an adjusting pipe air inlet 27 is arranged at the position, corresponding to the fixed air pipe air inlet 19, right above the adjusting pipe hollow output section 24, the adjusting pipe air inlet 27 corresponds to the fixed air pipe air inlet 19 formed in the fixed air pipe hollow output section 16, and the same air inlet connecting square pipe 20 and the same air inlet connecting pipe orifice flange 21 are used together to convey air flow to the cutter body inner cavity 11 together;
the adjusting system comprises a cutter body angle adjusting arm 29, an adjusting pipe gas amount adjusting arm 30, a gas amount adjusting pointer 31 and a gas amount adjusting dial 32; an adjusting pipe gas amount adjusting arm 30 is arranged on the end head 26 of the adjusting pipe solid output shaft section, a gas amount adjusting wheel is arranged on the adjusting pipe gas amount adjusting arm 30 in the axial direction, a gas amount adjusting pointer 31 is locked on the end head 26 of the adjusting pipe solid output shaft section, and a gas amount adjusting dial 32 is attached to the end face of the cutter body end plate 2 corresponding to the gas amount adjusting pointer 31; the cutter body angle adjusting arm 29 is arranged on the fixed air pipe hollow output section 16, a cutter body angle adjusting wheel, an angle adjusting pointer and a dial are arranged in the axial direction of the cutter body angle adjusting arm 29, the cutter body angle adjusting arm 29 is connected with a known common air knife body blowing distance and blowing angle adjusting mechanism, and the distance between the blowing opening 14 and the zinc plate and the blowing angle of the blowing opening are changed by rotating the cutter body angle adjusting wheel to integrally move or rotate the air knife body.
The use method of the air knife body for producing the air flow adjustable hot galvanized plate comprises the following steps:
the gas is delivered to the inner cavity 11 of the cutter body by adopting a double-channel airflow convection mode that gas inlets at two ends of a cutter body of the air knife are connected with a square pipe 20 for bidirectional gas inlet and a fixed air pipe gas inlet 19 and an adjusting pipe gas inlet 27; the air flow sequentially flows in the following order: firstly, airflow enters an air inlet connecting square pipe 20, flows into an adjusting pipe hollow output section 24 through a fixed air pipe air inlet 19 and an adjusting pipe air inlet 27, continues to flow downstream to a circular air flow adjusting pipe section 23, is subjected to air flow adjustment through an adjusting pipe long equidistant parallel fan-shaped air flow adjusting hole 28 and a fixed air pipe long equidistant parallel exhaust hole 22 matched with the adjusting pipe long equidistant parallel fan-shaped air flow adjusting hole, is sprayed into a cutter body inner cavity 11, flows downstream into a cutter body outer cavity 13 through an exhaust hole plate 12 in the cutter body, and is sent to an air blowing port 14 to blow zinc plate zinc liquid; the air knife body is a cuboid square knife body 1, a knife lip gap formed by oppositely assembling an upper knife lip 7 and a lower knife lip 8 is an air blowing opening 14, the air blowing opening is of a slender gap structure, and the length of the air blowing opening is matched with the width of a hot galvanized plate;
adjusting the gas flow: the adjusting pipe system and the fixed air pipe system are of a sleeved structure, the fixed air pipe system is fixed when the adjusting pipe air quantity adjusting arm 30 is rotated, the adjusting pipe system monomer rotates, the fixed air pipe air inlet 19, the adjusting pipe air inlet 27 corresponding to the fixed air pipe air inlet, the fixed air pipe long equidistant parallel exhaust holes 22 and the adjusting pipe long equidistant parallel fan-shaped air quantity adjusting holes 28 corresponding to the fixed air pipe long equidistant parallel exhaust holes correspond to each other in rotation, and air quantity adjustment is performed by changing the sizes of the apertures.
The corresponding matching adjustment of the angle of the air knife and the air flow is implemented by adopting a mode of arranging an adjusting arm; the adjusting pipe solid output shaft section 25, the adjusting pipe solid output shaft section end 26, the adjusting pipe hollow output section 24 and the round air flow adjusting pipe section 23 belong to an integral sequential butt joint structure, when the adjusting pipe air flow adjusting arm 30 rotates and adjusts, the pipe sections, the shaft sections and the end are correspondingly driven to synchronously rotate, after synchronous rotation, the relative position between the adjusting pipe air inlet 27 and the fixed air pipe air inlet 19 is changed, and the change of total air inlet flow is generated; meanwhile, the relative position between the long equidistant parallel fan-shaped air quantity adjusting holes 28 of the adjusting pipe and the long equidistant parallel exhaust holes 22 of the fixed air pipe is changed to generate the change of the matching aperture, thereby realizing the adjustment of the air flow and air delivery quantity and achieving the aim of air flow adjustment. The gas flow is mastered through the indicating data of the gas flow adjusting dial 32, and the gas flow is adjusted randomly according to the gas flow requirement set in the zinc plate production and the product quality change, so that the gas flow is always in the optimal state.
At the same time of air flow adjustment, the cutter body angle adjusting arm 29 is rotated, the air knife body of the air knife is integrally moved or rotated by rotating the cutter body angle adjusting wheel through a well-known common mechanism, the distance between the air blowing opening 14 and the zinc plate and the blowing angle of the air blowing opening are changed, the air blowing distance and the air blowing angle are adjusted, and the two-way matching adjustment is carried out, so that the zinc scraping effect of the air flow is better.
