugs 2 and the bolts and nuts, so that noise generated in the working process of the washing machine is reduced.
Example IV
As shown in fig. 1 to 12, the present embodiment discloses a wall-mounted washing machine, which includes an outer tub 1, and further includes a drainage device 4, wherein the drainage device 4 includes:
a drain valve assembly 41 which is communicated with the outer tub 1 and forcibly drains water in the outer tub 1;
a drain pipe 42 which communicates with the drain valve assembly 41 and discharges water discharged from the drain valve assembly 41 to the outside of the washing machine;
and a mounting structure 43 for disposing the drain pipe 42 at an end of the outer tub 1 near the wall.
In the above scheme, the wall-mounted washing machine is placed on a plane, unlike a general drum washing machine, and is hung on a wall for use. The wall-mounted washing machine comprises a drainage device 4, wherein the drainage device 4 comprises a drainage valve assembly 41 for forcibly discharging water in the outer cylinder 1 from the inner side of the outer cylinder 1 to the outer side in a corresponding washing stage, the water forcibly discharged out of the outer cylinder 1 is discharged out of the washing machine through a drainage pipe 42, and the drainage pipe 42 is a hose which is used for finally discharging the water out of the washing machine, so that the damage caused by vibration, collision and the like is easy to happen. The drain hose of the common wall-mounted washing machine extends to the outside of the washing machine after penetrating through the rear panel, and plays a role in fixing through penetrating through the rear panel, but the hose is damaged due to sharp edges or rib structures possibly existing at the edges of holes on the rear panel when the hose vibrates, so that the damage rate of the hose is very high. The drain device 4 of the wall-mounted washing machine of the present invention is to solve this problem, and further comprises a mounting structure 43 for mounting and fixing the drain pipe 42, wherein the drain pipe 42 is disposed at one end of the outer tub 1 close to the wall, and the water is led out to the rear side of the outer tub 1 and smoothly discharged, so as to prevent the drain pipe 42 disposed at the front end of the outer tub 1 from being exposed and unsightly and prevent the drain hose from being damaged by shaking and vibration caused by the inability of fixing during the connection of the drain hose and the floor drain; further, the mounting structure 43 is provided to prevent the drain pipe 42 from shaking and vibrating during the drainage.
Further, at least one hanging lug 2 protruding outwards in the radial direction is arranged on the wall of the outer barrel 1, the hanging lug 2 is attached to the wall surface and fixedly connected with the wall surface, and the drain pipe 42 is arranged on the hanging lug 2 through a mounting structure 43.

In order to facilitate the operations of installation, maintenance, inspection, replacement, etc. of the drain pipe 42, the drain pipe 42 is detachably arranged on the hanger 2 by means of the mounting structure 43.
Further, the four corners of the wall of the outer cylinder 1 are provided with one hanging lug 2, the water draining pipe 42 is arranged on one hanging lug 2 at the lower side of the outer cylinder 1 through a mounting structure 43,
Preferably, the drain pipe 42 is arranged on one of the lugs 2 of the lower side of the outer tub 1 adjacent to the drain valve assembly 41 by means of a mounting structure 43.
In the above scheme, four corners of the wall of the outer cylinder 1 are provided with one hanging lug 2, and in a preferred embodiment, the hanging lugs 2 are arranged on two height surfaces. Further, a supporting piece 3 extending towards the outer cylinder 1 is arranged on the wall surface, and the supporting piece 3 penetrates through the hanging lugs 2 and is supported against the hanging lugs 2. The outer cylinder 1 is assembled by firstly installing the supporting piece 3 on a wall surface, then hanging the hanging lugs 2 on the supporting piece 3 to realize the primary fixation of the outer cylinder 1, and finally screwing the nuts on the supporting piece 3 penetrating through the hanging lugs 2 to enable the hanging lugs 2 to be clamped and fixed on the supporting piece 3 between the wall surface and the nuts, thereby realizing the assembly of the outer cylinder 1. The hanging lugs 2 can be fixedly connected with the wall surface through bolts, so that the hanging lugs 2 are clamped and fixed on screw rods between the bolts and the nuts and the wall surface. In the preferred embodiment, the damping washer is clamped and fixed between the wall surface and the hanging lugs 2, and between the hanging lugs 2 and the bolts and nuts, so that noise generated in the working process of the washing machine is reduced. The drain pipe 42 is arranged on one hanging lug 2 at the lower side of the outer cylinder 1 through the mounting structure 43, is arranged at the rear side of the outer cylinder 1 and also is arranged at the lower side of the outer cylinder 1, so that water is more conveniently discharged under the action of gravity without residues, the appearance is ensured, and the drain pipe 42 is fixedly arranged. In the preferred embodiment, the drain pipe 42 is arranged on one hanger 2, which is close to the drain valve assembly 41, on the lower side of the outer cylinder 1 through the mounting structure 43, so that the device is simplified, and the method and structure for arranging the drain pipe 42 through the mounting structure 43 are simplified.
Further, the mounting structure 43 includes a mounting portion 431 for mounting the drain pipe 42 at an end of the outer tub 1 near the wall,
preferably, the mounting portion 431 is detachably connected to or integrally formed with the drain pipe 42,
more preferably, the drain pipe 42 is detachably disposed at an end of the outer tub 1 near the wall by a mounting portion 431.
In the above-described aspect, the mounting structure 43 includes a mounting portion 431, and the mounting portion 431 mounts the drain pipe 42 at an end of the outer tub 1 near the wall. In one embodiment, the installation portion 431 and the drain pipe 42 are integrally formed, so that the cost is saved, the processing and the forming are convenient, but the difficulty is increased during the installation; in another embodiment, the mounting portion 431 is detachably connected to the drain pipe 42, and the mounting and the dismounting are simple and convenient. In an embodiment, the mounting portion 431 is integrally formed on the hanging ring 2, and the drain pipe 42 is detachably disposed on the hanging ring 2, and in a more preferred embodiment, the mounting portion 431 is detachably disposed on the hanging ring 2, so that the operations such as mounting, maintenance, inspection and replacement of the drain pipe 42 are more convenient.
Further, the mounting portion 431 is a mounting plate detachably arranged at one end of the outer cylinder close to the wall, the mounting plate is provided with a mounting through hole 4311, a screw penetrates through the mounting through hole 4311 to detachably connect the mounting portion 431 to the hanging lug 2,
Preferably, the corners of the mounting plate are in smooth transition.
In the above-mentioned scheme, the mounting structure 43 sets up drain pipe 42 on hangers 2 through the mounting panel, mounting panel one end face and drain pipe 42 contact to with drain pipe 42 detachable or with drain pipe 42 integrated into one piece, the contact of another terminal surface and hangers 2 opposite to this terminal surface, through screw detachable connection on hangers 2. In a preferred embodiment, the corners of the mounting plate are smoothly transited, so that the sharp corners are prevented from scratching hanging corners or other positions or mounting/dismounting personnel in the mounting/dismounting process.
Further, the hanging lugs 2 are provided with matching parts 21 matched with the mounting plates,
preferably, the matching part 21 is a groove recessed toward the wall direction on the hanging piece,
more preferably, the shape of at least part of the matching portion 21 matches the shape of the mounting plate.
In the above-mentioned scheme, be equipped with on the hangers 2 with mounting panel complex matching portion 21, matching portion 21 provides very big facility for the installation of mounting panel, is equivalent to providing spacingly for the installation of mounting panel, has prevented the drainage that other pipelines misconnection scheduling problem that the mistake installation of mounting panel leads to lead to thoroughly or drainage refluence scheduling problem. Because the protrusion may affect other components and may occupy space, in a preferred embodiment, the matching portion 21 is a recess recessed toward the wall, which not only facilitates installation of the mounting board, but also saves space. In a more preferred embodiment, the shape of at least part of the matching portion 21 matches the shape of the mounting plate, so that the mounting plate is prevented from shaking after being mounted.
Further, the mounting structure 43 further comprises a limiting part 4312 for limiting and connecting the drain pipe 42 to the hanging lugs 2,
preferably, the limiting part 4312 is arranged on the mounting plate,
more preferably, the limiting part 4312 is integrally formed on the mounting plate.
In the above-mentioned scheme, the spacing part 4312 connects the mounting structure 43 to the hanger 2 in a spacing manner, so as to prevent erroneous mounting and movement after mounting. In a preferred embodiment, the limiting part 4312 is arranged on the mounting plate, so that space is saved. In a more preferred embodiment, the limiting part 4312 is integrally formed on the mounting plate, and no additional arrangement, no connection or cost saving are required.
Further, the limiting part 4312 is arranged on the side edge of the mounting plate and is matched with the shape of the matching part 21 on the hanging lug 2,
preferably, the limiting part 4312 comprises a protruding part protruding from the side edge of the mounting plate to extend continuously, the shape of the protruding part is matched with the matching part 21 of the hanging lug 2,
more preferably, the protruding portion is a rectangular or trapezoidal or polygonal plate-like structure.
In the above-mentioned scheme, the spacing part 4312 is arranged on the side of the mounting plate, and matches with the shape of the matching part 21 on the hanging lug 2 to further limit the mounting plate. In the preferred embodiment, the limiting part 4312 includes a protruding part protruding from the side edge of the mounting plate to extend continuously, the shape of the protruding part is matched with the matching part 21 of the hanging ring 2, no additional component is needed, the cost is saved, the shape of the protruding part is matched with the matching part 21 of the hanging ring 2 to better limit the mounting of the mounting plate, and the setting of the protruding part only achieves the limiting effect in shape. The protruding part can be a rectangular, trapezoidal or other polygonal plate-like structure.
Further, the mounting structure 43 further includes a supporting portion 432, one end of the supporting portion 432 is connected to the drain valve assembly 41, the other end is connected to the drain pipe 42, and the supporting portion 432 and the mounting portion 431 fixedly support the drain pipe 42 at one end of the outer tub 1 close to the wall.
In the above-described aspect, the mounting structure 43 includes a mounting portion 431 for fixing the drain pipe 42 at an end of the outer tub 1 near the wall and a supporting portion 432 for supporting the drain pipe 42 at an end of the outer tub 1 near the wall, the drain pipe 42 being fixedly supported at an end of the outer tub 1 near the wall by the mounting structure 43. One end of the supporting part 432 is communicated with the drain valve assembly, the other end of the supporting part 432 is communicated with the drain pipe 42, the drain pipe 42 is communicated with the drain valve assembly through the supporting part 432, and water forcedly discharged by the drain valve assembly is discharged out of the washing machine through the drain pipe. The washing machine further comprises a ventilation device 5 arranged at the rear part of the outer cylinder 1 and used for realizing air circulation between the inside of the outer cylinder 1 and the outside of the outer cylinder 1, and the ventilation device 5 comprises: an exhaust hole formed in the rear wall of the outer tub 1 and communicating with the inside of the outer tub 1; an overflow pipe 51 having one end connected to the exhaust hole and the other end connected to the drain pipe 42, discharging foam and water overflowed from the inside of the outer tub 1 to the outside of the washing machine; and a gas permeable pipe 52, one end of which is connected to the overflow pipe 51, and the other end of which extends to a position higher than the gas discharge hole, and is provided with a defoaming structure 521 for breaking up the foam overflowed thereto into liquid and guiding the liquid to the overflow pipe 51. The other end of the overflow pipe 51 communicates with the drain pipe 42 through the mounting structure 43, and specifically, the other end of the overflow pipe 51 communicates with the drain pipe 42 through the support portion 432. The drain valve assembly 41 cannot be installed at the rear side of the outer tub 1 due to the limitation of the shape, the drain position, etc., and the drain pipe 42 is easily shaken and is not beautiful when the drain pipe 42 is directly drawn out from the drain port of the drain valve assembly 41, and the drain pipe 42 drawn out of the washing machine cannot be fixed. The support portion 432 is provided to guide the water forcibly discharged from the drain valve assembly 41 to the drain pipe 42 through the support portion 432 and then to discharge the water through the drain pipe 42, thereby supporting the drain pipe 42 and the drain valve assembly 41. Meanwhile, since the overflow pipe 51 is mostly led out from the upper part of the washing machine, and extends downwards to the drain pipe 42 along the rear side of the outer cylinder 1 to be discharged out of the washing machine, if the support part 432 is not provided, the overflow pipe 51 is bent and connected to the drain pipe 42, so that water or foam is easy to remain, and the cleaning cannot be performed. Preferably, the other end of the supporting portion 432 is integrally formed with the mounting plate, and is detachably connected to the hanging tab 2 through the mounting plate. The overflow pipe 51 is arranged at the rear side of the outer cylinder 1, the other end of the overflow pipe 51 close to the supporting part 432 is communicated with the supporting part 432, the other end of the drain pipe 42 close to the supporting part 432 is communicated with the supporting part 432, that is, the position where the supporting part 432 of the overflow pipe 51 is communicated is arranged at the position close to the hanging lug 2, the position where the drain pipe 42 is communicated with the switching pipe 421 is also arranged at the position close to the hanging lug 2, the overflow pipe 51 extends upwards along the rear side of the outer cylinder 1 from the supporting part 432, and the drain pipe 42 extends downwards from the supporting part 432 to drain water into a sewer. The support portion 432 corresponds to a three-way pipe. In the preferred embodiment, the support portion 432 functions to both transfer the drain valve assembly 41 and the drain pipe 42, the overflow pipe 51 and the drain pipe 42, and to limit and support the drain valve assembly 41 and the drain pipe 42.
Example five
As shown in fig. 1 to 12, a drain valve assembly 41 is disclosed in this embodiment, comprising:
a motor for powering the drain valve assembly 41;
a mounting housing 411, wherein the mounting housing 411 comprises a cavity for accommodating the motor;
a sealing structure 412 is provided on the mounting housing 411 for sealing the cavity of the mounting housing 411.
In the above-mentioned solution, the drain valve assembly 41 is provided with a motor for powering the drain, for example, the drain of a washing machine, and the motor protection is particularly important. The mounting housing 411 is provided to provide a cavity for accommodating the motor, prevent the motor from being damaged by impact or the like, and prevent the motor from vibrating too much. The sealing structure 412 is used to seal the cavity in which the housing 411 is mounted, preventing the motor from being damaged by water and steam.
Further, the mounting housing 411 includes a first housing 4111 and a second housing 4112, the first housing 4111 and the second housing 4112 are detachably connected, and the sealing structure 412 is disposed at a connection portion of the first housing 4111 and the second housing 4112.
In the above-mentioned aspect, the mounting housing 411 includes a first housing 4111 and a second housing 4112 that are detachably connected, so as to facilitate the installation and maintenance of the motor. However, there is an unavoidable gap between the two housings, through which water/steam can enter the cavity in which housing 411 is mounted, causing damage to the motor. The provision of the sealing structure 412 at the junction of the first housing 4111 and the second housing 4112 solves the problem of water/steam ingress between the two housings.
Further, the sealing structure 412 includes a sealing portion 4121 disposed at the connection of the first housing 4111 and the second housing 4112, and a mating portion 4122 disposed at the connection of the second housing 4112 and the first housing 4111, wherein the sealing portion 4121 and the mating portion 4122 mate to seal the connection of the first housing 4111 and the second housing 4112.
In the above-mentioned scheme, the sealing structure 412 includes the sealing portion 4121 and the mating portion 4122, which are both convenient for installation and maintenance, and can obtain a good sealing effect.
Further, the connection portion of the first housing 4111 and the second housing 4112 includes a connection end 5211 surface that is in contact with each other, the sealing portion 4121 is a protruding portion protruding from the connection end 5211 surface of the first housing 4111 and the second housing 4112, and the mating portion 4122 is a groove portion provided on the connection end 5211 surface of the second housing 4112 and the first housing 4111.
Further, the protruding portion extends into the groove portion to limit and seal the connection end 5211 surfaces of the first housing 4111 and the second housing 4112.
In the above-mentioned scheme, the sealing portion 4121 is a protruding portion protruding from the surface of the connection end 5211, the mating portion 4122 is a groove portion disposed on the surface of the connection end 5211, and the protruding portion extends into the groove portion to limit and seal the surface of the connection end 5211 of the first housing 4111 and the second housing 4112, so that the sealing effect is good, the possibility that water enters the interior of the installation housing 411 is thoroughly eliminated, water vapor needs to bypass the protruding portion and the groove before entering the interior of the installation housing 411, and in this process, the water vapor condenses into water after multiple collision, and cannot enter the cavity of the installation housing 411. The water seal is equivalent to an N-type labyrinth seal formed for water and steam, so that the possibility that the water and the steam enter the cavity of the mounting shell 411 is greatly reduced, and the sealing effect is good. In addition, the protruding portion extends into the groove portion to also play a role in limiting and mounting, and thus, many convenience is provided for mounting the first housing 4111 and the second housing 4112.
Further, the protruding portion is a continuous protrusion-like structure provided on the face of the connection end 5211 of the first housing 4111/second housing 4112, and the recessed portion is a continuous recessed portion that mates with the protruding portion.
In the above scheme, the bulge is continuous protruding structure, seals the whole link 5211 face, and the sealed effect is fine.
Further, the cross section of the convex part along the extending direction is rectangular, the shape and the size of the groove part are matched with those of the convex part,
preferably, corners of the rectangle away from the face of the connecting end 5211 are rounded.
In the scheme, the cross section of the protruding part along the extending direction is rectangular, the shape and the size of the groove part are matched with those of the protruding part, and the sealing effect is good. In a preferred embodiment, corners of the rectangle away from the face of the connecting end 5211 are rounded, so that damage to the groove part is avoided during installation or removal.
Example six
As shown in fig. 1 to 12, in this embodiment, a wall-mounted washing machine is disclosed, which includes an outer tub 1, and further includes a ventilation device 5 provided at the rear of the outer tub 1 to enable ventilation between the inside of the outer tub 1 and the outside of the outer tub 1, the ventilation device 5 including:
An exhaust hole formed in the rear wall of the outer tub 1 and communicating with the inside of the outer tub 1;
an overflow pipe 51 having one end connected to the exhaust hole and the other end discharging foam and water overflowed from the inside of the outer tub 1 to the outside of the washing machine;
and a gas permeable pipe 52, one end of which is connected to the overflow pipe 51, and the other end of which extends to a position higher than the gas discharge hole, and is provided with a defoaming structure 521 for breaking up the foam overflowed thereto into liquid and guiding the liquid to the overflow pipe 51.
In the above scheme, the wall-mounted washing machine is placed on a plane, unlike a general drum washing machine, and is hung on a wall for use. The wall-mounted washing machine comprises a ventilation device 5 for realizing ventilation between the inside and the outside of the outer cylinder 1, and prevents the danger of frying the outer cylinder 1 and the like caused by the incapacity of ventilation. The ventilation device 5 is arranged at the rear part of the outer cylinder 1, compared with the side part of the outer cylinder 1, the side part space of the outer cylinder 1 is saved, the volume of the wall-mounted washing machine is reduced, and the ventilation device 5 can be arranged between rib structures of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1 and occupies less space of the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1. The ventilation device 5 comprises an exhaust hole communicated with the inside of the outer cylinder, the exhaust hole is arranged on the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1, and the overflow pipe 51 is conveniently connected on the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1. The ventilation device 5 further comprises an overflow pipe 51, foam and water overflowed from the outer cylinder 1 are discharged out of the washing machine, one end of the overflow pipe 51 is communicated with an exhaust hole arranged above the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1, the other end of the overflow pipe is communicated with the drainage device 4, and foam and water overflowed from the upper part of the outer cylinder 1 are discharged out of the washing machine through the drainage device 4. The ventilation means 5 further comprises a ventilation tube 52 for ventilation of air between the inside and the outside of the outer tub 1. One end of the vent pipe 52 is communicated to the overflow pipe 51, the vent pipe 51 is communicated with the inside of the outer cylinder 1, the other end of the vent pipe is communicated with the outside of the outer cylinder 1, air circulation between the inside and the outside of the outer cylinder 1 is achieved, the other end of the vent pipe 52 extends to a position higher than the vent hole, foam is prevented from overflowing from the vent pipe 52 directly, the other end of the vent pipe 52 extends to a position higher than the vent hole, and the pressure required by overflowing of the foam from the vent pipe is larger, so that the possibility of overflowing of the foam is greatly reduced. The other end of the air-permeable tube 52 is also provided with a defoaming structure 521 for breaking the foam overflowed to the place into liquid and guiding the liquid to the overflow tube, and the defoaming structure 521 prevents the foam from overflowing the air-permeable tube 52 into the washing machine, and at the same time, the ventilation function of the air-permeable tube 52 is not affected.
Further, the exhaust hole is arranged at the highest water level inside the outer cylinder 1,
preferably, the exhaust hole is arranged on the diameter of the axle center vertically penetrating through the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1 and is communicated with the highest water level inside the outer cylinder 1.
In the scheme, the exhaust hole is arranged at the highest water level in the outer barrel 1, so that the problems of unclean washing and the like caused by unexpected overflow of foam and water when the position of the exhaust hole is lower are avoided. In the preferred embodiment, the vent holes are arranged on the diameter of the axle center vertically penetrating through the rear wall of the outer cylinder 1, so that the highest water level can be found and determined more easily, and compared with the vent holes arranged at other positions, the foam overflow difficulty is increased, and the foam and water overflow function can be realized when the foam and the water are excessive.
