Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical care product processing equipment, in particular to gauze stacking equipment.
Background
In the medical field, the gauze is mainly used for bandaging wounds of human bodies, and has good guarantee effects on reducing wound bleeding and preventing wound infection. And in practical application, need the manual work before wrapping to fold into certain thickness earlier with the gauze usually, then wrap again, can make like this and wrap the effect better relatively. However, the above-mentioned method will certainly slow down the binding speed relatively, and in order to avoid this, it is necessary to directly laminate the medical gauze at multiple positions during the production and manufacturing process of the medical gauze, so that the thickness of the gauze is enough to perform the actual binding function.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to meet the requirement for automatic gauze stacking in the production and manufacturing process, the invention provides gauze stacking equipment.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
the gauze stacking device comprises a main body platform, wherein a hanging bracket, a conveying belt, a lifting partition plate and a placing limit plate are respectively arranged on the main body platform; the hanging bracket is welded with a connecting column, the bottom of the connecting column is welded with limiting plates, the conveying belts and the limiting plates are arranged in the front-back direction, and each limiting plate is positioned right above the corresponding conveying belt.
The conveying belts and the limiting plates are four in number, the two placing limiting plates are two in number, and the two placing limiting plates are correspondingly arranged on the front side and the rear side of all the conveying belts respectively.
The upper left portion of every baffle of raising all is equipped with the face of raising of slope.
A gap is arranged between each lifting partition plate and two adjacent limiting plates; a gap is arranged between each limiting plate and the conveying belt below the limiting plate.
The right side of each limiting plate is provided with an inclined pressing surface; the other limiting plates except the limiting plate at the foremost side are welded with three-dimensional blocks at the front end of the rear part, and the front end of each three-dimensional block is provided with a reversed inclined plane. And a gap is formed between each three-dimensional block and the limiting plate on the front side of the three-dimensional block in the vertical direction.
The pressing surfaces are all positioned at the left side of the lifting surface.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the gauze automatic stacking machine has high automation degree, and can realize automatic stacking of gauze at multiple positions by sequentially lifting the lifting partition plate, pressing down the limiting plate and pushing down the three-dimensional block on the basis of controlling the gauze to be conveyed from right to left, so that the effects of convenience in wrapping and labor saving are achieved.

figure 6 is a second effect of the gauze cross-section.
In the figure: 1. a main body table; 2. a hanger; 3. a conveyor belt; 4. lifting the partition plate; 5. placing a limiting plate; 6. connecting columns; 7. a limiting plate; 8. and (5) a three-dimensional block.
Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the present invention will be described more clearly and more completely with reference to the drawings in the following embodiments, and it is understood that the described embodiments are only a part of the present invention, rather than all of the present invention, and based on the embodiments, other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without inventive exercise are within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the gauze stacking apparatus includes a main body table 1, wherein a hanger 2, a conveyor belt 3, a lifting partition plate 4 and a placing limit plate 5 are respectively mounted on the main body table 1; the hanging bracket 2 is welded with a connecting column 6, the bottom of the connecting column 6 is welded with limiting plates 7, the conveying belts 3 and the limiting plates 7 are arranged in the front-back direction, and each limiting plate 7 is positioned right above the corresponding conveying belt 3.
The conveying belts 3 and the limiting plates 7 are four, the number of the placing limiting plates 5 is two, and the two placing limiting plates 5 are correspondingly arranged on the front side and the rear side of all the conveying belts 3 respectively.
The upper left portion of each of the elevating partitions 4 is provided with an inclined elevating face 4 a.
A gap is arranged between each lifting partition plate 4 and two adjacent limiting plates 7; a gap is arranged between each limiting plate 7 and the conveying belt 3 below the limiting plate.
The right side of each limiting plate 7 is provided with an inclined pressing surface 7 a; the other limiting plates 7 except the limiting plate 7 at the most front side are welded with three-dimensional blocks 8 at the front end of the rear part, and the front end of each three-dimensional block 8 is provided with a reversed inclined surface 8 a. Each solid block 8 is provided with a gap in the vertical direction with a limiting plate 7 on the front side thereof.
The depressed surfaces 7a are located on the left side of the raised surface 4 a.
Before the gauze mask is used, gauze for manufacturing the mask is only required to be placed above the right parts of all the conveying belts 3 in a flat laying mode. And the front end and the rear end of the gauze are respectively corresponding to the two placing limit plates 5 to be abutted.
When the gauze conveying device is used specifically, gauze is directly conveyed from right to left through the conveying belt 3, in the conveying process, the left end of the gauze firstly touches the lifting surface 4a, the left end of the gauze is gradually lifted upwards under the guidance of the lifting surface 4a, then one part of the left end of the gauze is stopped by the four pressing surfaces 7a in the leftward conveying process and then descends to the gap between the limiting plate 7 and the conveying belt 3, and the other part of the left end of the gauze is respectively attached to the left end surface and the right end surface of the lifting partition plate 4 to form a raised part and is conveyed rightwards. The gauze cross-section at this point is shown in figure 5.
Further, when the gauze is conveyed leftwards to be completely separated from the lifting partition plate 4, the raised part of the gauze is supported back, and the raised part of the gauze is pressed by the inverted inclined surface 8a to topple forwards in the process of rightward continuous transmission, and after the gauze is conveyed rightwards to be completely separated from the limiting plate 7, the original raised part is changed from being carried on the limiting plate 7 to be carried on the gauze body, and the cross section of the gauze is shown in fig. 6. At this point, the lamination is automatically completed.
The foregoing shows and describes the general principles, essential features, and advantages of the invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, which are merely illustrative of the principles of the invention, but that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, which fall within the scope of the invention as claimed.
