As shown in fig. 2, in order to facilitate guiding of the paper sheets, guide grooves 8 are formed at the bottoms of the main positioning plate 6 and the auxiliary positioning plate 7 to facilitate positioning and guiding. Meanwhile, a rotating column base 71 is fixed in the middle (integrally formed) of the end side of the auxiliary positioning plate 7 close to the main positioning plate 6, rotating columns 72 are fixed in the middle of the top and the bottom of the rotating column base 71, a through shaft hole is formed in the middle of each rotating column 72, the rotating column base 71 and the rotating column 72 correspond to each other, a matched cylindrical rotating cavity 62 is formed in the end side of the main positioning plate 6, obviously, the height of the rotating cavity 62 is matched with the total height of the rotating column base 71 and the rotating column 72, and a through shaft hole 63 is formed in the main positioning plate 6 correspondingly.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, a slide tube 9 (a hollow slide tube capable of limiting) is fixed to the bracket 1 through a fixing plate 5 corresponding to each sub positioning plate 7, a T-shaped slide bar 91 is slidably provided in the slide tube 9, a push block 92 attached to the sub positioning plate 7 is connected to an end side of the T-shaped slide bar 91, and a spring 93 in a compressed state is provided in the slide tube 9 so that the push block 92 can be attached to the sub positioning plate 7 and rotated to a critical position of rotation. Therefore, the auxiliary positioning plate 7 can further rotate inwards in a resettable mode, and when the conveying inclination of the paper board is repaired, the phenomenon that the positioning plate extrudes the paper board too rigidly can be avoided, so that the paper board is deformed.
As shown in fig. 4-5, in order to facilitate the resetting, a torsion spring 73 is sleeved outside the rotating column 72, and at the same time, slotted holes for clamping the torsion spring are formed in the end surfaces (top and bottom) of the rotating column base 71 and the rotating cavity 62, and the end side of the torsion spring 73 is inserted into the slotted holes, so that the auxiliary positioning plate 7 is in a natural extension state (i.e., the joint is in the same plane as the main positioning plate) when not stressed.
In addition, in order to apply a certain inward acting force, the torsion spring 73 drives the auxiliary positioning plate to be bent inward properly in the inner arc transition of the end, corresponding to the rotary column base 71, of the auxiliary positioning plate 7 (in a natural state), so that when the paperboard contacts the inner side of the auxiliary positioning plate 7, a certain acting force can be applied, the paperboard is promoted to be quickly corrected and corrected, and rigid impact can be avoided.
Referring to fig. 6, a blower box 10 is installed between the conveyor belts 4 at the bottom of the rack 1 for blowing air upwards, the blower box 10 includes a sealed box 101 installed on the rack 1, an air inlet 102 is communicated with the end side of the sealed box 101, and a plurality of air outlets 103 are opened at the top of the sealed box 101.
