The invention discloses a colored plastic shell and a preparation method thereof, wherein the color L, a, b of the plastic shell is divided, the values of a, b of the plastic shell after injection molding are controlled by controlling the component proportion of injection molding materials according to different actual requirements during colored injection molding, and then the value of L of the colored plastic shell is controlled by controlling the color value of a reflecting layer, so that the required colored plastic shell with L a b is finally formed. Meanwhile, the invention adopts magnetron sputtering, CVD or evaporation mode during coating, which can avoid the risk of larger cracking of the coating due to deformation during bonding. In addition, the texture layer and the injection molding process are directly combined together, so that the efficiency and the first pass rate of the product are improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of colored plastic shells, in particular to a colored plastic shell and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Electronic products such as cell-phone, computer, panel computer, VR are as the smart machine that often uses now, and its shell setting is especially important, and wherein, the colour preparation to the electronic product shell is especially important. In the process of manufacturing the color of the electronic product shell, a color difference formula of a used color difference meter is commonly used in the industry: CIE L a b color space, L a, b are colorimetric values representing colors of objects, i.e. color space coordinates of the colors, and any color has a unique coordinate value; wherein L represents brightness (black and white), a represents red and green, and b represents yellow and blue; is a modern color difference assessment according to the standard color difference formula recommended by the International Commission on illumination (CIE) and is calculated by measuring with instruments and computers, and can be represented by precise numbers.
The color L, a, b of the plastic shell of the electronic product is generally realized by a coating layer of the decorative film. When the color of the plastic shell of the electronic product is darker, the coating layer is generally more complex, the more layers are required, and the thicker the coating layer is. This brings about the following problems: (1) the more the number of the color layers of the coating layer is, the more the chromatic aberration of the coating is dispersed, which results in lower yield. (2) Because the coating layer needs to use a material with a high refractive index, but the thickness of the coating layer is generally only 5-100nm, and a slight change of the thickness of the coating layer can cause a large chromatic aberration, because the more coating layers, the poorer color gradation displayed by the coating layer is caused. (3) When the decorative film is attached to the inner surface of the 3D plastic shell, the more the number of layers is required, the thicker the coating layer is, and the more easily the coating layer is broken in a region with larger stress and strain, which results in poor appearance.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a colored plastic shell and a preparation method thereof, which solve the problems of the prior art that the color of the plastic shell is realized by controlling the color of a film coating layer of a decorative film.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a preparation method of a colored plastic shell comprises the following steps:

step five: coating a film, preparing a reflecting layer, forming the reflecting layer on the colored plastic shell processed by the numerical control machine tool in the step four by coating the film on the texture layer of the colored plastic shell, and controlling the L value of the colored plastic shell by controlling the color value of the reflecting layer according to different actual requirements;
step six: preparing a shading layer, and completely covering the shading material on the reflecting layer of the colored plastic shell by using related processes according to different actual requirements on the basis of the fifth step to form the shading layer;
step seven: and finally forming the required colored plastic shell through the steps from one to six.
Preferably, the related process for preparing the texture layer in the second step is that injection molding is performed by using a textured metal mold core while performing colored injection molding in the first step, so as to form the colored plastic shell with the texture layer.
Preferably, when the metal mold core with the texture is used for injection molding, the texture layer can be formed on the inner surface or the outer surface of the colored plastic shell or both the inner surface and the outer surface according to actual requirements.
Preferably, the injection molding material used in the step one colored injection molding is one or a combination of two or three of polymethyl methacrylate, propylene-based diglycol carbonate and polycarbonate.
Preferably, the step one colored injection molding process uses injection filling.
Preferably, in the step one, the molding temperature is 100-350 ℃, the injection pressure is 10-190MPa, the pressure for pressure-maintaining molding is 10-98MPa, the time for pressure-maintaining molding is 5-180s, and the thickness of the material after injection molding is 0.1-5.0 mm.
Preferably, the three-step functionalization treatment is hardening treatment, the formed functionalized coating is a hardened coating, the hardened coating is arranged on the outer side surface of the colored plastic shell, and the thickness of the hardened coating is 2-40 um.
Preferably, during the film coating in the fifth step, magnetron sputtering, CVD or evaporation plating is adopted for film coating.
Preferably, when the light shielding layer is prepared in the sixth step, the relevant process used is screen printing, spraying or transfer printing, and the light shielding material is completely covered on the reflective layer of the colored plastic shell, i.e. the light shielding layer is formed, or the light shielding material is cut and then directly pasted to form the light shielding layer.
The invention also provides a colored plastic shell, which sequentially comprises a shading layer, a reflecting layer, a shell layer, a texture layer and a functionalized coating, wherein the texture layer is arranged on one side surface or two side surfaces of the shell layer, the texture layer and the shell layer are integrally formed, the functionalized coating is a hardened coating, the thickness of the shell layer is 0.1-5.0mm, the thickness of the functionalized coating is 2-40um, and the values of La and b of the colored plastic shell comprise the values of a and b of the shell layer and the value of L of the reflecting layer according to actual requirements.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: (1) the invention separates the colors L, a and b of the plastic shell, firstly controls the values of a and b of the plastic shell after injection molding by controlling the component proportion of injection molding materials according to different actual requirements during colored injection molding, and then controls the value of L of the colored plastic shell by controlling the color value of the reflecting layer, thereby finally forming the required colored plastic shell. (2) The invention adopts magnetron sputtering, CVD or evaporation mode during film coating, which can avoid the risk of larger cracking of the coating due to deformation during bonding. (3) The invention directly combines the texture layer and the injection molding process together, thereby improving the efficiency and the first pass rate of products.

Detailed description of the invention
The fifth embodiment is basically the same as the fourth embodiment in terms of setting conditions, and the main difference is that: in the process of colored injection molding, the molding temperature is 350 ℃, the injection pressure is 190MPa, the pressure for pressure-maintaining molding is 98MPa, and the time for pressure-maintaining molding is 180 s.

step two: preparing a texture layer, namely preparing the texture layer on the colored plastic shell by using a related process in the step one;
step three: functionalization treatment, namely functionalizing the colored plastic shell subjected to injection molding in the step two to form a functionalized coating;
step four: machining the numerical control machine tool, namely machining the appearance of the numerical control machine tool on the colored plastic shell subjected to the functionalized treatment in the step three according to different actual requirements;
step five: coating a film, preparing a reflecting layer, forming the reflecting layer on the colored plastic shell processed by the numerical control machine tool in the step four by coating the film on the texture layer of the colored plastic shell, and controlling the L value of the colored plastic shell by controlling the color value of the reflecting layer according to different actual requirements;
step six: preparing a shading layer, and completely covering the shading material on the reflecting layer of the colored plastic shell by using related processes according to different actual requirements on the basis of the fifth step to form the shading layer;
step seven: and finally forming the required colored plastic shell through the steps from one to six.

The method for preparing a colored plastic housing according to claim 1, wherein: and the related process for preparing the texture layer in the second step is that injection molding is carried out by using a metal mold core with texture while the colored injection molding in the first step is carried out, so as to form the colored plastic shell with the texture layer.

The method for preparing a colored plastic housing according to claim 2, wherein: when the metal mold core with texture is used for injection molding, the texture layer can be formed on the inner surface or the outer surface of the colored plastic shell or the inner surface and the outer surface exist simultaneously according to actual requirements.

A method for preparing a coloured plastic casing according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that: the injection molding material adopted in the colored injection molding in the first step is one or a combination of two or three of polymethyl methacrylate, propenyl diglycol carbonate and polycarbonate.
5. The method for preparing a colored plastic housing according to claim 4, wherein: and in the first step, injection filling is used in the colored injection molding process.

The method for preparing a colored plastic housing according to claim 5, wherein: in the first step, the molding temperature is 100-350 ℃, the injection pressure is 10-190MPa, the pressure for pressure-maintaining molding is 10-98MPa, the pressure-maintaining molding time is 5-180s, and the thickness of the material after injection molding is 0.1-5.0 mm.

The method for preparing a colored plastic housing according to claim 1, wherein: the three-step functionalized treatment is hardening treatment, the formed functionalized coating is a hardened coating, the hardened coating is arranged on the outer side surface of the colored plastic shell, and the thickness of the hardened coating is 2-40 um.
8. The method for preparing a colored plastic housing according to claim 1, wherein: and in the fifth step, during film coating, magnetron sputtering, CVD or evaporation coating is adopted.

The method for preparing a colored plastic housing according to claim 1, wherein: when the shading layer is prepared in the sixth step, the relevant process used is silk-screen printing, spraying or transfer printing, the shading material is completely covered on the reflecting layer of the colored plastic shell, namely, the shading layer is formed, or the shading material is directly pasted to form the shading layer after being cut.

A colored plastic shell is characterized in that: forming the colored plastic housing (6) by the colored plastic housing manufacturing method of claims 1-9, the colored plastic shell (6) sequentially comprises a shading layer (5), a reflecting layer (4), a shell layer (1), a texture layer (2) and a functional coating (3), the texture layer (2) is arranged on one side surface or two side surfaces of the outer shell layer (1), the texture layer (2) and the outer shell layer (1) are integrally formed, the functional coating (3) is a hardened coating, the thickness of the outer shell layer (1) is 0.1-5.0mm, the thickness of the functional coating layer (3) is 2-40um, according to practical requirements, the L a b values of the colored plastic housing (6) include a, b values of the housing layer (1) and L values of the reflective layer (4).
