As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a moxibustion acupuncture combined type nerve physical therapy device comprises an acupuncture device 1 and an adsorption structure 2 for fixing the acupuncture device on skin, wherein acupuncture points 3 are arranged in the acupuncture device 1, and when the adsorption structure 2 is adsorbed on the skin, the acupuncture points 3 on the acupuncture device 1 are driven to move downwards to be pricked into the skin; the adsorption structure 2 comprises a hemispherical adsorption leather tile 205 and a fumigation structure arranged in the adsorption leather tile 205, the fumigation structure comprises a hemispherical support frame plate 201 and a closed cavity 203 enclosed by a circular plate 202 arranged at the opening of the hemispherical support frame plate, and the center of the circular plate 202 is provided with a circular opening, so that a fumigation area 204 for contacting moxibustion gas with the skin is formed; the acupuncture device 1 is respectively fixedly connected with the centers of the adsorption leather tile 205 and the support frame plate 201, and an adsorption cavity 206 is formed between the adsorption leather tile 205 and the support frame plate 201, so that when negative pressure is formed in the adsorption cavity 206 and adsorbed on skin, the adsorption leather tile 205 drives the acupuncture device 1 to move downwards, and acupuncture needles 3 on the acupuncture device are pricked on the skin in the fumigation area 204; the acupuncture device 1 is provided with a fumigation channel 1010, one end of the fumigation channel 1010 is communicated with the closed cavity 203, the other end of the fumigation channel 1010 is communicated with a moxa stick insertion tube 109, and the generated fumigation gas enters the closed cavity 203 through the fumigation channel 1010 to perform moxibustion fumigation on the skin by inserting an ignited moxa stick into the moxa stick insertion tube 109.

In this embodiment, the metal separating net 502 is a net, a metal heat dissipation foil 503 is fixed on one surface of the metal separating net 502, and the thickness and size of the metal separating net 502 and the metal heat dissipation foil 503 are adjusted according to actual conditions; the liquid nitrogen inlet passage 505 and the liquid nitrogen outlet passage 506 are covered by a plastic tube 507.
In this embodiment, the liquid nitrogen source 11 is actually a liquid nitrogen storage tank, and the slow release of the liquid nitrogen inside is realized by adjusting and controlling a valve of an exhaust port of the liquid nitrogen source.

the movable piston body 103 is driven to move by injecting compressed gas into the piston cavity 104 through a pneumatic system, the pneumatic system comprises an air compressor 9, a gas storage tank 6 filled with air in advance and a buffer tank 7 filled with air in advance, wherein a gas inlet of the air compressor 9 is communicated with an adsorption cavity 206 through a first air pipe and a suction gas channel I107 on the hollow cylinder 101, a compressed gas outlet is connected with a gas inlet of the gas storage tank 6, a gas outlet of the gas storage tank 6 is controlled by a pneumatic valve I, the pneumatic valve I is connected with a gas inlet of the buffer tank 7 through a second air pipe, a gas outlet of the buffer tank 7 is controlled by a pneumatic valve II, the pneumatic valve II is communicated with the piston cavity 104 through a third air pipe and a suction gas channel II 106 on the hollow cylinder 101, and the first air pipe and the third air pipe are wrapped in a wrapping hose 10; when the fumigation area 204 is tightly attached to the acupuncture point skin, air in the adsorption cavity 206 is extracted by the air compressor 9, the adsorption leather tile 205 is tightly attached to the skin, so that the acupuncture device 1 is fixed on the skin, meanwhile, the air extracted by the air compressor 9 is sequentially replaced and amplified by the air storage tank 6 and the buffer tank 7 and then is sent into the piston cavity 104, so that the movable piston body 103 is driven to move downwards, and the acupuncture needles 3 on the movable piston body are inserted into the acupuncture point skin of the fumigation area 204 to complete the acupuncture process;
the nitrogen gas discharged from the liquid nitrogen discharge passage 506 through the pipeline is sent into the air compressor 9 to cool the air compressor 9 by using the low temperature of the nitrogen gas.
The pre-filled air means that an air pressure valve is arranged on an exhaust port of the air storage tank 6 or the buffer tank 7, the pressure of the air in the air storage tank is the same as that of the air pressure valve, and in this case, if the outside continuously feeds air into the inside, the air is discharged from the exhaust port, so that the air pressure in the air storage tank is kept to be the same as the limit value of the air pressure valve;
a three-way valve is arranged on a third air pipe between an exhaust port of the buffer tank 7 and the piston cavity 104, two opposite interfaces of the three-way valve are connected to the third air pipe, the other interface is connected with a gas inlet of another air compressor, after the needle application is finished, the air compressor is opened to extract gas in the piston cavity 104, and in the process of extracting the gas, the piston body 103 is moved to drive the acupuncture needle 3 to ascend to an initial position; of course, another exhaust pipeline may be provided on the hollow cylinder 101, so as to exhaust the air therein after the needle application is completed, and in the process of exhausting the air, the movable piston body 103 drives the acupuncture needle 3 to ascend.
A manual valve is arranged on a first air pipe connecting the air inlet of the air compressor 9 and the air inlet of the air storage tank 6, and after the needle application is finished, external air enters the adsorption cavity 206 by opening the manual valve, so that the adsorption structure 2 is separated from the skin. When the acupuncture apparatus 1 has only one hollow cylinder 101, the suction air channel I107 and the suction air channel II 106 are arranged on the side wall of the hollow cylinder 101, when the hollow cylinder 101 is nested in the fixed column 105, the suction air channel I107 is in the fixed column 105, the suction air channel II 106 is divided into two sections, one section is in the fixed column 105, the other section is in the hollow cylinder 101, and when the positioning pin 108 realizes fixation of the two sections, the two sections are communicated to form the complete suction air channel II 106.
In this embodiment, when the acupuncture device 1 has only one hollow cylinder 101, the suction air passage I107 and the suction air passage II 106 are provided on the side wall of the hollow cylinder 101, when the hollow cylinder 101 is fitted in the fixed column 105, the suction air passage I107 is in the fixed column 105, the suction air passage II 106 is divided into two sections, one section is in the fixed column 105, the other section is in the hollow cylinder 101, and when the positioning pin 108 is fixed to both sections, the two sections are communicated to form the whole suction air passage II 106.
Example 7
In this embodiment, as another improved improvement of the acupuncture device 1, as shown in fig. 2, one end of the hollow cylinder 101 away from the circular opening 204 is closed by an openable sealing plug 102 in threaded engagement with the end, so as to achieve lubrication and maintenance of the interior of the hollow cylinder 101; the hollow cylinder 101 is nested in a through hole of a fixing column 105, the fixing column 105 and the fixing column 105 are fixed by at least two positioning pins 108, and the fixing column 105 is fixedly connected with a component forming the closed cavity 203, so that the hollow cylinder 101 can be removed and the acupuncture needle 3 can be replaced.
In this embodiment, when the acupuncture device 1 has only one hollow cylinder 101, the suction air passage I107 and the suction air passage II 106 are provided on the side wall of the hollow cylinder 101, when the hollow cylinder 101 is fitted in the fixed column 105, the suction air passage I107 is in the fixed column 105, the suction air passage II 106 is divided into two sections, one section is in the fixed column 105, the other section is in the hollow cylinder 101, and when the positioning pin 108 is fixed to both sections, the two sections are communicated to form the whole suction air passage II 106.

The present embodiment is an optimized limitation for the acupuncture needle 3, as shown in fig. 6-9, the acupuncture needle 3 is an electric needle assembly connected to an electric needle therapeutic apparatus 8, the electric needle assembly includes two parallel positive needle body 301 and negative needle body 302, the side surfaces of the positive needle body 301 and the negative needle body 302 are coated with an insulating layer 305, one end of the positive needle body 301 and one end of the negative needle body 302 protrude out of the insulating layer 305 to form a discharge tip, and the other end is respectively communicated with the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the electric needle therapeutic apparatus 8 through a positive lead 407 and a negative lead 409; the gap between the positive electrode pin body 301 and the negative electrode pin body 302 is filled with an insulator 304 for separating the positive electrode pin body 301 and the negative electrode pin body 302, the height of the insulator 304 is lower than that of an insulating layer 305 on the positive electrode pin body 301 or the negative electrode pin body 302, a metal pin 303 is arranged on the insulator 304, and the height of the metal pin 303 is lower than that of the discharge tips of the positive electrode pin body 301 and the negative electrode pin body 302, so that an arc generated between the discharge tips is guided, and arc stimulating current is formed at the ends of the two discharge tips and the metal pin 303.

In this embodiment, another optimized limitation is provided for the acupuncture needle 3, as shown in fig. 6-9, the ends of the positive electrode needle 301 and the negative electrode needle 302 away from the discharge tip are fixed on the same insulating base 307, and the outer walls of the lower portions of the positive electrode needle 301 and the negative electrode needle 302 are symmetrically provided with the fixture blocks 306, so that the electric needle assembly is fixed in a needle holder 4 by the cooperation of the fixture blocks 306 and the insulating base 307; the needle holder 4 comprises a housing 401 with a cylindrical cavity in the middle and two symmetrical clamping bodies 402 which can be combined into a cylinder, the two clamping bodies 402 are fixed in the cylindrical cavity through a plurality of compression springs 404 arranged around the inner wall of the cylindrical cavity, the lower parts of the anode needle body 301 and the cathode needle body 302 are clamped and fixed by the elasticity of the compression springs 404, and the clamping block 306 and the insulating base 307 are respectively clamped on the upper surface and the lower surface of the two clamping bodies 402.

The moxibustion acupuncture combined type nerve physiotherapy device according to claim 6 or 7, which is characterized in that: one end of the hollow cylinder body (101), which is far away from the circular opening (204), is closed by an openable sealing plug (102) which is in threaded fit with the hollow cylinder body, so that the internal screw of the hollow cylinder body (101) is lubricated and maintained; the hollow cylinder body (101) is nested in a through hole of a fixing column (105), the fixing column (105) and the fixing column are fixed through at least two positioning pins (108), and the fixing column (105) is fixedly connected with a component forming a closed cavity (203), so that the hollow cylinder body (101) can be removed and the acupuncture needle (3) can be replaced.

The moxibustion acupuncture combined type nerve physical therapy device according to claim 1, characterized in that: the acupuncture needle (3) is an electric needle assembly connected with an electric needle therapeutic apparatus (8), the electric needle assembly comprises a positive needle body (301) and a negative needle body (302) which are arranged in parallel, the side surfaces of the positive needle body (301) and the negative needle body (302) are coated with insulating layers (305), one ends of the positive needle body (301) and the negative needle body (302) protrude out of the insulating layers (305) to form a discharge tip, and the other ends of the positive needle body and the negative needle body are respectively communicated with the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the electric needle therapeutic apparatus (8) through a positive wire (407) and a negative wire (409); the gap between the positive pole needle body (301) and the negative pole needle body (302) is filled with an insulator (304) for separating the positive pole needle body and the negative pole needle body, the height of the insulator (304) is lower than that of an insulating layer (305) on the positive pole needle body (301) or the negative pole needle body (302), a metal needle (303) is arranged on the insulator (304), and the height of the metal needle (303) is lower than that of the discharge tips of the positive pole needle body (301) and the negative pole needle body (302), so that an arc generated between the discharge tips is guided, and arc stimulating current is formed at the ends of the two discharge tips and the metal needle (303).
