Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, when the first connecting portion 31 is the groove 312 and the second connecting portion 32 is the connecting piece 322, the notch of the groove 312 faces the receiving groove 12, and the connecting piece 322 is inserted into the groove 312 through the notch; or, the notch of the groove 312 faces away from the receiving groove 12, the connecting member 322 is a hook 3221, and the hook 3221 is clamped in the groove 312 through the notch.
When the first connecting portion 31 is the groove 312 and the second connecting portion 32 is the connecting member 322, the notch of the groove 312 is disposed toward the receiving groove 12, that is, the groove 312 is disposed on the inner surface of the sidewall 13, and the connecting member 322 is located on the insertion end 201 corresponding to the groove 312. When the insertion end 201 of the ink bag 20 is inserted from the inlet/outlet 121, the connecting member 322 on the insertion end 201 slides into the groove 312 from the inner side of the sidewall 13, and the connecting member 322 is engaged with the groove 312, so that the connection and fixation of the cartridge body 10 and the ink bag 20 can be completed.
It should be noted that the connecting member 322 is disposed on the insertion end 201 at a position corresponding to the groove 312, wherein the connecting member 322 is in interference fit with the two side walls 13, and the connecting member 322 abuts against the inner sides of the two side walls 13 and slides into the groove 312, so that the clamping state between the connecting member 322 and the groove 312 can be recovered. In order to facilitate the interference arrangement of the connecting member 322, the connecting member 322 may be slid into the groove 312 from the inner sides of the two side walls 13, optionally, the connecting member 322 has certain elasticity, and in the process of inserting the insertion end 201 into the access opening 121, the connecting member 322 on the insertion end 201 abuts against the two side walls 13, and at this time, the connecting member 322 is in a compressed state, so that the connecting member 322 is convenient to move on the inner sides of the two side walls 13; when the connecting member 322 moves to the groove 312, the connecting member 322 is restored, and at this time, the head of the connecting member 322 protrudes into the groove 312 and is clamped with the groove 312, which is not limited in this embodiment.
When the groove opening of the groove 312 faces away from the accommodating groove 12, the connecting member 322 is a hook 3221, that is, the groove 312 is disposed on the outer surfaces of the two side walls 13, and the hook 3221 is matched with the groove 312 on the outer surfaces of the two side walls 13. In order to ensure that the hook 3221 can be engaged with the groove 312 on the outer surface of the sidewall 13, the hook 3221 should be disposed on the outer sides of the two sidewalls of the insertion end 201, the hook 3221 is disposed corresponding to the grooves 312 on the two sidewalls 13, and the hooking end of the hook 3221 extends toward the inner side to engage with the groove 312. Wherein the groove 312 may be configured as a groove with a groove bottom, the groove 312 is opened on the inner surface or the outer surface of the two side walls 13; or, optionally, the groove 312 is a through groove penetrating through the inside and the outside of the receiving groove 12, that is, the groove 31 is a groove body penetrating through the whole side wall 13, so that the hook 3221 and the connecting member 322 are conveniently clamped into the groove 312 for fixing.

when the insertion end 201 of the ink bag 20 is inserted into the receiving groove 12, the insertion end 201 of one end of the ink bag 20 is fixed by the first connecting portion 31 and the second connecting portion 32 matching each other, and the other end of the ink bag 20 may be tilted.

In particular, the box 10 also comprises a rear wall 16, the rear wall 16 being arranged on the opposite side to the front wall 15, the rear wall 16 and the two side walls 13 together constituting the housing channel 12. The height of the rear wall 16 is smaller than that of the front wall 15, the access opening 121 is opposite to the front wall 15, part of the access opening 121 extends to the two side walls 13, the height of the rear wall 16 is smaller than that of the front wall 15, and the rear wall 16 abuts against the lower end of the rear wall of the ink bag 20, so that fixation is provided. And/or, the side wall 13 includes a connecting edge 131 and a rib 132 connected with the connecting edge 131, and the height of the connecting edge 131 is greater than the height of the rib 132. The connecting edge 131 is connected to the front wall 15, and the first connecting portion 31 is located on the connecting edge 131, that is, the connecting edge 131 is a main body of the entire side wall; the access opening 121 extends to the rib 132, i.e. the rib is the lowest opening of the access opening 121 on the two side walls 13, so that the height of the connecting rib 131 is greater than the height of the rib 132. Wherein the rib 132 abuts the lower ends of both side walls 13 of the ink bag 20 when the ink bag 20 is inserted into the receiving groove 12, thereby providing fixation.
Wherein, back wall 16 and two flanges 132 all are used for the fixed of the other end to ink bag 20, and back wall 16 can exist independently, also can exist simultaneously with two flanges 132, when only setting up back wall 16, also can accomplish the fixed of the other end to ink bag 20, when setting up back wall 16 and two flanges 132 simultaneously, can be better fix the other end of ink bag 20, wherein can accomplish to the fixed of the other end of ink bag 20 can, this embodiment does not do the restriction to this.
It should be noted that, here, the connecting edge 131 is connected to the rib 132, and the rib 132 serves as the lowest opening of the access opening 121, and an included angle between the connecting edge 131 and the rib 132 is not limited, that is, the included angle may be an acute angle, an obtuse angle, or a right angle. When the included angle between the connecting edge 131 and the rib 132 is a right angle or an acute angle, as shown in fig. 4, the included angle between the connecting edge 131 and the rib 132 is a right angle, and when the ink bag 20 is inserted into the accommodating groove 12, the attaching area between the connecting edge 131 and the rib 132 and the side surface of the ink bag 20 is reduced, so that the insertion of the ink bag 20 is facilitated, and meanwhile, the hand is prevented from being scratched when the ink bag 20 is inserted and pulled; as shown in fig. 5, when the included angle between the connecting edge 131 and the rib 132 is an obtuse angle, the attaching area between the connecting edge 131 and the rib 132 and the side of the ink bag 20 becomes larger, and after the ink bag 20 is mounted, the side of the ink bag 20 can be attached to the greatest extent, so as to provide a better fixing effect, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In the above embodiment, the other end of the ink bag 20 is fixed by the rear wall 16 and/or the rib 132, and in order to enhance the stability of the other end of the ink bag 20 with the rear wall 16 and the rib 132, optionally, a limiting member is disposed on the rear wall 16 and/or the rib 132, and a structure matched with the limiting member is disposed on the ink bag 20 to limit the tilting of the ink bag 20.
At least one of the rear wall 16 and the rib 132 is provided with a stopper, and the ink bag 20 is provided with a structure matching with the stopper. The limiting element may be a sliding groove and a sliding block, and the limiting element may also be a clamping groove or a clamping protrusion, and the limiting connection may be completed.
At least one of the rear wall 16 and the rib 132 is provided with a clamping groove 33 or a clamping protrusion 34, and the ink bag 20 is provided with a structure matched with the clamping groove 33 or the clamping protrusion 34, that is, the clamping protrusion 34 is arranged at a position of the ink bag 20 corresponding to the clamping groove 33 on the rib 132, and the clamping groove 33 is arranged at a structure corresponding to the clamping protrusion 34 on the rib 132; the locking groove 33 or the locking protrusion 34 on the rear wall 16 and the rib 132 should be arranged on the inner side of the rear wall 16 and the rib 132 to be correspondingly locked with the locking groove 33 or the locking protrusion 34 on the ink bag 20. At least one of the engaging groove 33 and the engaging protrusion 34 is provided to fix a contact portion between the periphery of one end of the ink bag 20 and the rear wall 16 and the rib 132, and at least one engaging groove 33 is provided on the inner side wall of the rear wall 16 and the rib 132, and at least one engaging protrusion 34 is provided at one end of the ink bag 20.
Wherein, when the ink bag 20 is inserted into the receiving groove 12, one end of the ink bag 20 is fixedly connected with the two side walls of the receiving groove 12 through the first connecting part 31 and the second connecting part 32, and one end of the ink bag 20 is fixed with the receiving groove 12; the other end of ink bag 20 is provided with at least one card protruding 34, and at least one card protruding 34 corresponds the laminating with draw-in groove 33 on the inside wall of back wall 16 or flange 132 and carries out the joint, and the fixing of the other end of ink bag 20 is accomplished through draw-in groove 33 and the protruding 34 block of card to ink bag 20 is whole to be fixed in holding tank 12 this moment to make ink bag 20, and the effectual afterbody perk of having avoided ink bag 20 influences the problem of fixity. Alternatively, the handle 21 has two opposite extension arms 211, and the two extension arms 211 are respectively hinged with opposite sides of the ink bag 20 to enable the handle 21 to rotate relative to the ink bag 20;
the end of the extension arm 211 is provided with a latch hook 212, the flange 132 or the bottom wall 14 is provided with a hook slot 1321 matched with the latch hook 212, when the handle 21 rotates towards the flange 132 or the bottom wall 14, the latch hook 212 is clamped with the hook slot 1321, and when the handle 21 rotates away from the flange 132 or the bottom wall 14, the latch hook 212 is separated from the hook slot 1321.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the handle 21 is a lever type handle, and two extension arms 211 of the handle 21 are respectively hinged to opposite sides of the ink bag 20 so that the handle 21 can rotate relative to the ink bag 20. The tail end of the extension arm 211 is provided with a lock hook 212, and a matched hook slot 1321 is arranged at a position corresponding to the lock hook 212 on the flange 132 or the bottom wall 14, that is, the hook slot 1321 can be arranged on the flange 132, that is, a clamping and fixing slot with a slot bottom facing the front wall 15 direction is arranged at a corresponding position of the flanges 132 at two sides; alternatively, the hook 1321 may be formed on the bottom wall 14, that is, a hook with a bottom facing the front wall 15 may be formed on the bottom wall 14 and arranged corresponding to the latch hook 212. When the hook slot 1321 is opened on the rib 132, the handle 21 rotates towards the rib 132, the latch hook 212 can be clamped into the hook slot 1321 to form a clamping, and at this time, the outer side of the bottom wall of the ink bag 20 is attached to the rib 132; when the handle 21 rotates away from the rib 132, that is, when the handle 21 is pressed or pulled, the latch hook 212 is disengaged from the track slot 1321, and at this time, the outer side of the bottom wall of the ink bag 20 is also disengaged from the rib 132 at the same time, so that the ink bag 20 is disengaged from the case body 10; the insertion end 201 of the ink bag 20 can be screwed out of the cartridge body 10 by continuously applying an upward force to the handle 21, so that the cartridge body can be pulled out. When the hook slot 1321 is formed on the bottom wall 14, the handle 21 correspondingly rotates towards the bottom wall 14, the latch hook 212 can be clamped into the hook slot 1321 to form a clamping, and at the moment, the bottom of the ink bag 20 is attached to the bottom wall 14; when the handle 21 is rotated away from the bottom wall 14, the latch hook 212 disengages from the hook slot 1321 on the bottom wall 14, and at this time, the bottom of the ink bag 20 also disengages from the bottom wall 14, so that the ink bag 20 and the case body 10 are disengaged. In this embodiment, by providing the handle 21 and the hook slot 1321, it is simpler to replace the ink bag 20, and only the lever-type handle 21 needs to be pressed or pulled, so that the replacement is more time-saving and labor-saving.
Optionally, the latch hook 212 is made of a material with certain elasticity, so that the force applied by the latch assembly during the engagement or disengagement process does not need to be too large, and the related actions can be smoothly completed.
The ink cartridge provided by the embodiment comprises a cartridge body 10 and an ink bag 20, wherein the cartridge body 10 and the ink bag 20 are respectively provided with a first connecting portion 31 and a second connecting portion 32, when the cartridge body 10 and the ink bag 20 are connected, the first connecting portion 31 and the second connecting portion 32 are correspondingly matched and connected to primarily fix one ends of the cartridge body 10 and the ink bag 20, the ink bag 20 is provided with a handle 21, the handle 21 is provided with a latch hook 212, and the latch hook 212 can be clamped with a catch 1321 on a flange 132 or a bottom wall 14, so as to fix the other ends of the cartridge body 10 and the ink bag 20. When connecting or dismantling box body 10 and ink sac 20, through press or pulling lever handle 21 can, change labour saving and time saving more, improve user's experience and feel, avoided pulling hard the inconvenience that causes when inserting.

Claims (5)

1. An ink cartridge, comprising: the ink bag comprises a box body and an ink bag, wherein the box body is provided with a printing head and an accommodating groove for accommodating the ink bag, the first end of the accommodating groove is closed, the second end of the accommodating groove is provided with an inlet and an outlet for the ink bag to enter and exit, the top end of the inlet and the outlet are flush with the opening of the accommodating groove, and the inlet and the outlet extend to the side wall of the accommodating groove;
the ink bag is provided with a storage bin for storing ink, the ink bag is inserted into the accommodating groove through the inlet and the outlet, the ink bag is provided with an ink outlet communicated with the storage bin, and the ink outlet is communicated with the printing head;
the box body comprises a bottom wall, a front wall and two side walls, wherein the front wall and the two side walls are arranged around the periphery of the bottom wall in a surrounding mode, the two side walls are opposite and are connected with the front wall, and the bottom wall, the front wall and the two side walls jointly form the accommodating groove in a surrounding mode;
the inlet and the outlet are opposite to the front wall, part of the inlet and the outlet extend to the two side walls, one of the two side walls and the ink bag is provided with at least one first connecting part, the other side wall is provided with at least one second connecting part, the first connecting part and the second connecting part are correspondingly arranged, and the second connecting part is matched with the first connecting part so that the ink bag is inserted into the accommodating groove;
the first connecting part is a sliding chute, the second connecting part is a connecting column, and the connecting column can be inserted into the sliding chute and is in sliding connection with the sliding chute;
the sliding groove is an arc-shaped groove, the sliding groove is positioned on the side wall, and one end of the sliding groove extends towards one side of the access;
one end of the sliding groove, which faces away from the access opening, is configured to tilt upwards.
