Optionally, with continued reference to fig. 4 and fig. 5, along the second direction, the length of the orthographic projection of the hollow portion 25 on the bottom surface 11 is L2, and the length of the L2 is 25mm to 30 mm.
Specifically, with continuing reference to fig. 4 and fig. 5 in conjunction with fig. 1, along the second direction, the length of the orthographic projection of the hollow portion 25 on the bottom surface 11 ranges from 25mm to 30mm, and optionally, the length of the orthographic projection of the hollow portion 25 on the bottom surface 11 may be 26mm, 28mm, or 29 mm. With continued reference to fig. 3, a second screw 48 is engaged in the second threaded hole 46, and the second screw 48 passes through the second threaded hole 46 on the sidewall 45 to engage with the second threaded hole 46 on the protrusion 24, and is used to fix the protrusion 24 and the second base 40.

Alternatively, the stop lever 20 and the second base 40 are movably connected by a snap.
Specifically, with continued reference to fig. 1, in some other embodiments of the present application, the blocking rod 20 and the second base 40 can be movably connected by a snap connection, which can also achieve movable connection between the blocking rod 20 and the second base 40, but any connection method that can achieve movable connection between the blocking rod 20 and the second base 40 is applicable to the present application.

With reference to fig. 2, the frame body 10 further includes a first side surface 12 and a second side surface 13, which are disposed opposite to each other, at least one first clip strip row 61 is disposed on the first side surface 12 along a first direction, at least one second clip strip row 62 is disposed on the second side surface 13 along the first direction, and the clip strips 60 in the first clip strip row 61 and the second clip strip row 62 are disposed in a one-to-one correspondence along a second direction.
Specifically, with continuing reference to fig. 1 and fig. 2, a plurality of clamping strips 60 are further disposed on the frame main body 10, the clamping strips 60 are in one-to-one correspondence with the glass 50, the clamping strips 60 are arranged along a first direction, the clamping strips 60 are fixedly connected with the side surfaces of the frame main body 10 of the carrying basket 100, wherein the clamping strips 60 are connected to the first side surface 12 and the second side surface 13 which are oppositely disposed, a first clamping strip row 61 and a second clamping strip row 62 are further disposed on the first side surface 12 and the second side surface 13, respectively, and the clamping strips 60 in the first clamping strip row 61 and the second clamping strip row 62 are disposed along a second direction in one-to-one correspondence, and play a role of fixedly supporting the glass 50, in addition, the clamping strips 60 are disposed on the side surfaces of the frame main body, so that the positions where the clamping strips 60 clamp the glass 50 are located at the edge of the glass 50, where the glass 50 is to be thinned, and the glass 50 can be effectively thinned, and the provision of the gib 60 is effective to grip the glass 50.
Optionally, the carrying basket 100 is used for carrying a display panel.
Referring to fig. 1, the stop lever 20 is provided with a plurality of supporting legs 70, the supporting legs 70 are fixed on a side of the stop lever 20 facing the display panel, and the supporting legs 70 are used for supporting the display panel.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 1 continuously, the glass 50 to be thinned is a display panel, the blocking rod 20 needs to support the display panel, and one side of the blocking rod 20 facing the display panel to be supported is provided with a plurality of supporting legs 70, the supporting legs 70 are used to support the display panel, and the positions of the supporting legs 70 are supporting points of the display panel and the blocking rod 20, so that the supporting legs 70 are always located in the non-effective utilization area of the glass 50 by moving the blocking rod 20, and the thinning of the glass 50 is not affected.
Optionally, fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of the carrying basket according to the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 8, a side of the first base 30 away from the bottom surface 11 is provided with a locking groove 80, and the locking groove 80 is arranged along a first direction and extends along a second direction; at least a portion of the display panel is located in card slot 80.
Specifically, referring to fig. 8, the first base 30 is provided with the card slots 80, each card slot 80 includes two parts, one part of the card slots 80 is arranged in an array along the first direction and is located on one side of the second base 40 along the second direction, the other part of the card slots 80 is arranged in an array along the first direction and is located on the other side of the second base 40 along the second direction, and the same display panel needs to be distributed on the card slots 80 on the two sides of the second base 40 and is limited at the same time, and the card slots 80 are also used for bearing part of the display panel (i.e. the glass 50 in fig. 1) to avoid the slipping of the display panel, wherein, as shown in fig. 8, the card slots 80 are fixedly connected to the first base 30 and move along with the movement of the first base 30, optionally, in some other embodiments of the present application, the card slots 80 may also be fixedly connected to the bottom surface 11, when the card slots 80 are fixedly connected to the bottom surface 11, the, and the card slot 80 is located in the hollow-out, so that the card slot 80 contacts with the display panel.
Optionally, with continued reference to fig. 2, an orthographic projection of the first base 30 in the direction perpendicular to the bottom surface 11 at least partially overlaps with an orthographic projection of the bottom surface 11 in the direction perpendicular to the bottom surface 11.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 2, the first base 30 is always located on the bottom surface 11, and the first base 30 indirectly plays a role of supporting the glass 50, so that the size of the first base 30 plays a good supporting role and can move smoothly along the second direction.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a carrying device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 9, the present disclosure further provides a carrying device 200, which includes a carrying bottom plate 210 and the carrying basket 100, wherein a carrying mechanism 220 is disposed on a side of the carrying bottom plate 210 close to the carrying basket 100, and the carrying mechanism 220 is slidably connected to the carrying basket 100.
Specifically, the carrying bottom plate 210 is used for carrying the carrying basket device 100 to realize the movement of the carrying basket device 100, the carrying mechanism 220 is disposed on the carrying bottom plate 210, the carrying mechanism 220 is slidably connected to the carrying basket device 100 to realize the free separation of the carrying basket device 100 from the carrying bottom plate 210, and the arrangement of the carrying bottom plate 210 and the carrying mechanism 220 can effectively assist the movement and transportation of the carrying basket device.
Alternatively, with continued reference to fig. 9, the carrying mechanism 220 is in the form of a gear carrier; alternatively, the carrying mechanism 220 is in the form of a rail carrying.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 9 continuously, the carrying mechanism 220 may be carried by a gear or a rail, and it should be noted that the embodiment shown in fig. 9 only schematically illustrates a case where the carrying mechanism 220 is carried by a rail, and the gear carrying and the rail carrying can both realize the free separation of the carrying basket 100 from the carrying base plate 210, so as to conveniently and quickly carry the carrying basket 100.

Claims (15)

1. A carrier basket, comprising:
a frame body including a bottom surface;
the stop levers extend in a direction perpendicular to the bottom surface and are arranged in a first direction, and the first direction is parallel to the bottom surface;
the first base is positioned on the bottom surface and movably connected with the bottom surface, the moving direction of the first base relative to the bottom surface is a second direction, and the second direction is parallel to the bottom surface and is intersected with the first direction;
the second bases are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the stop levers, and each second base is fixed on one side, far away from the bottom surface, of the first base; one end of the stop lever, which is close to the bottom surface, is movably connected with the second base, and the stop lever is in the second direction relative to the moving direction of the second base.
2. The carrying basket according to claim 1, wherein the stop is removably connected to the second base.
3. The carrying basket according to claim 1, wherein the distance between the adjacent bars is equal along the direction of the arrangement of the bars.
4. The carrying basket tool according to claim 1, wherein the stop bar comprises a bar body and a connecting part, the connecting part comprises a base and a bump fixedly connected with the base, the bar body is fixedly connected with one side of the base far away from the bump, and at least one hollow part is arranged through the edge of the base along the direction perpendicular to the bottom surface;
the second base comprises a groove, and the lug is positioned in the groove;
the groove comprises a first surface and an inner side surface, the first surface is located on one side, away from the bottom surface, of the groove, the inner side surface is located on one side, surrounding the protruding block, of the groove, and a gap exists between the protruding block and the inner side surface.
5. The carrying basket according to claim 4,
the first surface is provided with a first threaded hole along a direction perpendicular to the bottom surface, and the orthographic projection of the first threaded hole on the bottom surface is located in the orthographic projection range of the hollow part on the bottom surface;
the groove further comprises a side wall, and a second threaded hole penetrates through the side wall along a second direction and extends to at least part of the lug.
6. The carrying basket according to claim 4, wherein the protrusion is spaced apart from the inner side surface by a distance L1 in the second direction, and the length of the L1 is 10mm to 15 mm.
7. The carrying basket tool according to claim 4, wherein the length of the orthographic projection of the hollow part on the bottom surface along the second direction is L2, and the length of the L2 is 25 mm-30 mm.
8. The carrying basket according to claim 5, wherein the first threaded hole is engaged by a first screw passing through the hollow portion to engage the first threaded hole, the first screw being configured to secure the base and the second base;
and a second screw is matched in the second threaded hole, penetrates through the second threaded hole in the side wall and is matched with the second threaded hole in the lug, and the second screw is used for fixing the lug and the second base.
9. The carrying basket according to claim 1, wherein the stop bar is movably connected to the second base by a snap fit.
10. The carrying basket according to claim 1, further comprising: a plurality of gibs;
the frame main body further comprises a first side face and a second side face which are arranged oppositely, at least one row of first clamping strip rows is arranged on the first side face along the first direction, at least one row of second clamping strip rows is arranged on the second side face along the first direction, and the clamping strips in the first clamping strip rows and the clamping strips in the second clamping strip rows are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode along the second direction.
11. The carrying basket device of claim 1, wherein the carrying basket device is used for carrying a display panel;
the stop lever is provided with a plurality of top feet, the top feet are fixed on one side of the stop lever, which faces the display panel, and the top feet are used for supporting the display panel.
12. The carrying basket according to claim 11, wherein a side of the first base away from the bottom surface is provided with a plurality of slots, the slots being arranged along a first direction and extending along a second direction;
at least a portion of the display panel is located in the card slot.
13. The carrying basket according to claim 1, wherein an orthographic projection of the first base in a direction perpendicular to the bottom surface at least partially overlaps an orthographic projection of the bottom surface in a direction perpendicular to the bottom surface.
14. A carrying device, comprising a carrying floor and a carrying basket as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 13, wherein a carrying mechanism is disposed on a side of the carrying floor adjacent to the carrying basket, and the carrying mechanism is slidably connected to the carrying basket.
15. The carrier as claimed in claim 14 wherein the carrier mechanism is in the form of a gear carrier;
alternatively, the carrying mechanism is in the form of a rail carrying.
